This is my second time coming here for some weekend fun with my daughter. For $15 (If purchased before noon) you can enjoy unlimited ropes course, bowling, laser tag and pool. It is $5 extra per person for bowling shoe rentals. This does not include arcade game play. You do have to reserve times for laser tag and the "gravity" rope course. There are no temperature checks at the door but masks are required and there are plentiful bottles of hand sanitizer throughout the facility. We stayed for 4 hours and were able to do laser tag twice and one round of bowling and ropes. My 11 year old daughter, her friends and even I had a great time overall. There did seem to be a lot of people inside playing arcade games and when I left there was a line waiting to get in. There is a bar for drinks and you can also sit down and order food. They have food and arcade game play combos. All staff is very helpful and available for assistance when needed. I will definitely be back. read more

My experience here was ok. Customer service was terrible. My friends and I came here on a Friday night and after 9pm they have an unlimited game play special. We started with dinner- my server was great and very attentive . The food and drinks itself was just the typical bar food/drinks, not amazing but not terrible either. The games were super fun and they have a variety of them. We were playing for about an hour until randomly, our game card started saying "no funds" which was weird because we bought the unlimited play and when you swiped it, it said you had 8 hours left on it. Our friends got the same card at the same time and still had their card working so they continued to play. When we brought it up to Olivia (girl up front at host stand) she didn't do sh!t but walk back to her stand and just continuing chatting. We waited maybe thinking she would come back to help but nope. After we went up again she actually directed us somewhere. We spoke to the manager, and he was rude and insinuated to my boyfriend that we "took someone else's card", but we know for a fact that we didn't because it was placed in his pocket the entire night. That was really frustrating and ruined our night. Don't recommend. read more

$32 an hour to bowl?! Plus you have to rent the shoes? We bought the all you can play plays for $22 each, and did have a great time. However this review is about the facility as a whole. I believe the prices are pretty astronomical. Food is decently priced, but it's a pretty limited menu to bar food. Not too many healthy items. I think where this place falls short is their staff. Every time I'm here I see multiple staff members just standing around. There were 5 people in the bar area the last time we were here. We were seated in a booth by the host, and waited for 10 minutes while everyone stood around the bar talking. No one came over to take our order. So finally I went up to the bar, and was told there were no servers on the floor, and that I would have to order at the bar. Would've been nice to know before. Also, what are all the people standing around doing? They can't walk the ten feet from the kitchen to my booth? You can forget about coming here while they are busy. Which during the summer is always. We actually ended up leaving because our food sat in the window for over 10 minutes after we had been waiting 20. Terrible experience and super expensive. We spent well over $130, half the games didn't work, they tried to tell us the booths by the alleys were closed because of social distancing BUT didn't enforce it anywhere else. I'm not one to care about social distancing but if your going to enforce it at one spot do it across the board.. if I'm going to spend $100 or more I'd rather take us to the flying squirrel trampoline park.. will not be going back to the Main Event. Either up the game or lower the price. read more

We went for my son's 10th birthday. We weren't sure how it all worked so we called ahead. I told the woman on the phone that we weren't going to do a big party and she said we could just come any time and pay for activities as we go. So we showed up the day of his birthday pretty early in the day and there was already a 5 hoodie wait for the laser tag and gravity ropes. The woman at the front desk said there were a lot of birthday parties that day and they used up all the time slots but we could still do VR and other arcade games. So we bought credits only to find that none of their VR games were working. My son was so upset. My frustrated husband spoke with two of the managers who went above and beyond to save our day. They refunded us everything we spent, let the kids keep their cards with the credits we bought, and made room to squeeze us in for a round of laser tag at no cost. We will be back... just not on a Saturday. read more

On a Girl's Weekend to see Taylor Swift, my best friend and I took our teenage daughters here one night to do the rope walk and play s few games. After we set the girls up and paid for the rope walk (which had an hour wait), we decided to have a drink at the bar. There are 2 bartenders. The bartender in front of us did not ID a single person in the party in front of us of about 8 young people. My friend and I, well into our 40's, were IDed by the Karen bartender, which these days I take as a compliment. I had left my driver's license in my vehicle at home but I have a state issued concealed weapons permit. In order to obtain this identification you have to be finger printed, background checked and send in multiple forms of ID to prove who you are. The ID is issued by the state just like a driver's license. I have used this ID on multiple occasions, including grocery stores, Disney and rental car companies. My brother boarded a plane with his. It is an accepted ID for TSA. The bartender refused to serve me and compared my ID to a "medical marijuana card". I didn't argue with her even though I knew she was wrong because after all, they have the right to refuse anyone and it was just a beer I was asking for. We sat at a table and a server came over and asked us if we wanted a drink. I showed her the ID which she thought was acceptable and she brought me a beer no problem. However, after a few minutes a "manager" came over to explain to me that that would be my LAST beverage served at there location because they DO NOT accept CWP as identification. He ALSO COMPARED ITTO A MEDICAL MARIJUANA CARD. He said it was policy, even though the server was unaware and that if i left and killed someone they would be responsible.... Pretty sure that's not how it works. I told him that obviously if I was drinking, I was NOT carrying and that I was also NOT driving. The incompetence and unprofessionalism and ignorance of the staff and the reasoning behind their "policy" was insane. The place is so disorganized, so dirty and reeks of marijuana but don't worry... as long as I didn't get a second beer, all was well. read more

Had a fantastic experience hosting a small "party" for our son"s 14th birthday (Covid protocol friendly). Teen All-Access Pass was a total hit with all the boys! They loved bowling, lazer tag, aerial activities & gaming! The food that comes with the Teen Birthday Package was perfect amount for each boy. Great value overall for what you get per person. Do not bother throwing a birthday party here! Some of the worst customer service I've received throwing an event. This is year 2 of us having my son's birthday party here. Last year's customer service was subpar but I was at least prepared for it this time. No, this year was significantly worse. From the start of confirming details of the party, up until I witnessed our party host steal party favors off our tables. I believe her name is Isabella. Not only was she a thief, but so unattentive to our guest and party needs. Every time we needed anything I had to go track her down. She wasn't friendly or bubbly to be "hosting" an 8 year old party. My family and myself were left to set up our own party decorations. She stood back and watched. There was no type of organization. I had to ask for our food multiple times, which when we got it, was cold and dried out (pizza). There are just so many things that were not right about it. It's a great place to come just to have fun. But for what I paid for 17 children with additional food for the adult guest, I am disappointed! And I just can't get over her stealing the party favors. I had cookies custom made for the children to take home. Our hostess walked off with 2. Had she asked I would have gladly given her one. But no, she decided to just take 2. Never ever again! This place is definitely only useful if you want to play arcade games. My family and I came in after a soccer game and while some team members ordered the cards directly, we went and sat down in the restaurant to order food. My mother ordered a glass of white wine and we waited at least an hour and fifteen minutes for anyone's drinks. The food arrived at extremely slowly (2 hours after we had ordered it) and there was no clean cutlery, no napkins, and the staff members continued to make excuses. Our server was absolutely clueless about everything. When the arcade manager finally came along (after many MANY complaints), he was the only person that was at all helpful. He was very courteous, and apologized profusely for the mistakes of his coworkers. Overall, I will not be returning if it takes 2 hours to get a drink. read more

Although I enjoyed the environment and atmosphere of this place i was very upset with the customer service. We had received our free 30 minute play card for subscribing to your guys email but unfortunately staff failed to mention that points would not be awarded to this card. since we were unaware we made our way around to rack in the points . we had hit jackpot on one of the games and won 5,000 tickets!! when we arrived to the toy store they said we had no points. we then asked to speak to a manger to see if there was anything they could do and he was not much help and had a very poor attitude. read more

Second of all one of the workers when we went to check out was scamming me by saying I didn't have enough points and I saw her overcharge the smallest items for more than I had. We went to the one in Arizona on vacation - TOP NOTCH! We loved it. Came to this one in Wesley Chapel, excited they had one here and it was an absolutely awful experience. For one, it seems you would need to take your kids out of school to even be able to enjoy the activities because when school is out for everyone this place is a mad house. Waiting just to play video games and 3 hour waits for any other things they provide like laser tag, bowling, etc. I really regretted buying the package after I went and found out the wait list in the back was hours long. After being over the waiting for the the video games we decided to go eat. I went over to get on the list. Come to find out they shut down the dining and only the bar is open because they have no servers. It's only 2pm. They said oh order your food to go instead. I said yeah well where do We eat at?? He said maybe go sit at the bowling area where the people are bowling at. Yeah no I'm not going to sit in someone else's area to eat my Togo order food. Needless to say we left and are at Cheddar's now so we can eat something.... still on 3 hour waitlist for everything and will just do the events for the kids and leave. It's not worth being there. WOW!  This place is not what it used to be.  Believe the poor reviews, they are all true!  Extremely disappointed in the food and especially the service.  The bartender today (a slim blonde girl) was definitely not at her game.  She completely sucked TBH and should not be in the customer service field at all.  No smiles from any of the employees in the bar/restaurant area.  When I walked over to the bar to order and get drink refills, she told me she'd "be right there" instead she walked over to 2 other couples who had just walked up, to take their orders.  We're finally able to order and waited over an hour for refills and even more for our pizzas.  How long does it really take to make a pizza or to get a soda refill?   Furthermore, we also had walked in with cupcakes as we were celebrating our boy's birthday with 2 other of his friends, but were told we weren't allowed to bring the cupcakes in.  I'm like ok, "Do you sell cupcakes or a cake?" No, we sell ice cream that's shareable for up to 4 people!!!  ****DURING COVID?!?!?!?!  seriously?**** I then asked this older extremely rude and condescending lady in a pink shirt (most likely a manager) if she could accommodate this just this one time since it did not stipulate this on their website and she told me no but she could have, had I purchased a party plan.  I explained to her that I would have gladly purchased a party but it was a min of 6 kids, we only had 3.....she was extremely rude and condescending and then told me rudely that it didn't matter and I was allowed to eat the cupcakes no matter what.  Did I mention that we ended up spending over $300 in games and bleh food and still no cupcakes! With so much competition nowadays and places that DO allow simple treats like cupcakes or whatever, it's sad that they decided to disappoint us.It's a true shame that this place has gone downhill so fast.  We are longtime WC residents and started coming here when they first opened and the staff back then was so incredibly kind and accommodating. Said we could come down and bowl right now with no wait time, we showed up 10 minutes later to find out we would have to wait 2 hours to bowl. Also we were told to buy game cards at their machines and it would be able to give us a refund of what we didn't want to spend. NOPE!! This spot is amazing, they have so many things for kids & adults. Like bowling , Laser tag and gravity rope. My friends and I really enjoyed laser tag to where we went 6 times and wow that was great. Bowling was also great they have a wait line so while we waited we were able to do laser tag, gravity rope and arcade games.they also have some really great food that everyone should try out. Everyone is so nice and generous. And if you were to need help with anything they were always around to help you out. I honestly think main event is way better then Dave n busters. I'm hoping they can make one in Miami soon :) I can't wait to go back for more!!! read more

I was ecstatic when this location opened as its much closer than the Dave and Busters, however after repeated attempts to engage with the technicians and eventually the head of the department its clear that the arcade is NOT a priority. Machines are not well kept and not updated. When asked and presented with information about these updates / repairs techs will simply deflect. Really fun laser tag was 9$ per person and the points were okay it was like 40$ to get a card with like 150 points i don't remember the exact amount and most games are around 7.5 points and the credit system is good too. overall a fun experience and they have bowling and stuff too! read more

This is a nice place to hang out but the prices and how they misguide your ruin the fun. We were informed that for $52 we could bowl as long as we want and the clock would start for an hour and we could extend. 8 lanes were not used so we asked to extend our time. We were even offered that we could switch to the lane next to us when the people in that lane were done. When the people left we went to the same person who had walked us to the lane but the story changed that the lane was reserved. For the next 1.5 hrs nobody showed up. We waited for over two hours and the waiting list showed we were still number 12 on the list with 8 lanes remaining open. Even other parties that stopped playing and the lanes were cleaned were left open. We could have paid $22 for one hour of playing but we fell for the play as long as you want for $52. Do not fall for that as when you read the other comments there seems to be a pattern of misinformation at this place. I wonder how long this place can keep this mismanagement and kind of scam up as we felt taken and it ruined the fun. read more

8/28/21 A small group of us checked out the Main Event for my son's 6th Birthday after his incessant begging. I must say, I expected utter chaos and a miserable experience. I was pleasantly surprised!!!! Though it was very busy, the facility was clean and the staff was eager to help and aimed to please. One employee Doug (who I believe was a trainer as he seemed to be everywhere and I saw him help many others) who knew it was my son's birthday went out of his way multiple times to make him feel special from choosing the color of a laser tag gun to letting me be close by upon his request, to assisting when we had an issue on the floor with a game. All the kids and parents had such a great time and are sure to be back soon! read more

We had our son's birthday party here last Saturday and I could not have asked for more! Every single staff member was so friendly and attentive, we literally didn't have to do anything! The other parents at our party even commented multiple times about how great our hosts were. Not only did every associate check on us throughout the party to make sure everything was going well, but the managers did too!
