As soon as I entered the nice young lady at the door pointed me in the direction of the rest of my bowling party was located. I love how the bowling balls were designed like pool table balls. The food was fresh hot and they had pitchers of beverages for our entire party. I walked around once we finished and the entire facility was nice, clean and well kept. I came here for my sister's birthday and what can I say? I had such an incredible time here the service was super fun and friendly and accommodating when we first got there I made a reservation for this birthday party of six and paid when I arrived for two hours of bowling. We came here at 3 PM on a Saturday and surprisingly it was very quiet and not a lot of people were there. I definitely recommend the food. It was so delicious especially the buffalo cauliflower. One of the employees noticed that we were having a good time with the music that they were playing and notified us that every Friday they turn the place to a line dance that is lasted up until 3 AM which I found very helpful because I will be coming back again! One Up Entertainment hasn't been around forever -- it's a newer spot, built out of an old cinema and rebranded into this big, modern "everything‑under‑one‑roof" entertainment center. From the looks of it, they're doing well: steady traffic, a ton of activities, and the kind of setup that clearly had real money and planning behind it. It feels like a place meant to stick around. We visited on a holiday -- or maybe the eve of one -- which is usually when places either open late or people assume they're closed. But we had zero issues getting service. We grabbed some food, bowled a bit, and had a couple beers without any delays or confusion. My wife genuinely enjoyed it, and the kids did too. After bowling, we went into the arcade, and my son basically had free rein. Prices were very comparable to other arcades, not the kind where you feel like you're paying $5 just to blink. Now, the bowling lanes do use the string‑pin setup -- so it's not the official league-style pin reset -- but honestly, it didn't take away from the fun at all. Came here under a reservation for a team outing with my company. Very easy to book and everything was ready when we arrived. We had bowling, golf simulator and arcade. We also had food: chicken nuggets, sliders (chicken and beef), hummus with pita and veggies, onion rings, fries and pretzel bites. They had staff available for grinch shoes for everyone that bowled, take drink orders and help with arcade games and golf. The place is clean and staff were attentive and friendly. I had the opportunity to visit this venue for the first time this past weekend as my friend chose to celebrate her 40th birthday here. First, I love how friendly the spot is to ALL ages. They even have TODDLER sized bowling shoes - what?! The bowling options for patrons are awesome. You have full control over your lane including the names (obviously) and you can even add a picture to personalize your experience! $6 mimosas are reasonable and the service was impeccable. My kiddo went after the arcade as soon as he realized it was an option but I am saving that experience for another time. We pre-ordered a bunch of food for the party but I personally enjoyed the Firecracker Shrimp and fried pickles. I love checking out new entertainment spots! While I was in town we stopped by 1UP Entertainment to wait out the rain and of course the place was packed! We originally wanted to bowl but the reservations for the day were booked up but we were able to axe throw instead. Who doesn't love to let loose some aggression right? As with any axe throwing facility you're required to sign off on a waiver before they take you to the cage, and you have someone in the area that will show you the basics of throwing and to make sure you and your group are being safe. My husband and I were pretty hopeless at first but the more we threw, the better we got! We did have to kind of yell to talk to each other just because the arcade is right outside of the axe throwing cages, but I didn't really mind. We had eaten beforehand so we didn't try any food this time but whenever we go back I look forward to trying some of those sandwiches and burgers that the table next to us had! read more

First visit and absolutely had a blast of a time. Started off with food which consisted of pepperoni flatbread, pretzel bites, & a kicking chicken wrap. The food was really good but the fun after the food was even better. We participated in axe throwing which was so thrilling! We threw large, medium size & small axes along with a ninja star, a card (any Gambit fans out there?) and a decently long sword. The bowling section was very nice and clean, unlike the other bowling lanes in the area. Axe throwing was super fun, Amelia was very nice and so helpful teaching us how to throw! I've been to this place twice. The first time, I was served by a young woman named HaileyB. She was very arrogant, and her customer service was terrible. On both occasions, I had trouble communicating with her. Her only words were "no" and "I can't." The second time, I had a reservation, and she charged me for an hour of bowling for four people. Then two of my guests arrived, and she charged them for another hour, 28 minutes before my time was up. She ended my bowling session in less than the hour I had paid for, saying I had another reservation and had to leave. She is the rudest person I have ever encountered at this place. If you're supposed to go there to have a good time with friends and family, how is it possible that someone like that treats customers so badly and ruins the evening? I wasn't planning on writing this, but this is the second time HaileyB has treated me badly. Mr. Alex was very kind and helped us to get another hour, but I wasn't feeling well anymore because of the incident with that young woman. read more

I'm really disappointed. I was planning on taking my children for a few hours at the arcade and the plan was to inquire about birthday parties. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk (this was a Sunday) and when someone did arrive we were told the arcade promotion only ran up until 12pm. It was listed on the website but I didn't see the small print. That is on me. However, I moved on and asked about birthday parties and was told I had to speak with someone specifically and that no one was available and was told I'd get their business card but when the young man came back, he had no card and printed out printer paper with the main location number and didn't even write the name. We played in the arcade a bit but some of the games were down. I think you all need to train your staff or create birthday package handouts and a standard tour for guests who come on the weekend. I was prepared to spend $500 on my child's party but now I'm going a different route. read more

They were gobbled up quickly yummy! My lunch buddy ordered the Cuban - she said that it had a spread of honey on the top of the bread that made the sandwich unique. She really truly enjoyed her Cuban. I ordered the Cheeseburger. I liked the Cheeseburger but the fries were the standout. The seasoned fries were crunchy and delish!! I will say the price for the food was reasonable. After we finished our food we got up to walk around a bit. The front bar area was bright and welcoming.The bowling area and lanes was so cheerful with unique looking bowling balls. The gaming area had a wide arrangement of games. From Interactive golf, to axe throwing, some kind of seat laser shooting game, basketball toss.. etc. there is something for everyone. I will tell you I only saw adults in this venue while I was there. They did tell me they have an upper area that can be reserved for an event. While we did the axe throwing, the kids played in the arcade games area. This worked out really well because we were able to do an adult activity but still see our kids and keep an eye on them in the arcade area. This place is brand new and a very fun place for a night out. We came here as part of a Friendsgiving so we could play some games and have a few drinks. The games are a whole lot of fun and state of the art. There is a bunch of VR games but if those are not your style, they have several other games that are more like what you would find at a carnival except these aren't rigged. To add to it, their ticket system is all digital and the prizes are actually really neat. We got a rubix cube and a stuffed doughnut for our dog. For dinner they have a good selection of options that are all delicious as well as affordable. My wife and I split a plate of onion rings and another plate that was a flat bread. Make sure you grab a drink while you are there because they have a great sprits selection and a talented bartender. If it is yours or someone else's birthday, let them know. They had a robot bring out a cake for us that was singing happy birthday. They also have about ten bowling lanes tucked in the back with a whole slew of TVs tuned to several sports games. We were here on the Friday of their grand opening. We started with dinner and drinks. We were thrilled to hear that they had a restaurant and anxious to try some of the delicious food on their menu! The food was truly awesome - the atmosphere was a bit loud. It's not what I would call a restaurant as it's tables around the bar at the entrance - with full view and full sound of the gaming and fun going on around you. I felt that they could have gotten away with more 'bar food' and less 'restaurant' due to the atmosphere - but the food did not disappoint. I wished that they had put the restaurant into one of the former movie theatre rooms for more of a 'restaurant feel' - but again, I was not disappointed when the food came. We tried the arcade room, VR, the VR Dark Ride, and Axe Throwing. The VR and Dark ride were fun for those that went. They particularially mentioned the stand-up VR that was truly amazing. The arcade room was great, although there were more broken games than I expected to see on the grand opening - we still had a blast! The only true disappointment was the Axe Throwing. The area was much much shorter than any others in the area - but I gave that a pass as I assumed they had to work with the area/footprint they were given. What was not okay, however, was the wood that was used. In most Axe Throwing facilities, they have spare boards on standby to replace between games. At $40 - $50 for the hour, you want to have fun and have your axe 'stick'. However, the bay that we were in... almost the entire 'bullseye' was missing - chunked out from those throwing axes before us. So we were stuck trying to hit outer rings either to the right, left, up, or down. They had an employee who would 'wet the wood' to help the axes stick... but when there are major chunks of wood missing, there is little you can do - especially from a short distance - to get the Axe to stick. It was mentioned by an employee that there was... a limited budget... to work with. (Trying not to get any employee in trouble here as they were all amazing). I get it - times are tough. Wood is expensive. But if you are going to have an Axe throwing area - you want to do it right or not at all. Perhaps a compromise would be to offer a 'wood reset' at $10 per plank of wood? That way the company isn't losing money and the party that is throwing the axes can determine how much they want to spend. We would have gladly paid an extra $10 to have that center piece replaced - it just feels more fun when the axe sticks, of course! We will be back for sure! Great job on the remodel overall and there are still activities that we didn't get to do the first time we were there. read more
