I was a bit skeptical but decided to give it a try. And the Yelp reviews were legit. The guys at this store are knowledgeable, efficient and amazing at what they do! They looked up my insurance benefits and was able to explained to me what my insurance covers. Within 30 mins, they brought me over to the frames selections and let me have my personal tour/picking of a new pair of glasses. If there is anything for improvement, I just wish they slow down a bit! But overall, I appreciated the no BS and explain to you how it is experience. In total, I paid a little over $200 for a pair of new designer frames with shades glasses in sunlights. 1.5 weeks later I received a call that my glasses are available. They adjusted it and I feel so good in them (my old ones gave me headaches). I have worn glasses since I was 12 and this was the smoothest eye glasses experience I have ever had. Just bring your prescription there, they will take care of you. Highly recommend! PS: they also have a bathroom and snack bar inside of the store.

I make a purchase before Thanksgiving and the store promised it will be ready on December 1st. I visited the store on Dec 1st but it said eyeglass hadn't arrived. Understandable since it's during Thanksgiving time. I called in 4 days later asking about the status and the sales said my eyeglass had arrived. I went there on Friday and for my surprise, the sales told me "my eyeglass did arrived 3 days ago but they don't have time to assemble it!!!!" So I asked them to do it right away but they argue no man force to do the assemble at the moment. At the end, I wait till Monday(7 days from what eye solution promise) to receive my eyeglass. It's really ridiculous from the "Eye Solution" services, lack of responsibility and not even felt sorry for wasting customer's time. The price of eyeglass is not cheap and there are many other eyeglass store in the neighborhood. I would not recommend it to anyone.

After awhile trying on frames, I finally decided on the frame I wanted and went to discuss pricing. It seems like Eye Solution no longer take my insurance. Good thing we didn't do the eye exam yet and discuss pricing first. Even tho, I ended up not getting glasses, they still provided wonderful service and went through different options if I decide to get it without the insurance. I'll be back should I have a new insurance. Now, the hunt to find somewhere that takes my insurance with good services and stylish frames.

Bought a pair of saint laurent frame according to sales rep on the phone on July 1st of 2023…read more Considering a pair of frames I bought only a little outside of 1 year and how the frame of the glasses does not hold up, im starting to wonder if it's really authentic. I asked if there is anything they can do, and all the rep said was nope, there's nothing we can do and it's only 1 year warranty. I barely used these glasses as they are not my daily glasses, always stored in the manufacture glasses holder. The only eye glass cleaner i use are the ones sold by them with their brand. They don't offer much help and basically 1 year after purchase date, they're basically saying to get out. Might want to rethink on the quality of glasses they sell and the customer service they provide. Elsewhere is better. They don't even offer services for repair or any solution to it. Nose bridge piece is already chipping off and flaking causing discomfort to wear. Honestly im just pretty upset about their customer service.

They said the ophthalmologist wasn't in on Saturday (had came in early Saturday as I know usually there is a wait to see ophthalmologist in general) and then made the appointment for the next day. Since my last exam was last year 2023 (about 7months ago or so) there was no need for a regular eye exam. Instead he asked if my vision was blurry (read the last line on the screen), he checked my eyes and helped removed some hair/debris from my eye. I looked at some glasses afterward to see if there were any new styles added after the last time I was there. I couldn't find anything last time and hoped there would be better options. I'm particular about my eye glasses as I dislike the new trend of large (round) glasses which is too big for my face. I like actual nose piece for support as I have yet met a new style nose piece that is comfortable. I prefer rectangular over round frames. After some time, my husband selected the one that became my favorite. It framed my face nicely enough that I don't look too much of a dork hahaa and ordered them. Fast forward to Monday after work, I picked up my new glasses. They made some slight adjustment to make sure it fits perfectly on my face. I was given a cleaning cloth and lens spray in a nice tote bag along with my new glasses in its pretty purple case. Thank you MK Vision. I love the service they provided.

The person I spoke on the phone confirmed that they indeed did take my insurance and proceeded to make the appointment for me. When I get there they did not apologize for making the mistake. Instead they said I have to buy glasses and lenses from them in order to give me an eye exam. As if all eye glasses places didn't already do that. I went out of my way to make a trip there for something they confirmed. The least they could do is apologize on their end for making the mistake.

First, he told me to wait in one of the exam rooms, but a minute later said he made a mistake and wanted me back in the waiting area. Then right after, he called me back into the same room for a "vision range" test. When I sat down, he slammed the plastic eye cover onto my glasses and told me to read the numbers on the screen in a really aggressive way. He kept forcing the cover onto my face, which felt rough and made me uncomfortable. I'm very near-sighted (-7.00 in both eyes) and was struggling to read the screen since my glasses prescription isn't perfect (I usually wear contacts). Instead of being patient or helpful, he just kept shoving the eye cover in my face and telling me to "just read it," even though I told him I couldn't see that far. As a patient for over 4 years, I really hope the management takes into consideration how their staff treats patients, and this kind of behavior isn't acceptable.
