I came here with two friends after leaving Yosemite. Perhaps we came on an off day, but the staff…read morewe interacted were rude and made use feel very unwelcome. We came here because they have vegetarian options and looked like a fairly quick option. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a while. We bought three sandwiches, two drinks, and a dessert from the cafe and the staff were rude and didn't let us eat at the tables in the cafe. Even though we had bought multiple items and just wanted to eat our sandwiches quickly before getting the staff member at the cafe was so rude we ended up taking our food outside and eating in our car in 103 degree heat. I got the roasted sandwich without cheese and with bacon. The sandwich itself was tasty and the chicken was moist. However, the cost was nearly $8 for half a sandwich, which was very small. Ambiance: the cafe area looked clean and was completely empty. It would have been fine and serviceable. Customer Service: 1 star. We arrived shortly before 3 p.m. and staff rushed us. I asked for three minute to read the menu and the cashier at the cafe said they were closing in two minutes. It was the most unwelcome I've felt at a restaurant in a very long time. There was no one else there, we had already bought multiple things from the cafe and spent over $50 all together and had to eat our sandwiches in the parking lot in 103 F heat. I've been to other establishments and unknowingly shown up near closing time, but usually that can be communicated politely. I regret spending any money here and supporting this business. Taste: 3 stars for the taste, texture and flavor of the chicken sandwich. 2 stars for the farmers market wrap. 3.5 stars for the carrot zucchini cake. Value: 2 stars. Half sandwich was overpriced and very small for the price.

Great and friendly service. The weather was nice, so we decided to sit in the patio. Luckily there wasn't a long line when we arrived. We ordered lattes, pastries, omelet, and breakfast sandwich at the counter. There's a section for you grab the condiments by the counter. The lattes and hot food are brought to the table when they are ready. Everything was delicious, but pastries were exceptional. There's plenty of parking available and a perfect place to enjoy brunch before the long drive. I definitely recommend this place! Pro tips: check out their menu online to decide what you wanted before you get there so you can take time to decide on the pastries.

I don't usually post things like this, but I feel like I need to share my experience…read more I've been a regular customer at this coffee shop for months. I used to go almost every day, I've supported them consistently, bought drinks and beans there regularly, and it was part of my daily routine during a really difficult time in my life. My usual drink isn't available on their online ordering system, so I've always called ahead to place my order. That has never been an issue before. They knew my order so well that they referred to it as "the Amy Special," and there were times my drink was prepared ahead of time for me to pick up when I arrived. Today I called to place my usual order. I was told the person on the phone was the owner, and I was told they had been discussing my drink and that it was "very unusual," and that I would need to come in to order instead. I asked for clarification because I've always ordered the same way for months. I was told again that I would need to come in, and that my drink was too complicated to order over the phone. I explained that I've been ordering this drink the same way for a long time and that I've always been able to call it in before. After I said I was going through a hard time and wasn't really up for coming in, the call ended. When I called back, the phone was hung up on multiple times before I was able to briefly speak with someone again. When I did finally speak with someone I recognized, my reaction was emotional because I was confused and hurt by what was happening, and the interaction didn't feel like the experience I had come to expect from them. What I'm upset about is not that a business can change how they operate. What I'm upset about is that there was no clear communication that a policy had changed, and no explanation that made sense of why something that had been routine for months was suddenly not allowed. I'm sharing this because I genuinely thought I had a good relationship with this place as a customer, and today's experience didn't reflect that. This was a place I supported daily for a long time, and it became part of my routine during a period of my life when it genuinely mattered more than people probably realize. That's why today's experience felt so disappointing and hard to process.

We initially wanted to discuss breakfast catering options, but once we received highly detailed emails from Jennifer about her services we then decided to move forward with planning/catering/floral/furniture/signage/wedding cake/tastings/wine pairings and so much more. Cakewalk provided the perfect nature design/coordination, organic farm to table catering and custom cake design with dessert services for our special day. Jennifer is an absolute gem. She connected with us via phone and email multiple times leading up to the big day to plan a truly amazing wedding day. She asked us for our pinterest board, and she really listened to our ideas and concerns. Her emails were very detailed and consisted of multiple design boards. She was very organized and provided us with a comprehensive planning timeline. Jennifer incorporated two new entrees for our dinner service that were not in their original menu selection. During the tasting, she offered the highest degree of service. She also provided the wine pairings for each dish! Jennifer coordinated with all our vendors. She planned a day of coronation timeline that was perfectly executed and was flexible with any changes. She really has a caring eye for detail and made our dream wedding a reality! Our wedding party was intimate with 20 guests and Jennifer and her team really made everyone feel like royalty.
