Above and beyond amazing, Customer Sevice! We placed an order on Sunday afternoon for two bagel sandwiches, and a pizza bagel via DoorDash. The owner of the shop called me to let me know they were out of certain types of bagels because it was late in the day and they had sold out. He graciously took the time to go through the list of bagels they had available to make the substitutions for our sandwiches. The crew was doing some work in the parking lot and I had some time to kill before we started working. This place caught my attention while most people went to a familiar Starbucks. I walked into this place with a bagel sandwich or bagel dog in mind. When I got to the counter, my spirit made the easy decision lol. The bagel dog was fresh and tasted up to standard. The inspector got a bagel that he said was pretty good, too. The price was realistic and the gentleman that helped me was very friendly and in a good mood to hopefully spread some positivity to anybody that needs it. Came in on a weekday and it wasn't busy. Seemed bothered by us being there and had poor service. This was confirmed when I got home to see that my bagel didn't even have enough cream cheese on it. They Only put a little on one side and I had to use my own cream cheese from home to supplement what they didn't do. I got an egg sandwich for my friend and they half cut it. This is my new go to place for my morning bagel runs. I ordered their lox bagel on a jalapeno cheese bagel and it was absolutely delicious. It tasted fresh and was stuffed with a healthy amount of veggies. Presentation blew me away as I haven't seen such aesthetics in a minute. Vegetables tasted soooo fresh and bagel flavor was bold and scrumptious. I thought pricing was reasonable for the quality ingredients they used. I wish they had more customers as store was empty when I visited. I liked the large selection of drinks, sandwiches, etc that you could also order from their menu. The person working was very nice and definitely made my morning! She made my bagel exceptionally quick and I was out the door within minutes. There is plenty of seating inside if you're looking to dine in. It's also very clean and spacious! I will definitely be back as this has become a part of my new morning routine. Nothing fancy from the outside and nothing to rave about on the inside, Main Street Bagels serves up tasty, fresh bagels and fast. Our family loves the bagels here. They are by far better than anything else nearby (not that the other bagel shops are not good, they are just better). Super friendly and welcome. Once the owner learns your name, she will never forget it, or what you like to eat. When I arrive, she asks whether I need breakfast and lunch (on school days, the kids like to take them as their lunch) for the kids. I never have to mention any names or what they like. The service is quick and the food quality is consistent. Not more you can ask for. Mornings can be busy but they get everyone's orders processed quickly. I'm disappointed. I went in this morning for an asiago bagel with cream cheese...that's it...it cost $2! I wouldn't be so upset if the asiago bagel actually tasted good. It tasted like a plain bagel. This was the WORST bagel sandwich I have ever had. I came here on Feb 12, 2009 and ordered a lox sandwich on an onion bagel, which came with cream cheese, lettuce, capers, and tomatoes. They really skimped on the lox and the bagel wasn't toasted enough. I normally love capers, but these were so gross I actually pulled them out of the sandwich while eating it. The service was not friendly at all, either. I would rather buy bagels and fixin's at SaveMart and make it myself than go here again. I have been coming to Main Street Bagels ever since I was at the young age of 10 years old in the sixth grade. The owners are the nicest people I have ever met and they quickly learnt my name as I have come here over the years. The bagels are made freshly every day and are made very good. coworkers just brought bagels from here. im a huge bagel fan and i liked how the bread was really chewy. i chose a reddish bagel (i thought it was sun dried tomato, but they dont have that on their site) and the only spreads were mixed berry, honey walnut and green onion. i went with the green onion (probably not the best choice while at work, but oh well). it was pretty good, not the best ive had, but decent. i noticed they had a spinach garlic spread on their website, sounds so different and i like the two things! will have to try next time! read more

The bagels are good but not amazing. A BLT on a regular bagel should not be $7.00, but it is. I usually get sun-dried tomato cream cheese on a bagel, and a coffee, which is only $5 total and more affordable. Sandwiches are overpriced for what you get. The bacon isn't very good. I come here a lot because it's on my way to work. The cream cheese and bagels are better at House of Bagels or Bagel Street Cafe, and that's coming from somebody who eats a lot of bagels.
