If you are looking for a really good bagel shop, like the ones on the East Coast. I would say Izzy's is that shop, good service with a friendly attitude and excellent Kosher Bagels and other items. Nice quiet atmosphere. Don't forget to try the "Lemoncita" you will remember it.

My friend said the salt bagel was fresh and tasty. My tea was ok. Seating inside and out.

Quite a crowd when I went. You order at the kiosk, and pickup time after that is not too slow. I got the blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Everything about it was just right - sufficiently satisfies my cravings for a new york style bagel!

Simply, I'm over it and it's time for me to move on,. I held on as long I could;-mostly for nostalgia. The past year, my experience has gotten progressively worse: 1. Haven't seen a smile from any staff in over a year . 2. No sincerity, acknowledgement or apologies for their mistakes . 3. Just not welcoming - food quality is not consistent My breaking point was my last bagel . Staff should know that a bagel shouldn't be served that burnt . It was far from edible . It was so petrified and crunchy. They served it anyway and in my opinion most likely due the points above... they don't care ! I feel the same way , I no longer care or advocate for this local business.

Izzy's never disappoints. Was in the area for an early morning football match at Mayfield. There isn't much open that early on a Saturday, but when you're hungry for a bagel sandwich THIS is the spot! They've added touchscreens outside for convenience, but I still like going up to the counter. The staff is usually polite, but sometimes there are folx who have their head down even though they are working by the register. On this day, it was the youngest person working in the front of house who greeted me and told me they'd take my order as soon as they could. Izzy's has great lox, so it's my go-to when I'm there. The fresh onions and capers cut nicely against the cream cheese... and of course, it's all on a toasted everything!

Not bad just not good Bar is a bit higher cus I am used to actual New York bagels. Tried their lox special which had all the traditional elements. The amount of salmon was a big meager and not the best quality. Too much cream cheese. And their bagels were too chewy for me.

I got the lox special on a toasted everything bagel which had cream cheese and lox, and I added capes and red onion. It was +$0.55 per veggie add-on and came out to about $13. They also have some day-old discounted pastries. I got a mini apple turnover day-old for $1.50. There's a good amount of seating and some with outlets. Free wi-fi! Service is quick, no complaints.

Our first time here. Fresh bagels, busy place, outside seating, relaxing ambiance after a nice hike.

I wanted some apricot rugelach before my surgery and couldn't find them in my neighborhood so I asked my son to pick them up before visiting me in L.A.. I special ordered via email. Ana was very helpful and accommodating. And my son just got here and it was delicious. I am very happy. Special thanks to Ana. My son told me he usually go there to get some bagels since he lives near by. This is my favorite treat from my childhood in NYC, my cousin used to take me to Williamsburg neighborhood in Brooklyn to get some apricot rugelach for us, this brought me back to the 80s. Two thumbs up.

first time having bagels from here! i got a pizza bagel which was just tomato sauce slathered on a bagel! it was ok but for the price, maybe they could add some meat? my girlfriend got the salmon bagel and there was so much cream cheese on there! service was ok and ambiance is a grab and go cafe with seats!

It's not easy finding a good bagel spot, but Izzy's delivered! Cute little spot, which I can personally say reminded me of New York. There was a long line, but service was quick and easy. Ordered the gourmet lox on a multi bagel and it hit the spot! The cream cheese to lox ratio wasn't overwhelming, just right. I asked for the bagel to be lightly toasted which gave it a nice crunch but still had a little fluff, just how we like it. Sunday farmers market is right outside, big plus! Will be back again!

Ordered: Hojicha Einspanner (go to), Espresso Tonic (go to), Seasonal Drinks, Pour Over Covour is one of our favorite coffee shops and we always come during the weekends! Highly recommend going early because the parking fills up fast, therefore, the seating in the coffee shop fills up fast as well. Our go-tos are usually an Iced Hojicha Einspanner and a pour over, Iced Americano, or an Espresso Tonic. We've tried their matcha as well, which is also solid! Every single time we have gone (which is usually when they open), there is already a line forming outside the door. Depending on how busy it is, we have waited between 12-18 minutes for our drinks (on the high end), but the drinks are always so yummy! They also have an amazing selection of pastries including an everything croissant, cookies, mochi, pistachio raspberry croissant, spinach and feta croissant, and a mushroom croissant to name a few! Their Hojicha Einspanner is sooo good. The Einspanner is so creamy and their Hojicha is the perfect, balanced amount of nutty flavors. Whenever I have ordered this drink, people are always eyeing to see what it is because the presentation is also that good! The Espresso Tonic is also a perfect summer drink and the shot was pulled perfectly. If you want to get some work done here, I'd highly recommend coming early so you can grab a table and to also bring your headphones because it does get busy and loud. They also have WiFi and one single bathroom. Thanks Covour Coffee!

It's quite disgusting and turned me off to having their pastries, which sucks because they are tasty. The last few days in a row I've come and seen this issue. I brought it up to the employee at the register and he just looked at me and completely ignored what I said and shrugged. It seems like they don't care to follow health regulations. I hope this issue gets nipped in the bud and they install some plastic/vinyl curtains on the display case or figure out a way to fix their fly problem so that I can enjoy the pastries again. I'll update the review when I see that it's been fixed.

The coffee cream latte was like coffee milk. It reminded me of the Star Wars coco cereal coffee, which I absolutely love! I liked the flavor of this but added a shot of espresso from an actual coffee shop to make the flavor stronger. The cheesecake was yummy. I did really like this spot! Don't let that throw you off, though: there's a parking lot right behind the shop, and when I rolled in at 8am there was plenty of space. Bonus points for the signs in the lot that point you toward Robu, so you're not wandering around trying to find the entrance. Inside, they had a video playing of a guy DJing 90's hip hop, which set a really cool, laid-back vibe. I ordered the marble and the salted coffee, and both tasted great -- smooth and satisfying. Fair warning, though: this coffee packs a serious punch. I drink Vietnamese coffee a few times a week and I'm well used to a caffeine kick, but this one left me jittery, a little anxious, and with a bit of a headache. So it's not that it's bad -- it might just be a touch too strong, even for a seasoned coffee drinker. Pace yourself, especially if caffeine hits you easily. I also grabbed an egg sandwich, and it was lovely -- soft, pillowy bread with an egg mixture inside that was slightly salty and balanced with creamy mayo. A comforting little bite to go with your coffee. Four stars: great flavor, cool atmosphere, easy parking once you know where to look. Just go in knowing the coffee means business.
