WTH is this.... it was supposed to be an open faced tuna melt - no onions, no tomatoes, major fail on all our orders this morning
    Heather Bee R.

Major Issues- this chain has gone downhill! All 6 of our orders today placed through DoorDash were incorrect. I don't know if it's a training issue but this is not the first time we encountered this same issue. Last month our order was also incorrect, DoorDash resolved for the most part but I thought we would give them a second shot! Our food was spoiled and clearly not ok for consumption but the clerks packaged it up for DoorDash to deliver! I will not return to this location or posh bagel ever again!

This is not a bagel. I'm not sure it is but I know what it's not.

They're not even bagels anymore but some disgusting slab of what resembles a white bread roll. Gross, literally had to throw it out.

Parking is plentiful. Staffs were quick and efficient. Indoor had a lot of seating and a vast menu. Bagel was good, nothing amazing. Soft and fresh. The eggs and such were definitely sitting. I believe the eggs used in my breakfast sandwich were those microwaveable egg as it had a plastic-like taste to it yet rubbery. We also got the salmon lox with cream cheese sandwich. There were a mere 2 piece of salmon and nothing much else beside the cream cheese.

The egg bagel with bacon and avocado was very good. But have to say what would bring me back again and again is the Posh orange juice. Assuming it is fresh squeezed and at the counter on ice , very best OJ I've had. The interior is basically clean and it was crowded by what seems to be mostly locals so must be consistent good. Lots of staff for fast and friendly service and a great menu to pick from. Enjoy eating inside or outside seating is available. Will be back for sure !!!

Could've been better. Got there in the wee bits of the morning when they opened..employees were obviously still sleepy (I don't blame them), kind, and pretty fast at getting my bagel out. The unfortunate thing is they didn't toast me another bagel and decided to just wrap this burnt bagel and hand it off until it was too late to figure out that my $10 lox and cream cheese bagel was definitely crispier than crisp. Lol. The lox was good, but more in the chunkier, fattier end... the cream cheese was delectable, and the sprouts were fresh... but overall 3/5 for the presentation and taste.

Their black truffle cream cheese is amazing! A must try, I paired it with an Asiago basil bagel.

The lox bagel I ordered was good and I enjoyed it but a bit over priced. The service was also good and the server was helpful.

After I told a hg that I really enjoy floral tea, she highly recommended Molly Tea!…read more --- D R I N K S --- My favorite combo is the White Champaca Milk tea with a Jasmine Whipped Cream With Pecan top and sago! It sounds like a lot, but it actually works really well together. The White Champaca tea is on the mellow side, the Jasmine whipped cream adds additional floral aroma and extra creaminess, the sago gives texture without overpowering the drink, and the little bits of pecan add a nice surprise crunch. My husband's favorite is the Peach Oolong. I've had my fair share of peach milk teas over the years where they can be too sweet and the peach flavor tastes straight up like chemicals, but this has to be the best peach-flavored tea I've had so far! It has a fruity taste that doesn't overpower the flavor of the tea leaves. When I first visited last year, they had a "Fresh Oat Milk Tea Series", but I'm sad to say that it's not on this location's menu anymore. _______________________________________________________ ---A M B I A N C E -- I'm diggin' the woodsy, warm, Asian-y aesthetic they got going on! Tea and merch are displayed on the walls, and pink is definitely their signature color, so expect to see pops of it here and there in the decor, cups, and to-go bags. This location has a decent amount of chairs and tables, but let me tell you, this place was hella busy back when it was the only Bay Area location. We learned the hard way that the parking lot gets packed. Sometimes you'll get stuck in the super small lot because someone isn't even in a spot -- they just have their car parked with the hazards on while they run in to pick up their drink. Other times, cars are waiting and signaling for a parking spot while other cars are on standby waiting for people to leave after grabbing their drinks. The gas station behind the shop clearly got tired of it too because they put up a bunch of signs saying they'll tow if you park there just to visit Molly Tea. I highly recommend parking down the street near the apartment sidewalks or across the street and taking a little stroll to the store instead. Honestly, it just showed me that no matter how tiny the lot was, people still made the effort to slide through for drank. Fair warning though -- definitely expect to wait and chill. _______________________________________________________ --- S E R V I C E --- I will say, the staff handles the busyness pretty well. Lines are usually at or out the door, and they're receiving online orders simultaneously. There's another boba shop in the Bay that has a similar layout and process as Molly Tea, but that other chain feels like workers on an assembly line with deadpan faces. I feel like the brightness and warmth of Molly Tea is emphasized even more because of the friendly staff and their willingness to help with your order even after it's received.

If you find yourself free on a weekday afternoon and craving Molly Tea, it is the best time to go…read more I stopped by at 12 PM and ordered at the kiosk inside. The interior is clean, beautiful, and smells like fragrant tea. I'm so used to waiting 30-50 minutes for drink at their other locations, like San Mateo. I had fully accepted my fate after placing the order, so I immediately walked back to my car to snack on In N Out fries. 5 minutes later, I got a text that my order was ready! There is a sign by the registers stating that drinks are best enjoyed within 15 minutes to prevent the foam from melting too much. I like how their employees ask if you want whipped cream on top of Snowy drinks when you arrive at the pick-up counter. I believe you can ask for the whipped cream in a paper cup instead and get a small package of pecans. They automatically do this for online takeout orders. The Snowy Jasmine is phenomenal! It's fragrant and floral, you can tell the tea is high quality and not watered down. I absolutely love the pecans topping, so unique and yummy. I used to think their super thin straw was just a gimmick, but the tea honestly tastes better through the small straw than a regular straw. 4 stars because the Tongmu Lapsang Bubble Tea is just OK, nothing special. Sunnyvale is one of the better locations and Molly Tea is a solid choice for bubble tea.

Stopped in for a post meal sweet treat. Definitely looks and sounds like a chain...doing matcha,…read moreboth in drinks and in soft serve ice cream. Business is in a modern retail space where urban dwellings are above the retail spaces at ground level. Super high ceilings gave it a very airy space with tons of natural light from big windows. Place seemed very lively on a casual Sunday afternoon, seems people know they are there and like going there. Loved seeing that. I just got their basic Matcha Cold Brew ($6/4*) as I wanted to taste the purity of their product. I wanna say that most matcha drinks I've ever enjoyed were usually lattes of some sort where the matcha is mixed with some form of dairy to make it creamy. This was just matcha and water and is totally different than when it is mixed with dairy. IMO matcha is more satisfying and richer when dairy is incorporated into the mix, makes it more of a dessert/treat. This is more like drinking straight tea or black coffee. Good to taste as you can see the true characters of the green tea powder. Very herbacious, slight bitterness with an almost nori (dried seaweed) type of nuance. I enjoyed this but next time I'm gonna get more of a latte, possibly even with pureed fruit on the bottom, strawberry or guava most likely. Also tried a few bites from their Matcha Soft Serve ($6.50/5*) and I found this to be truly special. A nice sized cup enough to share even. Very creamy and not icy or too soft where it melts too fast. Perfect consistency and I usually don't like soft serve ice creams, I prefer real scooped ice cream. But not only was the texture great, but the flavor was a solid matcha flavor that was both smooth yet present. And you can pick a fruit to put on the bottom and a choice of a dusting if preferred which adds more dimension. Think we tried a lychee add where tiny cubes enhanced the bites and think there was a Hojitcha dusting as well to give it more roasty notes. I would get this again and try more different combinations. Place is very cutesy and girly with a Hello Kitty type of vibe. They seem to have another character a cartoon bunny from Asia that seems to be a mascot. I don't know much about that stuff, but for their delicious matcha products, my palate and belly is going to want for a return. And to that I shall oblige and grant.
