The food was pretty good!! I got the American cheese burger with bacon and it was delicious. My only complaint is the amount of fries I was given but despite that everything was great!! Our waiter Veronica and the rest of the staff did a great job, very helpful. The apple pie was BOMBBBB I recommend it!! read more

My husband and I drove here from Springdale while visiting Zion. Tiny little place but the food was delish! I had tomato and artichoke soup which was on special and Lenna's pasta. My husband had penne pesto. We both tried each others meal and liked both dishes. The high school guys that were working were attentive and kind. Had breakfast before a golf round. No wait and we were seated quickly. Service was good. Breakfast was typical diner. I had an omelette which was a tad overcooked for me. Other people had the veggie scramble which was good I think. Prices were t bad. Not much ambiance and the wifi was not working when we were there. They do have an outdoor patio which looks nice. Definitely a place to check out in Hurricane. read more

If you are ever in Hurricane or on your way to Zion National Park, fuel up HERE!! It is absolutely charming and a real neighborhood joint. Breakfasts are filling but not too heavy--the perfect pre-hike meal. They serve a wonderful selection of sweet and savory options, providing selections for every palette. Came back here in 2024 so a goof 5 years later and the food still was just as good as I remembered! The tomato soup is so good and the pesto pasta is my favorite. I definitely recommend stopping here if you're on your way to visit the park. read more

On our trip around Utah we were in need for lunch and decided to stop in a city called Hurricane. The Main Street Cafe looked interesting so we decided to stop there and check it out. The Cranberry Turkey Sandwich, minus the cream cheese, was delicious!! Others in our group had burgers, salads and a chicken wrap and everyone really enjoyed their meal. Corbin was our server and he was excellent, making sure all the "can you put this on the side" or "take this off please and put it on the side" we're done easily with no problem, and he was kind enough to take a picture of our group, Outdoor seating is available and there's a large outdoor area for parties in the back of the building. read more

We called ahead to see if they could seat 8 adults and 3 kids. And they were able to! When we got there, they brought us into the garden area which was technically closed but they made an exception since we had such a large party. We were served by a very friendly lady! I got the seafood pasta that was one of their specials that evening. It was delicious! The shrimp was cooked and season great. One of our favorites! We eat here at least once a month more. Have never been disappointed by food or service. They have daily specials that are always well thought out and delicious. I tell people of this place and hear what a great place this is. They rave about the food and how cozy it is. If it looks busy and you don't think they will have room just ask. It's easy to drive past this simple-looking diner, but it's absolutely worth a visit. We stopped here for dinner on the way to Zion. Everything we got was delicious -- our group's selection included pasta, sandwiches, and chicken fried steak. While the food is good, two things elevate this restaurant into "must try" territory: the staff and the CARROT CAKE. The owner stopped and talked with our table. She treated us like lifelong friends. You can tell she takes pride in creating a welcoming experience. We weren't planning to end up with carrot cake, but we did... and it changed our lives. Seriously, GET THE CARROT CAKE. Service was very good. The girls were attentive to all of the customers. The decaf coffee was barely palatable. We split a horizontal breakfast- the bacon was nice and crispy. The pancakes were fluffy and tasty. The eggs, although we asked for them scrambled well done, they were still a bit on the soft side. Overall it was a decent breakfast. Given this was the only place we ate in Hurricane I am not sure how it rates compared to other places. read more

"Main Street Cafe" is about as generic a title for a small town restaurant can be, and possibly for good reason. Or not: alongside the expected omelette-waffle-eggs'n'bacon fare, they offer two "Skillet" choices, each a pile of breakfast goodness served in a skillet, offered in "Southwest" and "Corned Beef" choices. The Southwest was a perfect pile of breakfast goodness. It's served as something of a deconstructed omelette, where the diner gets to choose how much blending and mixing goes on. The flavor profile was perfect to the last bite. A decently strong coffee is served in a mug and kept refreshed. The atmosphere is convivial, many travelers like me girding up for a day in the National Park and the people who provide services to us, the locals. I visited on a chilly morning, but there is a outdoor seating area with a lush trellis that looks like it would be delightful on a warmer day. read more

This is a delightful find. We were traveling from the western entrance of Zion to Page AZ, avoiding the tunnel. Food was fresh. The cook brought it to our table, nice touch. Confused on how many 5 star reviews this place had considering we did not have a good experience at all.. we got the chicken parmesan and gnocci. We both agreed it tasted like cheap cafeteria food.. very bland, no seasonings and just simply not good. Would not recommend coming here at all. Our first meal at Main Street Cafe and certainly not our last. We ordered their seafood linguine special for lunch today. It was simply amazing!!! No shortage of seafood, just a real beautiful meal!! The staff were all extremely friendly too. Our overall experience was top notch. We're visiting from Canada and I guarantee we'll be back before we head home. A must if you are in the Hurricane area! Classic breakfasts with small twists to make them unique. Service was quick and the waitresses were incredible. They checked on us often and answered all questions about the menu and things to do in the area. After eyeing up the specials menu, we will probably be back before the end of our stay. When we asked if they would change tomorrow, they said, "Maybe, but ask if we have it because we might be able to make it". 10/10! read more

The staff is super friendly! We ordered a carnivore pizza for the 3 of us to share and we also got some of their ranch for dipping. My oldest got a refillable soda, my youngest tried one of their Italian sodas and I enjoyed a nonalcoholic Athletic Brewing beer! We were also able to dine in as well! Love the decor. I am, at this moment, reveling in a veggie wrap, the likes of which I don't think I've had in a very, very long time. It's got a spinach tortilla wrapper; it's got avocados and cheese and onions and mushrooms and it's tasty and tender and a little bit warm and it's absolutely perfect. A tasty little fruit cup and cranberry juice makes a great veggie meal. They are not a vegetarian restaurant, but they made this special for me. That made me feel special. They told me this is been a restaurant for 25 years, but the new chef just bought it 5 weeks ago. It looks like a great addition to Hurricane, Utah, to me. I loved this meal and the price is right. I didn't think it would be this cheap, especially in a town near the national parks like Zion and Grand Canyon and Bryce. read more

We stumbled upon this gem for breakfast, right after visiting Matt's off-road recovery shop. The folks there praised this place like it was the holy grail of breakfast spots, so we had to give it a shot. And boy, were they right! The service was impeccable, with a staff so friendly they could make a grumpy bear crack a smile. As for the food, it was so awesome, I swear it had me doing a happy dance in my seat. We're already planning our next visit when we swing by this town again. Oh, and let me tell you about our server, this seasoned Latina lady who was like a superhero of the diner world. She had us laughing so hard, we almost forgot to eat! She's definitely the queen of wit and the master of breakfast ceremonies. I highly recommend this spot. read more

Had a great little meal for breakfast here on their new opening day. They are under new management, with a new staff. All really fun people it's a great location you can sit outside if the weathers nice and there's a park next-door. Had scrambled eggs my buddy had eggs and bacon and they have lots of other things you could get along with espresso drinks food was super. My partner and I are visiting Utah for our daughter's first birthday. We came to eat at Main Street cafe yesterday for lunch and today for breakfast. Our hostess for both days as well as another employee were two of the nicest women I've ever met! So kind and welcoming. Very sweet. The food was great! I had the pesto pasta for lunch yesterday and today eggs with sausage patties. We ended up ordering flan to go and we devoured it in the car it was the most delicious flan I've ever had! 10/10 recommend to eat here. read more

Revising my earlier comments... They have and seem to be improving over time since the ownership change last summer. The sandwich had veggies and more meat this time and they had 3 choices for dessert :) I will go again and hope the improving trend continues. It was much busier this time as well, so maybe word is getting out that they are doing better. I hope this continues, the Main Street Cafe has been a staple of Hurricane for a long time. Really cute spot and very sweet staff. We were checked on very frequently and our food was quick and delicious. They have an indoor and two outdoor areas. We chose the patio (outdoor) which had a lot of flies which is to be expected so it didn't bother us much. It's very well shaded and the ambience is very nice. Our waitress was the sweetest and made sure we were well taken care of and encouraged us to pick our favorite table. definitely will be going again! read more

Went here with 3 friends on vacation and didn't really know what to expect. I got the shrimp and crab ravioli. It was a flavorful dish and both the shrimp and ravioli were perfectly cooked. Besides the great food, our waitress was wonderful. She was witty and charming while being attentive to all of our needs. The service from the staff was excellent.
