My friends and I stopped here traveling from Kanab to Las Vegas and we're so blown away by how good the food was! We were there for breakfast and got the Eggs Chesapeake and an omelette. They also have a cute patio and the coffee drinks were great. Highly recommend getting breakfast here!

Very local quaint spot in a hurricane. Staff was great, cafe was clean with and outdoor section and offered free WiFi. Grabbed their Hummus Wrap (GF) with red house potatoes as the side. Everything was very tasty and came out amazing. Good Local Vibes

Came here to try a local spot in our Zion trip. I got the chicken sandwich and carrot cake. The chicken sandwich was alright, chicken itself was somewhat bland, but the other ingredients were very fresh. Sweet potato fries also basic but good with the fry sauce, which I also put on the sandwich to give it a little more flavor. What stood out was the carrot cake I got for dessert! I asked staff for a suggestion and they mentioned how the carrot cake was made in house, you can definitely taste it. Super yummy and warmed with some caramel drizzle.

90th Birthday. Cheesecake, Crème Brûlée, Flan, Keylime Pie ...all AMAZING and house made. You can tell.

First time and definitely not the last time visiting Main Street Cafe. We were looking for a cozy spot for a 90th birthday. Upon entering a packed dining room, we were instantly greeted and assured we would get a table. True to their word, had a table in less than 5 minutes. Veronica is a wonderful host and the atmosphere is very cozy and fun. Every staff member exuded warm smiles. Great vibes. The FOOD is amazing! We tried four items off the specials and each one was perfect. Fresh ingredients, sauces were perfect and make room for dessert. We didn't know what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. We will be back.

This place was so tasty, a little gem inside of Hurricane. We had the Rampage burrito with all the meats, an order of biscuits and gravy, my wife had turkey and avocado omelette with some great breakfast potato's. We had such great service, very nice people a little get away from the intense heat that offered relief from the sun. We were even able to bring our dog here too which we needed. The vibe was very chill and pleasant. Our only regret is that we didn't come here at the beginning of our trip. We will be back.

A solid diner/cafe in the town of Hurricane, with somewhat higher prices than expected in a small town. Breakfast, lunch/dinner and a kids menu, open 7 am to 8 or 9 depending on the day but closed Sundays. The location is pretty good if you don't need a super early start to the day. The horizon breakfast with pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage and fruit was a satisfying choice though the pancakes and eggs tasted like generic diner food that you can find anywhere. For lunch and dinner they have salads, soups, sandwiches, and other entree dishes with plenty of options for everyone. Service was also good. They have some seating outdoors as well. The interior is pretty basic and there's free street parking.

We spent my birthday dinner here on a Friday night and man was it the right choice. We came here in 2022 and had a great dinner so it was a no brainer to try it again. They have a nightly steak special, be sure to ask your server about it! We sat outside on a beautiful evening, they even had small fans on the table to thwart the flies. We started with the great crab cakes app, that came with an arugula salad and an amazing roasted bell pepper sauce! Clean plate club #1. Entrees were the special 12oz Ribeye, mashed potatoes and fresh grilled vegetables, and the Spinach Ricotta Chicken Ravioli in marinara sauce. Both came with two pieces of garlic bread. The meals were phenomenal! We're not plate clearers but had zero issues here! We didn't even get pics of the dinner salad after eating them asap! Love this place and all three of their menus, cannot wait to come back! Thanks again!

This place is so great. The food is packed with bold flavors and was a huge surprise for a small town. I was blown away by every dish including the side salad. All real veggies. No ice berg salad. Homemade dressing and sauces. I will be back before I leave from vacation!

What a lovely place to be! Inside was packed, but I was the only one sitting outside and had the whole patio to myself. The food was good (I can recommend the butternut squash ravioli and the berry pie with ice cream), but what was the best part of my experience, was my server. A wonderfully cozy little restaurant with GENEROUS portions! We tried to go for breakfast and they were so busy they weren't taking anymore customers for that time. However, we decided to try them again for dinner. We were lucky enough to get in and get seated right away. I say lucky because they got so busy they had to stop taking walk-ins. First of all I want to say that Sara was on her game. She was everywhere at once and even though things got a little crazy she was able to calmly handle each situation that came up quickly and efficiently. She was a delight to work with. Every other employee was amazing as well. All stepping in to help each other and work together. The food. Oh my the food was outstanding. I highly recommend the Butternut Squash Ravioli. It was delicious. Others in my party agreed their meals were excellent as well. My only recommendation would be to call ahead and make reservations to ensure you get a table. read more

Nice cozy place. Great food and wonderful people. I had the corned beef skillet. It's definitely not the stuff from a can that you may find at other places. A gem of a find. Off the beaten path but there should be a path to their door. A super menu and great service. Anybody the posts a bad review of this cafe is just a grouch, ignore them. Just a small cafe to be sure, with outdoor dining as an option. Unfortunately, it was 104F so we ate inside. I had Linguini with a wine reduction and heirloom cherry tomatoes, topped off with shrimp. Bob had Butternut Squash Ravioli. Not your typical cafe menu now is it? Rarely do we order dessert but we had to tonight... hot apple pie ala mode that was delicious. They have chefs and not just cooks. Very attentive servers kept our tea glasses filled and stopped to check on us several times - that's rare these days!! read more

Great local breakfast place. I had poached eggs over homemade crabcakes with a red pepper sauce. Creative and tasty, without bread, if you're cutting back on wheat. And the veggie omelette hit the spot, too. The server was super friendly aimed efficient. We'd go back there in a heartbeat. :) Gotta love that autocorrect! read more

We stopped in for a quick lunch before checking in to our hotel. Surpassed all expectations! I had the chicken Caesar wrap and my husband had the burger with avocado. The setting was wonderful on the patio and we enjoyed the smell of the grill that was also outside. Definitely stop if you're on your way in or out of Zion. read more

Trying out something local on a drive through Hurricane, I was amazed by this little gem of a cafe. Their summer squash soup of the day was just delicious, and the fact that I could finish off my squash mood with butternut squash ravioli made my day (and was equally delish). Our waitress was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and specials, and she also shared some little tidbits about the place, town, and neighboring city which made this a ten out of ten road trip stop. read more

Both times I've visited the service has been PHENOMENAL ! Gino and Maddie were both so kind and accommodating to our larger groups. Seriously the best servers EVER! The outdoor seating is lovely and feels like you're dining in a monet painting, it was so refreshing. We got a variety of dishes and desserts and they were all delicious. The best bread / sandwiches / breakfast in Hurricane (or that I can remember being served actually). We got the turkey cranberry special of the day. The quality is fabulous. Not your average cheese/bacon/steak/pancake kinda diner. Real food, for really great prices. And good espressos too. Why not 5 stars? Service could be a tad more professional. Wow! Just ate breakfast at Main Street with a good buddy of mine. We are about to head out on a full days moto cross adventure and we're hungry... that said we ordered just about everything on the menu... scrambled egg veggies, the veggie omelet, the waffles, the parfait and the wholesome oatmeal.... We could not be more satisfied with the quality, quantity, reasonably priced, great friendly service this family operation has in such an amazing surrounding. i ordered the tomato artichoke soup and i was really excited about it. but i was a salty mess. it was totally inedible i really wanted to like it since we had been driving over six hours and a warm bowl of soup sounded like a dream. i dont know if they would have replaced the food of i asked cause i didn't. the salt water soup ruined my appetite. read more

This is one of our favorite breakfast places to eat around the Seal Beach, Los Alamitos area. The food is really good and the atmosphere is warm and cozy. If it had been warm and toasted, it would've made the sandwich so much better. Still, it worked as a quick meal before getting back out on the trail. Service was fast, which I appreciated since I wasn't trying to spend a ton of time there. I also liked that there were outdoor tables available, so I was able to sit down, drink my Pepsi, eat, and just relax for a few minutes before continuing the day at Zion National Park. Castle Dome Café was a convenient stop inside Zion. I wouldn't say it was a must try food spot at Zion, but if you're in the park, and need something quick between trails, it gets the job done!

The bread is baked in-house, and you can actually see their baking area behind the kitchen -- which makes total sense once you taste it. The texture is perfectly chewy with rich flavor you don't often find in small café stops. The interior is warm and thoughtfully designed, and it pairs beautifully with the natural surroundings outside. It feels like the kind of place you want to slow down and enjoy. The staff were genuinely kind and full of positive energy. One of them asked about our travel plans and enthusiastically recommended a few scenic spots they personally loved -- we'll be stopping by those next. We didn't expect to find a place this memorable here, but we're very happy we did. Definitely worth the stop.

I ordered the roast beef sandwich and (I think it was) tomato soup - they were both very delightful. They most definitely tasted healthy, if you know what I mean, which my body was craving at the moment. I wish the sandwich had been less bready with more filling, but I nearly always find myself wishing that! The soup was good, nothing absolutely stunning, but it was fresh and flavorful. My two friends seem to enjoy their selections as well. It was thankfully a pleasant day so we sat outside in the patio and helped ourselves to the watering station outside. This place definitely has a small cafe feel and service was prompt and pleasant.

I am, at this moment, reveling in a veggie wrap, the likes of which I don't think I've had in a very, very long time. It's got a spinach tortilla wrapper; it's got avocados and cheese and onions and mushrooms and it's tasty and tender and a little bit warm and it's absolutely perfect. A tasty little fruit cup and cranberry juice makes a great veggie meal. They are not a vegetarian restaurant, but they made this special for me. That made me feel special. They told me this is been a restaurant for 25 years, but the new chef just bought it 5 weeks ago. It looks like a great addition to Hurricane, Utah, to me. I loved this meal and the price is right. I didn't think it would be this cheap, especially in a town near the national parks like Zion and Grand Canyon and Bryce. read more

We stumbled upon this gem for breakfast, right after visiting Matt's off-road recovery shop. The folks there praised this place like it was the holy grail of breakfast spots, so we had to give it a shot. And boy, were they right! The service was impeccable, with a staff so friendly they could make a grumpy bear crack a smile. As for the food, it was so awesome, I swear it had me doing a happy dance in my seat. We're already planning our next visit when we swing by this town again. Oh, and let me tell you about our server, this seasoned Latina lady who was like a superhero of the diner world. She had us laughing so hard, we almost forgot to eat! She's definitely the queen of wit and the master of breakfast ceremonies. I highly recommend this spot. read more

Had a great little meal for breakfast here on their new opening day. They are under new management, with a new staff. All really fun people it's a great location you can sit outside if the weathers nice and there's a park next-door. Had scrambled eggs my buddy had eggs and bacon and they have lots of other things you could get along with espresso drinks food was super. My partner and I are visiting Utah for our daughter's first birthday. We came to eat at Main Street cafe yesterday for lunch and today for breakfast. Our hostess for both days as well as another employee were two of the nicest women I've ever met! So kind and welcoming. Very sweet. The food was great! I had the pesto pasta for lunch yesterday and today eggs with sausage patties. We ended up ordering flan to go and we devoured it in the car it was the most delicious flan I've ever had! 10/10 recommend to eat here. read more

Revising my earlier comments... They have and seem to be improving over time since the ownership change last summer. The sandwich had veggies and more meat this time and they had 3 choices for dessert :) I will go again and hope the improving trend continues. It was much busier this time as well, so maybe word is getting out that they are doing better. I hope this continues, the Main Street Cafe has been a staple of Hurricane for a long time. Really cute spot and very sweet staff. We were checked on very frequently and our food was quick and delicious. They have an indoor and two outdoor areas. We chose the patio (outdoor) which had a lot of flies which is to be expected so it didn't bother us much. It's very well shaded and the ambience is very nice. Our waitress was the sweetest and made sure we were well taken care of and encouraged us to pick our favorite table. definitely will be going again! read more

Went here with 3 friends on vacation and didn't really know what to expect. I got the shrimp and crab ravioli. It was a flavorful dish and both the shrimp and ravioli were perfectly cooked. Besides the great food, our waitress was wonderful. She was witty and charming while being attentive to all of our needs. The service from the staff was excellent.
