Chris and his team did an amazing job designing and implementing a beautiful solution for a problem area in our front yard. We needed a front walk and parking area that worked with our steep slope but didn't distract from our view. Main Street built stone retaining walls with planting beds, a stone and paver front walk, a paver parking area and side patio, and several other beds around these areas. In addition, Chris coordinated with a third party to have our long driveway redone in stages around the other construction. Chris listened to our concerns and interests and responded quickly. He is not only very professional and courteous, but also extremely talented and knowledgeable. He understands what you are seeking, and is then able to translate that to realistic and reasonable designs (both hardscape and landscape) that exceed even your own imagination. Plus, for plantings, he ensures the right options not only for our local climate, but for each individual situation (location, proximity, soil, light, etc.). We're impressed with Main Street's performance on several projects for us, including a custom deck, a patio, a winding "dry creek" rock bed, outdoor "stairs" of natural stone on a slope, a flagstone walkway, and multiple plantings for both front and rear. The crew is very professional, and the work is stellar. Their prices were somewhere between mid- and high-level (higher than average, but not the highest). Well worth the investment.
