Place is cute and staff is friendly. Only open for breakfast & brunch . We arrived late in the day just before 1pm (they close at 2pm) and shared a basic breakfast plate and a pancake. The eggs were delicious, I would never think eggs tasted differently but these did! The pancake was fantastic as well. Overall we were very happy popping into this little hidden gem on Main Street. We ordered coffees off the Cool Beans menu which I believe is connected to them and my coffee was great I don't. Usually drink cold coffees from places I'm not familiar with but this one did not disappoint.

It seems like we may have visited on an off day, given how positive most of the reviews are. Originally came for the big cinnamon rolls but we were told they sold out within the first hour of opening. We ended up ordering two basic breakfast platters and the chicken fried steak, but it took nearly an hour for our meals to arrive. When they finally did, the eggs were hot, but the toast and home fries were lukewarm at best. We also ordered an extra side of eggs, which never came. Our server was mostly absent throughout the visit, though another waitress was going around apologizing to tables for the long wait.

Nice place for a morning breakfast. Food is great and fast service. Kind of a cafeteria ambiance although food is served to you. It can get very busy and may have some waiting time.

I got the chicken fried steak and eggs with a biscuit and it was absolutely perfect. The gravy is so flavorful and was extra delicious when paired with the biscuit.

This was a filling breakfast. The pancakes are huge and delicious- I had blueberries & chocolate chips in mine!! I ordered two thinking they'd be smaller, but easily one would have been plenty. I also ordered the huckleberry shake, which had berry flavor and wasn't too sweet. You put your name down on the waitlist and wait til the tables ready- it was busy on a Sunday. Parking- street parking or nearby lots

This downtown spot was hoppin' busy! They have an attached cafe, called Cool Beans, where you can order coffee, tea, and espresso drinks to-go, or to bring into the restaurant when seated. I ordered the Cafe Vienese with almond milk, which was basically a mocha latte with cinnamon, and cocoa powder - delicious! They did a great job at accommodating our rather large group of 11, and the food, and service were excellent. I grabbed the Sacajawea Benedict with a buttermilk biscuit instead of the standard English muffin, and added avocado. The cook on the egg was sublime (see photo)! It's also kid-friendly with coloring pages and crayons, so bring along the little one's.

Great food. Vegetarian omelette was a masterpiece. Coffee served in large cups with perfect foam on our lattes and mocha. Service on the spot. Good seating space.

Cute place in downtown Bozeman that offers fast service with a smile! It is in a strip mall location, plenty of room to dine and surrounded by a coffee shop and bakery, which I believe are all tied together. The Cinnamon roll was large and amazing! Solid Basic Bfast too!

Came for breakfast first thing while staying a block away. The homemade sausage patty was heavy salted, enough I could not have more than 2 bites. Hashbrowns were greasy. Average breakfast.

Let me set the scene: family of four, Friday morning, stomachs growling like grizzlies waking up from hibernation. We put our name on the waitlist online (be still my efficiency-loving heart), strolled in, and were tucked into a comfortable high-top booth within minutes. No chaos, no scrambling, just a hostess perched on a step stool like a air traffic controller for pancakes, calmly directing her team to the next open table with the precision of a woman who has clearly mastered the Tetris of brunch seating. Now, the food. We ordered enough to feed a small army: eggs Benedict, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cold smoked slab bacon, hash browns, and a breakfast burrito. Every. Single. Dish. Had its own personality. This isn't a "one good thing on the menu" situation, it's an entire lineup of overachievers. The homemade ketchup alone deserves its own fan club; it's the kind of ketchup that makes you side-eye every bottle you've ever used before, wondering how you settled for less. But here's the real magic: it wasn't just the food that blew us away, it was the machine behind it. Our server, Adrienne, was an absolute rockstar. Warm, fast, attentive, and somehow never missing a beat despite a packed house. She even carried a credit card terminal so we could pay right at the table, no waiting, no flagging someone down, just done. That's the kind of small detail that tells you a restaurant actually thinks about its guests' time. And the vibe among the staff? You could feel it. These aren't people clocking in and counting the minutes, they genuinely seem to enjoy being there, and it shows in every interaction. I watched one of the managers get approached by customer after customer, all gushing about their meal, and she just stood there soaking it in like she'd heard it a hundred times and still loved every second. I told her, half-joking, that if I had to find one thing to change about our visit, I'd have to come back just to find it, because nothing, and I mean nothing, was even close to off. Not the food, not the service, not the wait, not the vibe. Jam! isn't just a breakfast spot; it's a masterclass in how hospitality should work. Do yourself a favor: put your name on that waitlist, grab a booth, and prepare to have your brunch expectations completely recalibrated.

I recommend sending someone from your group to the front glass display so that you have an idea of what you want to get before you get to the front. It's huckleberry everywhere in Montana/Wyoming so we had to try their famous huckleberry scone. This is my favorite scone that I've had and I am not a scone person by any means. The reason why it was so good, was because the texture and dough was more reminiscent of a biscuit. It was extremly soft and moist which was so far different than any other scone I've ever had. Whether or not this classifies as a scone I'm not sure, but should you get it? Absolutely! The other pastry I really enjoyed was a chocolate 'pound' cake with vanilla frosting on top. Deliciously moist and amazing. I could just eat this and be happy. They do have a huge selection of other goodies so there's going to be something very everyone!
