This means 1) they likely are not adequately registered and insured in the event of an accident 2) you won't get picked up in the livery lane at the airport and need to walk to the regular passenger pickup area near the rental car pickup. Our driver was unhelpful, late and poorly communicated where we needed to go and why, resulting in a half mile's walk with 150lbs of ski luggage. Do yourself a favor and use literally anyone else - even Uber picks you up closer to the airport exit.

Kevin and Brooklyn were wonderful to work with as we had many trips with small groups - they had newer cars and competitive rates. Kevin and Brooklyn were especially patient and nice...they worked with me hole handling a high volume of rides during Sundance. During busy ski and event season, please be nice and give them as much notice as possible when setting up reservations - Brooklyn and Kevin went above and beyond with stellar customer service. They have an online booking system that made reservations easy, which I highly recommend using and then confirming with them over the phone during busy times. Make sure to specify to tip their drivers, as they are all prompt and professional. My passengers were happy and made it to their flights on time. Thank you so much!
