Pretty good place for lunch and much LESS crowded than Red Pine Lodge.

The staff was mostly accommodating and attentive. The rooms were comfortable, very clean and spacious. Complimentary coffee was only available for 2 hours, which felt a bit short. We didn't try breakfast, but it was convenient to have an on-site restaurant. The lobby had a nice ambience, we also enjoyed the game room. Overall, it was a great place to stay for the festival.

Everyone I passed said hello, I was asked about our stay several times. Customer service was on point, the catering team took really good care of us during our meeting. The food was AMAZING! Light and healthy options daily. The meal during our last night was my favorite... beef short ribs and noodles! I can still taste it, it was that good, a food memory I hope I never forget. Elizabeth on the catering team really stood out, her smile was contagious. She showed hospitality daily and kept us all fed and taken care of. The rooms are IMPRESSIVE. I love the fireplace. The patios and the mountains in the distance, fairytale. Full kitchen, washer and dryer made this not seem like a hotel but a home. I wish I had time to enjoy the game room, I noticed a pool table and foosball was in there. Fitness center was a stopping point for me daily, they have a Peloton bike, three treadmills and two ellipticals. Also an area for strength training with machines and free weights. If you plan to do laundry before heading home, no fret on the detergent, the front desk offers it at no cost. If you are seeking a home away from home while in Park City, this is the place for you.

Of the 4 mountains I hit in the Hakuba Valley, the longest trail at best went on for 7-10 minutes depending if you're cruising or bombing from the top to bottom. Park City Mountain side of this resort from the highest blue trail down to the bottom, I feel, could clock a good 15 minutes bombing it, or 20+ just cruising down. Is it harder on my legs to do longer trails? Most likely. Do I spend less time on lifts? I didn't care to calculate the difference lol. I thing I know is that I love the feeling of gliding endlessly over the soft snow, and Park City Mountain gives me that feeling without having to stop for a lift every 3 or 4 minutes. Deducting a star because food at American resorts is absolute TRASH vs what was available at the Japanese ski resorts... #380

The shuttle runs every 7 minutes (give or take) so it's very frequent and the ride to the gondola from the Lodge is maybe a 5 minute ride. There is a shuttle going up the hill to the gondola and one going downhill on Canyons Resort Drive. The bedrooms and bathroom are well kept, there is also a fireplace in the corner of the bedroom to keep warm. Space wise, there is just enough space to spread out for 4 people to get dressed for skiing or snowboarding. Parking wise, there is an underground parking garage that is very convenient to have. Also a bonus to this Lodge is the storage service that is provided as part of the stay. There is an epic rental store as well as a storage service to store boards and skis if brought from home. Very handy! Some minor points I think Silverado can improve on: -The mattresses can maybe be replaced, they felt very worn which attests to the traffic this lodge attracts -The TV was not working, it only remained stuck on one cable channel. We couldn't get the other channels to work All in all, other than the minor cons listed above, I believe Silverado Lodge is worth considering when looking at options for a ski/snowboard trip to Park City.

Getting to the room was also confusing, as there are some parts of the building that dont connect. Better signage would be helpful. The room itself was cute and well appointed.
