I cant say enough about how great Cesar and Ranelle have been. I manage two properties from out of the country. WIthin a month they have worked on both of them, clearing a main line where another company said I would have to dig up the sewer line, repairing a hot water heater that had and and snaking two other lines. Great service. First time Cesar came over, he looked at what we thought was the problem and since not much was wrong (he relit the pilot light on the water heater) he left without charging us. He did say that, if that wasn't sufficient to solve the problem, he would have to replace a part. Lo and behold, next day he had to come back. He swung by same day and replaced the part right away. Now everything works and an invoice should be on its way! Called on a tuesday evening around 9pm. Showed up at 10.30pm, my main line between kitchen sink and the washer was completely cloaked, so no working washer, dishwasher or kitchen sink working and had a big meeting at my house the next day at noon so was in a tough situation. The plumber was extremely easy going, laid back and had a great vibe. I'm a first time house owner so naturally had a lot of questions which he gladly answered without any attitude. he had to snake a couple of times since it was really bad, I would say he stayed for atleast an hour, the quote I got of $150 before he came was the exact same when I recieved the invoice in the mail 4-5 business days later. Very honest, great service and good prices. Mainline saved me $5k. I had a sewer backup and had two plumbers come over and said I needed to replace the pipes at a cost of 6k. Cesar came over for a 3rd opinion for free, showed me with a camera insides my pipes and proved that all I really needed was hydro jetting. It would be hard to write a better review than I would like to write. I had an outage over the weekend and talked to Mainline Plumbing at about 9am Sunday. They promised to be at my house in an hour and fix the problem. At 10am, right on the dot, two people from Mainline were at my house. Called Mainline Plumbing for a quote on a new water heater. Call went to voice mail and Ranelle called me back within two minutes. She gave me information about the water heater and quoted a fair price. I set up an appointment for a couple of days later. She said she would call that morning to give an arrival time. She did call and Carlos and his partner showed up exactly on time. They worked quietly and efficiently and were done in about two hours. There was some extra work to be done on the installation but Ranelle stuck to the original quote. We also thought a drain line might have needed snaking and asked them to check it. They did and said it was working fine so did not do unnecessary work. I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend them. read more

I have used a lot of plumbers over the years for my home, my business and my rental property. I have never been able to find one who was CONSISTENTLY good, reliable, clean,and HONEST!!!!! My first call to Ranelle was an emergency broken pipe in my front yard. Within a short time, her men arrived. They had to dig up part of my garden. They were so careful with my landscaping. They tied back some branches that were in the way as to not to break them and tread carefully on the groundscape. ( Every other plumber that had worked in my yard had trampled on my plants and broke branches, leaves, etc. and left dirt and mud everywhere). They detected the problem, shut off the water, left to get parts, returned, repaired the pipe, put my garden back in order, turned the water back on!. They cleaned up all the dirt and mud and did not even break one leaf !! She billed me without knowing me. The next time, I had a leak in the shower of my rental unit the day my new tenants moved in!. Of course my first call was to Ranelle. She was so honest with me suggesting that I call the plumbing company for the HOA so there would be no conflict. Reluctantly I did. They came out and gave me a very expensive quote saying that they had to beak the huge mirror in the bathroom to get to the wall to open it up to change the stems. Of course they do not repair the wall or replace the mirror. So add on that $$$. I called Ranelle to report their findings and checked with the HOA. Within a couple days her men came out DID NOT have to break the mirror OR open the wall. It was fixed within a few hours for less than half of what they were going to charge me PLUS no contractor needed!! A happy tenant. Needless to say, I have found my plumber for life. Our water heater died and started leaking everywhere at 7:30 am on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I was convinced I would be without hot water throughout the holiday weekend until at least Tuesday. But Mainline answered the phone, and 2 hours later they were at my house with a brand new water heater. 3 hours after the old heater broke, new one was installed and hot water was flowing again! In escrow on a house and our initial inspection revealed sewer line issues and a video inspection was recommended. I called Ranelle and she was great to deal with, they were able to schedule an inspection for the next day. They were not too busy to deal with our back to back emergencies. We rented a house that has many problems...but they were called to fix the water heater and then remedy a very disgusting sewer line back up. They responded on a Sat night to do an emergency re-routing of a broken valve that was flooding our subterranean garage, then worked Sunday, Monday, Tues......to deal with the other major issues. These guys are truly exceptional!! And let me tell you why.... So - we had our sump pump give up on us. That meant blocked sewage - not able to use toilets/showers etc etc. Understandably not nice. I called another plumber who came out and: a: because we live in Beverly Hills, they inflated their quote (which happens a lot when companies see a 90210 zip) 2: this other plumber gave us a ridiculous quote to fix the issue - AND they charged us $250 call out. I decided to get a 2nd opinion - and called Mainline. I am SO pleased I did :) Immediately over the phone Ranelle was very understanding and sympathetic of our situation - and immediately understood that this is something that needs to get fixed asap. She was also outraged at the quote I had received from the other company - which impressed me immediately. Ranelle weaved her magic and had a technician come out THE SAME DAY! This guy was equally great -- diagnosed the issue - explained with no sales-pressure what was needed to fix it (plus he had the very unenvious task of cleaning a blocked sump pump -- which he was excellent about!) And - he was prepared to go and get all the parts - and come back the same day - to fix everything. And also -- the quote was a lot lower that the other company. So - not only was the customer service EXCEPTIONAL -- but the speed and workmanship from Mainline - was second to none. I want to mention to how HUGELY impressed with Ranelle I am. Ranelle who would text me to let me know the status (as I had to travel at the same time) - and she would text to let me know when the technician would be back at my place -- she send me pictures of the old and new pump. In these Social Media Days - Customer Service has to be the #1 concern for businesses. Mainline Plumbing (and Ranelle in particular) have mastered this. Been trying to get this plumber to come out to fix a shower head for 2 weeks. Set up one time for them to come out -- they had to call and cancel because of an emergency. Set up another time (a week in advance) and they called to cancel again because of another emergency. They don't honor their commitments -- guess our job was too small for them.
