Sales here are super friendly and professional! Very inspiring by cars collection here! Although it is a boutique size dealership, every car here has excellent condition and great price! They also offer great customer service after I bought the car (regular car service, oil change, tire repairs, etc) This place also offers car buy-back service and they can offer a quote in minutes. Great experience here and highly recommend!! Will come back again!

Since nobody was available to help, I spent some time looking at the vehicles on the lot myself. While doing so, I noticed several issues on multiple cars, including paint overspray, scratches that appeared to have been covered up with touch-up paint, and notes written on the windshields listing problems that still needed to be repaired. As a potential customer, I was surprised to see vehicles being shown for sale before those issues were addressed. It gave me the impression that quality control and customer service are not priorities at this dealership. If you are considering buying a vehicle here, I recommend inspecting it very carefully inside and out before signing any paperwork. Take your time, ask questions, and make sure any concerns are addressed in writing. Based on my visit, I would not feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Photos of what I observed will be posted soon. appreciate your response, but as a customer, I don't think it's acceptable for a salesperson to bring a vehicle out for a customer to inspect when it already has noticeable issues. To me, that reflects a lack of attention from the departments responsible for preparing vehicles before they are shown to potential buyers. It does not take much effort to notice problems with some of the vehicles on the lot. I've seen cars with dirty interiors, missing plates, and tires that appeared to be low on air pressure. About two months ago, I saw an all-gray Range Rover with black wheels parked in front next to some trucks. Whoever detailed that vehicle did an excellent job--it looked showroom-ready and was the kind of vehicle I would seriously consider purchasing. This leads me to a question: Do the vehicles on the lot get started and inspected regularly? Based on some of the conditions I've observed, it makes me wonder how closely they are being maintained while they are waiting to be sold. As a customer, I expect vehicles to be presented in clean, properly maintained condition, and I hope these concerns can be addressed. I would advise everyone to read there 1 star reviews. Because those be the situations where people lose money time and vehicles that are not ready to be sold . And also all these add on fees : when purchasing a vehicle from here please demand from these managers that you would like copies and breakdowns for what they are trying to charge you for .

I really wanted and intended to write a five star review of OC Autosource because initially I liked…read morethe owner, Tony Thompson and trusted him. I ignored other reviews and purchased my dream car from OC Autosource...a Bentley Continental GT Speed "Limited Le Mans Edition" (#7 of 48) coupe. Though the car had been in his hands for weeks, he apparently never bothered to have a mechanic look at it. I paid for a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) after buying it (my bad, don't make this mistake) and learned the truth about the car. The front grills had sustained damage, breaking off the tabs that hold them in place and subsequently been GLUED back on. The front left wheel had a crack in it which caused the tire to steadily lose air pressure, ultimately triggering an alert on the car's dash. This alert effectively froze the computer, making it impossible to use the navigation, listen to music or do anything else. I returned to the tire shop 3 times for refills, seven days later the alarm was triggered again, On my third visit they discovered the crack in the wheel. The exhaust system was loosely hanging on...missing brackets that secure it and prevent it from hanging low. The car has a 20 speaker, $7500.00 sound system but the blown speaker in the dash made it painful to use...like nails on a chalkboard. When I provided Tony proof of these flaws, he assured me he would make good on the repairs and "..do the right thing" and I believed him. I had everything fixed at a cost of $2637.79 (parts & labor) and now enjoy driving the car. Weeks passed and Tony never contacted me until I posted a review and filed a BBB complaint. 24hrs after posting my initial review & filing a BBB complaint, I got reimbursed the total amt for the aforementioned repairs. But because Tony asked me to "...remove all the negative you put out there" I feel this was mere damage control rather than his desire to do the right thing because I received more messages from him within 24hrs of posting my review than I received in the preceding 4 months.. I promised him an honest review on my first visit to OC Autosouce & that's what this is. I always keep my word. If you intend to purchase a car from OC Autosource, I suggest you demand a PPI be conducted before you buy. Have the cost of any repairs necessary be deducted from the purchase price and handle the repairs yourself. JMO...I could be wrong.

I had Tony come get the car and he promised me my refund after I sent the pink slip. I did send the pink slip but wasn't refunded. I had a handyman in my home posing as a contractor. He seen a jeep on OC's website and had to have that car. I told him if he could get a vehicle from them then to pay me back the $48,000 that would be fine. Tony let him know the car couldn't go for that cheap. Roger Michael then threatened Tony's life. That didn't go over well. After the poser stole a small fortune from me committed fraud and elder abuse. He stole my Jeep Rubicon and took off for Arroyo Grande. However my Jeep is now in police custody. I'm pursuing charges with the DA against Roger. Tony Thompson has called me and apologized. He is going to make things right between him and I. I'm going to put my trust behind Tony. I believe he will make things right so I'm giving him a good review. I don't want his business to suffer no one deserves that. I want him to do well and help me out. Give him a chance he's had some tough times too.

The vehicle was…read morerepresented as having approximately 56,000 original miles and being in proper working condition at the time of sale. Shortly after purchase, multiple mechanical issues were identified. A full diagnostic inspection was performed by both an authorized Audi dealership and an independent reputable repair shop. These inspections revealed multiple fault codes and indications that the vehicle had prior mechanical issues before the sale. During my attempt to address these concerns with the seller, I was directed to take the vehicle to a specific repair shop associated with the dealer. I declined due to concerns about impartiality. Additionally, an individual associated with the dealer accessed the vehicle and cleared diagnostic codes, stating that the issues were already fixed. This action interfered with my ability to accurately assess the vehicle's condition. Further, an Audi technician indicated that prior repairs or issues had existed, yet no documentation or receipts for such repairs were disclosed at the time of sale. When I requested a second key fob, which was indicated in the vehicle history, the seller became uncooperative and dismissive of my concerns. Pushed me away and said, have a good day. Based on these facts, I believe the vehicle may have been sold under false pretenses, with known issues not disclosed at the time of sale. I am requesting a formal resolution, which may include repair compensation, partial refund, agreement. I am prepared to pursue further action through appropriate legal and regulation channels.
