The reason for the 4 stars rating is because they failed to provide the service that was clearly promised. PROBLEM #1: First of all, late pickup AND late delivery. It would have been better if he would have returned at least one call while in the middle of delivery to assure me that my car was OK! PROBLEM #3: My car was delivered in extreme filth! I understand it's been shipped in an open carrier, but I didn't even recognize my car, that's how dirty it was!! Outrageous!It was dirty inside & outside, and all of the leather seats had mud on them.
