Just go around and look at the various whisks and whips and paddles and ladles and pots and pans and knifes and spoons and stones and mortars and, well, you get the idea. I mean, I don't know for sure, but if a restaurant buys the stuff, it will probably hold up just fine in your kitchen. And they carry brands I knew. So don't spend more for the same.

Nearly ten years later, we were able to find the same tile and the complementary smaller trim tiles to replace the damaged ones we had when we changed counter tops through a different company. I won't guarantee that if you make a purchase, and need more at a later time they will have it, but it definitely influenced my rating. Like the other reviewers, the customer service could be more welcoming. We wandered the spacious store looking for something to go with our tile and when the small staff did not greet us, my wife simply took matters into her own hands and asked one of the staff (when she finished on the phone) if she could help us. They just don't have many folks on the floor to assist. Maybe if they shifted priority to helping in house customers instead of dealing with other tasks, they would have a better overall rating. The most frustrating thing my wife encountered was that they didn't have the boxes for the items you wanted stacked nearby. So, we couldn't tell if the items were available in the quantities we wanted without asking. Again, not having many people working means there may be delays in getting answers. Fortunately, they weren't that busy during our visit and my wife was able to get the small quantity of items packaged and ready to go in just a short visit. Overall, they have a lot of beautiful displays to inspire customers for future projects. I thought the prices reflected the different quality of materials, so you have a lot of control over how much your renovation can run based upon the materials you choose. David L was our initial poc and I should've known something was special about him when he kept pulling more and more items out of a moderately sized bag like a magician with rabbits. He came to our home and worked with us on what we needed versus preferences - including concerns and potential issues we didn't even think of. His time and focus on our project was just the beginning of our walkin shower journey. Our second poc was Carrie who is exceptionally competent at the "office" side of the business; she managed the inner workings and even made direct contact with the VA for us so that we wouldn't be stuck in the middle. Her affable nature and consistent communication made this part of the process - which I thought would be the worst - easy and stress free. Our materials took some time to come in but we never felt forgotten during those weeks. And then installation day came! Our expert installer, David H, literally sealed the deal for us. He was so respectful of our home and genuinely a delight to work with. He is well versed in this industry and his skills are beyond compare. I was impressed that he knew the answers to most of our questions but of the few he didn't know, he called someone who did to provide us with accurate information instead of just making something up. We were extremely pleased with his personality and his workmanship. In the end, we got an outstanding new bathroom shower with zero hiccups and complete confidence in Superior Bath Systems. I wanted Moen but their price was much much higher than I could get from Home Depot. No solution from them except order Delta. Set up orders with them in July. When it came time for plumbing fixture delivery one Kohler item was not delivered. Ultimately had to get it elsewhere because they could not get it and wouldn't try any other option. They could not deliver the double oven we ordered 10 months earlier and ultimately we had to get it elsewhere because they would not look at other options. They apparently only care about customers when it doesn't require extra effort. Their communication is abysmal.
