You just can't find customer service like this anymore. Recently the water pressure in our house dropped significantly. In the thick of the holiday season with holiday parties, travel and general chaos. Not the time to have schedule a plumber. I found Majesty and read the reviews here. I was impressed the owner responded (quite nicely) to the reviews that were negative and that the good reviews were glowing. I really wanted to use someone local. I quickly checked the registrar of contractors and saw that everything looked great, no complaints and licensed for almost a decade. I filled out the contact form hoping to potentially get the problem looked at before the weekend (late on a Thursday night). Imagine my surprise when I got an email back in less than an hour apologizing that they couldn't get someone out until Monday BUT based on what I had told them they thought there was something I could try that might fix the problem. I was able to fix my own problem based on the help from Jeff. More importantly it relieved a TON of stress during an already hectic week. I called Majesty Plumbing to come out to repair the leak on my incoming water line. Jeff came out and diagnosed the problem. After baling out the water that had accumulated in the in-ground housing for the water meter, he discovered that it was the result of a bad rubber gasket on the meter to water line connection. Since he had the knowledge, the part, the proper tools and experience, Jeff had the leak fixed in a short time. It's nice to find a trustworthy plumber, who knows his business. I had a leaking hose bib in the front of my house which was soldered. I tried to repair myself and caused a small hole in the pipe about 3 inches behind the hose bib. Two other plumbing companies, including the "big name" ones, all said they would not be capable of doing the work without tearing out the brick front of our 1926 home. Two other companies, said they simply didn't have the skill set to do the work...including the one my home warranty company sent. All charged me for their visits and all had a couple day lead time to see me. After almost a month of a leaking pipe, and lost money on companies that did nothing, I called Majesty Plumbing. Called out due to a leak in our ceiling from the bathroom above. Came out quickly but then said that it wasn't a plumbing issue even while watching water actively pour from the ceiling. Left my husband standing there with a giant hole in the ceiling and water everywhere. Took our money and left without fixing the issue or even offering next steps (Other than to say that sometimes tubs just have water drain through them and we should get a new tub. What?!?). He did give us the name for our contractor friend to come and remodel our newly remodeled bathroom. Not helpful and I filed a complaint with our warranty company. I would not recommend them for repairs or anything related to plumbing. We were lucky enough to have Armer Corporation come out later that afternoon and they were delightful. They quickly realized that the tub drain hadn't been sealed properly and was leaking. It took no time at all to fix and they THEN checked the other drain to make sure that it didn't have the same issue. They explained the problem and took the time to fix it right. Thank goodness they were there when Jeff and Majesty Plumbing couldn't give us the time of day. read more

I came across Majesty Plumbing while doing some online research. I called to learn more about their offerings. Jeff answered the phone and immediately seemed bothered that I called. When I told him I was interested in solar hot water heaters and tankless systems he responded with an attitude and asked me if it was this was a telemarketing call. I told him he lost the chance to earn my business and I ended the call. Jeff from Majesty replaced our water heater in November 2015 through our home warranty company. We were satisfied at the time. A few weeks ago here in May 2016 the same water heater leaks throughout our garage and into our master closet. Jeff comes back out to our home, looks at the water heater, and says that it is leaking but he can't do the work because he is busy but wanted to collect his $60 trip charge, yet he didn't do any work. He left the water heater in place and it subsequently leaked again after the water was turned off because there was still water in it. Taking a water heater down took another plumber less than 30 minutes. We hire another plumber to replace the water heater under manufacturer's warranty but Jeff has taken the tag off of the water heater for some reason. My insurance company still can't figure out why. In the end, Jeff is a nice guy but he did not help us with our leaky water heater that he installed and his apparent unwillingness to squeeze us into his schedule caused my wife and I to go out of pocket $800 to replace a water heater less than 6 months old. Take it for what it is worth but I would not go back to Majesty Plumbing LLC given this experience. read more

We have used Majesty plumbing twice through our home warranty company. The first visit was to replace a hot water heater that had shorted out due to a leak in the tank. Jeff was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and stopped over 40 minutes later to confirm his suspicions. He thoroughly explained what was covered by the warranty (parts&labor) and that work outside of the scope the covered repair (determined by the home warranty company) , if necessary, would require an additional charge. He also explained how the home warranty company procured its parts and how that would impact the timing of the repair. Once the parts were in Jeff once again fit us in between his already scheduled appointments which he did not have to do. Jeff went out of his way help us get our hot water back. Five weeks later we had a water leak outside our house that appeared to be coming from the slab. The home warranty company again sent Majesty plumbing to fix the issue. Jeff quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through his diagnosis. It turned our to be a sprinkler leak which the home warranty did not cover. Once again, Jeff fit us between his scheduled appointments which he didn't have to do. Jeff is a true professional providing excellent work with great service. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT listen to Jeff Lewis when he says that you need a D&R (Disaster and Restoration) service before he can deal with a water leak. Consider his $95 do-nothing service charge a cheap lesson and call somebody else. The disaster will only begin when they walk through your door with their HEPA machines, fans, heaters, dehumidifiers and sledgehammers. The "D" also stands for demolition and they will destroy your kitchen for an outrageous sum of money before daring to charge you more than three times that amount to restore it. When I got the same recommendation from Jeff Lewis on another property --that he couldn't fix a leak until had the D&R company came in, I knew something wasn't right. read more

Needed a main shut off valve, he told me it would take hours and hours, and again, hours and hours of labor and the price would be "quite steep."
