She and her husband have now opened Koa Brewing together -- she's the chef and baker, and he's an award-winning brewer. It tastes exactly what it sounds like. They used to give the mustard spread, but now they charge for it. Either way, we are still coming back because of how fluffy and flakey the croissant is. You have to try it. We've tried a few other pastries and they were decent.
