She is really sweet and informative and she helped me pick which lashes would fit best with my eyes. I got there at 2 o'clock and I was done by 2:45, this salon is pretty big very clean and the service was great. I'm so glad I found Zoe. I'm definitely coming back from my refills. I found Brandy through Yelp (thanks Yelp lol), and I absolutely loved her portfolio of pictures on here. I love my lashes full and long, and was not satisfied with how the other places were doing them. Brandy was so friendly and easy going. The time seemed to pass quickly while she was working on my lashes. And the best part ... once she was finished, I was blown away with how my lashes looked! So full, long and dramatically beautiful. And took a picture of them with her phone for reference. I wanted to look put together for my first day back at work. I was let down when I saw the lashes I had and I couldn't dare say that they were not at all what I had asked for, because again service was great! But I would have appreciated her telling me she couldn't give me the lashes I asked for. I was very disappointed, especially since my lashes looked like too much for a first day of my job at a Law Firm. Then the next couple of days the surroundings of my eyes began to burn and white stuff started forming at the root of the lashes. I only had them on for three days and had to pay to get them removed. Now I still have some sort of allergy around my eyes that looks like peeling with a burning sensation. Upset because: 1. Didn't get what I asked for. 2. Allergic reaction (not sure if contact dermatitis) from products used. Wish I could have had more of a positive experience since I wanted to get into lashes, but I'll try once more elsewhere.
