And I said 'because I want to wear my wedding ring' At this point I dont understand why I have to justify wanting to wear my wedding ring...... So then I decide to send my ring out, I get no updates.... I had to message them and ask when it was coming in and then was told 'it comes back next thursday we'll send you updates'.... and they did not... I had to respond today on the day of and let them know im coming, to which they finally responded it was ready... One lady was nice, but the lack of customer service, the remarks regarding my ring and the inability to do as they say and follow up, assures I wont be going back. I took a gold necklace in for repair on May 9th. I was told I would receive a call within 1 to 2 weeks. A month went by without any notification from CDC. I decided to stop by on June 8th to retrieve my necklace and take it somewhere else. The work was actually completed and the response I received was "oh we normally text". I informed them that I never received a call or text. They didn't seem too concerned about their mistake and lack of communication. I was told the necklace was repaired with 14k gold and after inspection, it looked much like a silver material. She even had to re-clean it.
