Fried catfish (all you can eat on Fridays)! Fried okra, green beans and mac'n'cheese. Almost forgot the delicious hush puppies!

The food is fantastic, no nonsense southern meat and three. The folks that run the place are great and very interactive like good country people I grew up with. It's an unassuming atmosphere, typical Southern charm. You're here for the food, remember? Under $15 for a meat and three in this town is becoming unheard of, will definitely be back more often.

Went for a late breakfast. Everything was fine. Eggs, hashbrowns, and pancakes all tasty and cooked to order. Might be a place to avoid if you have special dietary needs... but I enjoyed the food and will be back when I'm in the area.

I love old fashion quaint family diners. So when we found this little place just outside of Nashville we were excited by a chance to enjoy a traditional southern breakfast and an authentic environment. Seemed great at first with lots of signed photos of celebrities on the wall and kitschy country decor. The waitress seemed friendly enough letting us plug in our phones and helping me figure out if there was any dairy and their margin packets. But that was where it ended. I had very specifically explained to her that I cannot tolerate any dairy, that it literally makes me quite ill but she still buttered my toast and had to remake that and then my eggs came out sopping in yellow forcing me to have to ask again if they had used butter. Now if the place had been busy, I would understand how she could make these mistakes but now it's clear to me why we were pretty much the only ones in there. So I wait again while my toast and grits are getting cold for them to remake my eggs. I'm thinking, yay finally and am to enjoy my favorite go to comfort food. Grits eggs and toast has been my go to favorite meal my whole life and I've not had much opportunity to enjoy it since traveling so extensively most of the time. But oh my gosh, looks can be ever so deceiving. The grits were beyond inedible. The most I could manage to choke down as two bites. All I can figure is that they try to reconstitute or something and it's only 7:30 in the morning. My daughters home fries are dry and boring squares with no flavor whatsoever and she also is leaving them virtually untouched. This place does not deserve to stay in business if this is typical.

Fried catfish. The greens come reccomended.

Bad food. Tastes like it's out of a can or box. Not homemade like a meat n two should be.

They let you try really anything to make sure you'll like it. A good example is truffle cream, but even the cheeses. 2. They try and get ahead of the line. By that I mean while they are making sandwiches they reach out to get the next order, and I'm always impressed that they remember the order. If they don't, or are not confident they do follow up. 3. Lexi and Sam today were amazing handling sandwiches and the customers with grace and kindness. They made us feel like we were special and again didn't make us feel rushed. 4. Additionally, I have an allergy and Lexi was completely understanding. She not only switched gloves but she made my sandwich in a completely different area to make sure nothing was cross contaminated. 5. I have never been disappointed in a sandwich I have gotten here. "Negatives" it should be said that the sandwiches are on the expensive side. Especially if you add anything extra. Which is why I tend to come here as a treat, a friend is in town, or if someone hasn't tried this place before. Surprisingly the sandwiches are big and it can be tough to finish the full sandwich in one sitting, but also that can be dinner or lunch tomorrow. As far as I know I haven't found a free parking area, so you do have to pay for parking.

All three people behind the counter greeted me enthusiastically and with big smiles when I walked in. I perused the menu and opted for La Toscana. While I was waiting, I was enticed by the beautiful display of delicious and fresh ingredients in the display case. Every sandwich is made to order, but they worked very quickly so I didn't have to wait long. Overall the sandwich was excellent. In particular the Truffle Honey really took it over the top in terms of great flavors. I did feel that the focaccia was a bit too crispy, at least to my taste. I'm not sure if this was a one-off issue or if this is how they always make the bread. I would have preferred the focaccia to be quite a bit softer, but maybe that's just my personal preference. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, but it was a very hot day so I stayed inside with the air conditioning. The place is really clean with some nice decor. The experience was really good, and I would certainly recommend this as a great sandwich shop with excellent Italian ingredients. I'll just hope for softer focaccia next time.

We had a Delicious sandwich & fries. Great gravy on the poutine-esque "Disco fries". Quality meat on the cheesesteak which was chopped well and very beefy, excellently diced onions, good soft bread, nice cheese option with the Cooper Sharp. Great portion size and quality food, though a bit pricy. We left full, but my wife and I shared one fry and split one sandwich spending $30 total. Overall, best Philly steak I've had outside of Philly. Lots of other delicious looking options. We look forward to coming again soon.

Unfortunately, the experience went downhill after that. We ended up waiting over two hours for our food, and during that time a large soccer team that ordered several minutes after us was served before we were. That was really frustrating, especially after already waiting so long. When my food finally arrived, my order was incorrect. I specifically asked for no gardinare on my beef sandwich, but it was made with spicy gardinare anyway. My mouth was on fire the entire time, so I honestly couldn't even comment on how the food tasted. I didn't want to send it back and risk waiting another two hours for a replacement -- or ending up with an another cold spicy sandwich. I understand that busy happen, but better order management and attention to dietary requests would have made a big difference. Really disappointing experience overall
