I ordered an egg, ham, and cheese on a roll along with a freshly made smoothie, and both were outstanding. The sandwich was hot, fresh, and exactly what you want for a classic deli breakfast sandwich. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I returned on our last day and grabbed another sandwich to take on the plane home. Friendly service, quality ingredients, and great execution. If you're in the area, Smith Gourmet Deli is definitely worth a stop.

I tried to address my concern with the workers at the front who take the orders (a male with glasses and a female) and asked if it can be switched. The female worker said, "actually our chicken is cooked three times" and went on to explain the whole process. They could've simply observed the chicken I brought over to them, but instead they approached my concern with a nasty attitude and did not offer no solution. What a great way to run a business . I only took 1 bite and threw the rest away. I was not offered a refund, an exchange for something else, or an apology; just nasty attitudes from both workers and gaslighting. This wasn't the first time I ordered chicken tacos from them, and I never had a problem with the quality until now. Very disappointed to even have to come on here and write this review. I have attached photos as proof. Will no longer be bringing family and friends to this place.
