The sandwiches are all freshly made to order, and I got it on the French roll. The peanut coleslaw was so refreshing! The chicken satay was super juicy and flavorful, with tons of sauce dripping from the sandwich. The French roll was perfectly crispy and held up well with all the sauce from the chicken and the peanut coleslaw. I love a good alternative to traditional banh mi, and this was excellent. As for the drink, I had the Tutti Fruity smoothie in a 16 Oz, and as it was a pretty warm day, I was thankful for such a refreshing drink. The ube foam was a great addition to the smoothie, and all of the components meshed well. Nothing clashed in terms of flavor or texture. Bistro Saechao is inside Jackson Fitness, but it is a quiet front area and there are bar chairs inside as well as a few rustic metal tables outside to sit if you wish to eat there. The owners are super friendly and are always keen to answer any questions about the menu, and the food is made with care, so expect a reasonable wait time after you order.
