For several months, we have been using Nancy's Concierge Services for "home watch". We continue to be impressed by her professionalism, trustworthiness, reliability, and responsiveness. Every incident, whether it was a big crisis such as replacing a hot water tank, to the mundane, she has responded quickly and efficiently. I value the weekly detailed reports and photos of my home. She coordinates with my other home vendors if she encounters a potential problem and takes charge in finding a solution. Communication with Nancy is prompt and thorough. She provides peace of mind, and I can trust that services are completed with the utmost integrity, professionalism and positively. Her other services offered go beyond the traditional home watch to include airport pickup, party planning and closet organization. She has an incredible can-do attitude and a willingness to exceed the expectation of her clients. She puts her clients first and with high integrity. The staff arrived on time and worked nonstop throughout the day and into the late evening. They were friendly, professional and gracious. The strolling hor d' oeuvres were presented beautifully and perfectly prepared. The bartender kept up and was knowledgeable. Our dinner was a high point and beautifully executed. We had several options so I went with the grouper. The picture came out kind of flat because of the lighting but it was delicious. Our drinks were never empty and we had to ask for nothing.
