We came to 26 Thai kitchen in the Battery to have some lunch. We come to this area once a year and look forward to this food hall and the Thai food here. This time there were no employees/staff to take orders or talk to only a computer screen that you order through. Fine, easy enough very impersonal. Also funny when the screen asked in for a tip ! Hahaha! Showing up to 20% years really funny. I'm going to give a tip to the computer ? Them when your food is ready you get a text and it appears on the counter. No human interaction except For the man that cleans the tables for Tips Interesting concept but I would rather interact with a human like at the other restaurants here. Food was delicious. I had Pad Thai with tofu. Large portion. A little pricey but that's eating out these days in a tourist area. I ate here before a Braves game, and it did not disappoint! I ordered at the kiosk, and my food was ready in no time. It was definitely busy since it was a game day, but we found a table easily. I ordered the Drunken Noodles with tofu and a Thai Iced Tea. The Drunken Noodles were some of the best I've ever had, and the portion size was great. The Thai Iced tea was also delicious and not too sweet, which is what I prefer. I would definitely return! read more

Walking inside felt like stepping into a Magic 8 Ball, once you're in, you've got options everywhere. It's essentially a mini indoor market with multiple food spots, plenty of seating scattered throughout, and even some solid outdoor seating if the weather cooperates. I came in with one mission: Thai food. No distractions. I made a beeline straight to 26 Thai Kitchen and placed my order solo at one of their convenient digital kiosks, quick, simple, and no waiting in line. For lunch, I went with the Pad Thai Shrimp, loaded up with onions, broccoli, peanuts, and sprouts, and cranked the heat up to Thai hot. No regrets. The food came out fast, five minutes maybe less, and it was piping hot, steam rolling off every bite. The dish delivered, good flavor, solid heat, and exactly what I was hoping for. Now, one thing worth mentioning, it's a bit on the pricey side for what you're getting, especially in a setup like this. And I'll be honest, being prompted for a tip felt a little out of place. When you're ordering from a digital kiosk and picking up your own food, it's hard to see where that extra charge fits in. For me, tipping makes sense when there's actual table service involved. Overall, the venue itself is a pretty cool concept with a lot of variety under one roof, but if you're locked in on Thai like I was, 26 Thai Kitchen is still worth a stop for a dish or two, just go in knowing what to expect. read more

This is one of my favorite places! The service, the ambiance, and the food are all A plus. Its easy to make a reservation and when I arrived I was seated immediately. Please do yourself a favor and get the sampler appetizer, you will not regret. I literally closed my eyes once I took a bite out of the dumplings. Part of the multi Asian food places in a spot down at the battery across from Jenny's ice cream. The inside has 4 or 5 places to get food and a big bar to get adult drinks. They have a common area for all to eat and drink at and there are a lot of TVs for sports. I brought my kids here after playing at the sandbox virtual reality place. My son got some pad Thai here and said it was excellent! It was a big portion and he ate it all. Again the service was nice, the food came out quickly, and it was all good! The staff were friendly and understanding when we called to let them know we were going to be late picking up our order due to not realizing they would shut down so many roads on game day?! Ah! The eatery itself was clean and inviting. The prices were not great, but the portion sizes were. They forgot our drinks, but we called in to let them know, and they said they refunded me...so hoping they did?! lol! All in all, I was pleased...but it was a rocky start! I've been a regular customer of Thai 26 for a while, but on November 1, 2025, I decided to visit their location at The Battery for the first time in a while. When I arrived, I noticed they now have a self-service kiosk for ordering. Two employees were standing behind the counter but didn't greet or acknowledge me. I proceeded to place a to-go order through the kiosk (Panang Roti Curry, Pad Thai, and House Fried Shrimp- see photo) and found a seat in the food hall. PoWhen I received a text notification that my order was ready, I went to pick it up. Upon checking my bag, I noticed that the container of Panang Curry was barely filled--maybe a quarter full at most (see photo). I went back to the counter to show the employees, but they were gaslighting me saying they didn't seem to understand what I was saying. I explained that I've ordered this dish many times, both dine-in and to-go, and it's never been served with so little curry. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they insisted that "that's how it comes." To show how little curry there actually was, I poured the contents into two small sauce containers--one filled up, and the other barely covered the bottom (see photo). A cook came out from the back and offered to bring more curry, which he did, but it was still only about half a container. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience. Thai 26 used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but the service and quality this time were not what I've come to expect. read more

TLDR: if you have any issues with your order you will have to play games in order to get a refund. Its exhausting and incredibly time consuming. I had eaten here before with a friend and had a wonderful time. Yesterday (2/24) I ordered food through their website for delivery so my mom and I didn't have to go out. My mom has a lot of food allergies, so she is very specific in what she orders. When the food came, her meal was completely incorrect, which resulted in her being unable to eat it. I immediately called the number on the electronic receipt, as that was listed as the contact to report any issues to. The call wouldn't go through, and I assumed at first the line was busy, but realized that it was disconnected. After realizing it was disconnected, I then hopped in the car and drove there to try and get a refund in person, as clearly I was getting nowhere on the phone. I spoke to one of the employees, who kept insisting that I placed the order through a 3rd party app and therefore had to request the refund that way. Thing is, I did not place the order through a 3rd party app such as DoorDash. I used their website and the only information on their website was the disconnected phone number. This, of course, was extremely frustrating as we ended up going in circles for some time before the employee eventually said that if I were to come back today (2/25) there would be a manager there for me to speak to. With this information, I went back home for the night and returned during the time frame I was given to speak to a manager. Before returning, I compiled my order receipts as well as screenshots of the fact that the only number I was given to call for help was disconnected. I then spent about 1.5-2 hours going back and forth between the manager and the food service system Toast (which is what their website is powered through). The most frustrating part of these few hours is that the manager told me I needed to request the refund from Toast, where Toast told me I needed to request it through the issuing restaurant. As I had ordered the food through the website, I had no idea there was another party involved. In order to talk to Toast's AI customer service chatbot, I had to create an account and message with this chatbot. They told me that I would be referred to a live representative, but that never happened. I called the phone number for the support line, which was not for customers who ordered food but rather businesses that are powered by Toast. I spoke to a representative on the phone who was very helpful, but unfortunately, not qualified to help me. She directed me to an email address that I did end up contacting, only for the email to bounce back as defunct, with a message from Toast saying to use their chatbot in order to get help. So at the end of the day, there were no humans working for that company that I was able to speak to. When I requested to speak to a human, the chatbot said put me in the customer support queue. It was at this point of reaching dead ends and talking to robots that I went back to the restaurant to tell the manager the short version of everything that happened. I showed her that Toast would not issue the refund and that the onus was on the restaurant. It was only then that she messaged the owners of the location to figure out what to do. She took photos of my receipts as well as the messages with Toast to send to the owners. I don't know what their conversation looked like, but it was hours after our conversation that I got a message saying they had refunded me. I appreciate them finally, fully, refunding me, as it was the least they could do after putting me through all this stress. Between the disconnected phone, the lack of competent customer service, and the frustrating POS that they're powered by, I do not recommend this place and will not be returning. This is disappointing as the food was very tasty, but the kitchen clearly cannot be trusted as they completely messed up my mom's order. Had my mom not paid enough attention and eaten this food, she could have ended up extremely sick, if not hospitalized. If you're worried about allergies and don't want to risk getting sick, or if you're just hoping for an easy take out order, this is not the place. They clearly rely on people not wanting to put in the arduous work to get the refund. read more

I went there on 4/8/2025 in the evening and there was no one at the front desk. I ordered on the kiosk and my food was ready in about 15 minutes. I've been to this place before, several times. I've also been to Thailand many times and lived there before. But the food was horrible. I'm don't know what happened and with the high price and tip, at $80 bucks for pad Thai, drunken noodles, spring rolls and dumplings I'm not keen to try to figure it out. The noodles were all clumped together, the flavor profile was feral and lacked any balance which is the hallmark of Thai cuisine. As I mentioned, I've been to Thailand, several times. 3.5/5 stars. This review is for the smaller food stall at the Battery that is separate from the stand alone full sized restaurants of the same name throughout Atlanta. I'll start with the location. Great location at the Battery inside an Asian inspired food hall. Fun neon lights with a dark vibe and live music set a city tone. Plenty of seating at communal style tables as well as some high tops with a bar in the middle. There are several food stalls to choose from outside of this one so it just depends on what type of food you are wanting. There is Chinese, Japanese , Thai , a dedicated boba spot and a dedicated sushi burrito stall. When you first walk up to the 26 Thai stall if you don't already know what to do it can be a bit confusing. There was literally a girl behind the counter looking at me as I was trying to order. It wasn't until I saw someone else walk up and order on the automated register that I realized it was all self ordering. A simple gesture towards the ordering panel would have been welcome by the staff that was present there. I ordered the tamarind saute chicken dish with fried rice , an order of spring rolls and Thai iced tea. The items took quite a bit of time to come out. The person I was with ordered food from a Chinese stall and not only did he get his food way before me but he had mostly finished his food before I ever got mine. They text you when the order is ready. The first thing you notice is the fried rice is in a paper fry box which was a bit off putting. The rice was overcooked and mushy but had good flavor. The chicken dish itself was very crispy but had almost none of the tamarind sauce so I had to go to the counter and ask for sauce to put on the dish. The veggies were fine. The Thai tea was nice and sweet with that distinct finish. I would say comparing this one to the stand alone restaurant in midtown is quite different. The food is much fresher and well prepared at the main restaurant while here it's made to accommodate a food stall crowd. I very much understand the concept I just hope in the future they are able to speed up the service and raise the quality of the food to the level of their main restaurants. I would come here again to try some of the other stalls and I would even come back to 26 Thai to try some of their other options. read more

Friend was in town staying at the battery so we stopped in for a quick bite. Liked the whole vibe of the place, pleasant people, decent seating and clean bathrooms. I grabbed the drunken noodles with tofu, hot. Generally get Thai hot but you never know at a new place. Spice level was good, would probably go with Thai hot if I stop in again. The noodles had a decent flavor and were served with some cold slices of cucumber which was a nice touch. The dish was overall tasty but was oily and the noodles were in a big, almost inseparable clump. Food overall was average. Wife picked up a pokey bowl at a different stall and that looked super tasty. read more

Let me tell you something this is the place to go for Thai if you are near the stadium and you want the authentic Thai taste. I visited this place on a non game day to experience them among a couple of other restaurants that were not too crowded because of game day. So it was worth it to walk around and decided which place would best suite my taste. We ended up for starters at the 26 Thai Kitchen. My eyes and mind was focused on the Tom Young soup. It was better than I expected- so that is always good. The combination of flavors of lemongrass poultry and spices made me think of cold days in San Francisco (hometown) and buying a pint of the soup at a local favorite gazing out the semi steamed up window during the chilly breeze and slight rain pour. As I closed my eyes and took each bite and gazed on inner visions of good music and good flavors on my palate. It was worth every bite! I even turned up the bowl to get that last drop! I was tempted to take a bowl to go but we decided to go to a couple of other restaurants in search of the best ambiance and delectable creations. There are plenty to choose from. What I like about the majority of the restaurants in this location is they are meant to serve adults. So while the games are away the battery restaurants will remain open to enjoy the games in each eatery amongst their own unique flavors. This was the 2022 season against the Phillies for a clinch in the finals - this restaurant will be around for as long as the stadium is open so do your best and give them the best support. The restaurant is in the PH'EAST food hall and replaced where Snack Boxe Bistro used to be. It is located in between the restroom s and Lifting Noodle. When you order, they will ask for your phone number to text you when your order is ready. I ordered the Pad See Ewe and upgraded it to a combo for $3 more. The combo includes 2 spring rolls (technically I would call them egg rolls) and a cup of Thai tea. The combo side and drink were fine. The main dish on the other hand could use some spice. The noodles were firm, but still chewy. They had the right amount of soy sauce absorbed into the noodle. I think some Thai chilies would greatly improve this dish. The chicken could use some work. They were pretty dry and not very tender. Overall a pretty good dish. read more

I've been to the original 26th in Lindberg, and I was so happy to hear that they opened a location nearby me which is this one at the Battery. The staff was extra friendly and kind customer service.  We came here with 2 of our friends and they're newbie to Thai food.  The staff walked our friends through it.  Superb!  We love 26th because of the reasonable priced, authentic Thai food.  Everything is delicious and they give ample portions of proteins.  We settled with Pad See U and Pad Kee Mao (Thai flat noodles).  So so good!  They gave a generous amount of shrimp on mine and generous amount of beef on my husband's dish.  No skimping here!  Love it.  Oh, and also you can ask for spicy.  Just like the way it is in Thailand.  The spicy here is legit spicy.  Be warned.  We also ordered the appetizer platter which you can picked 4 items from the small plates.  All 4 was delicious but the Crab cheese rolls are my favorite! Their Thai Iced Tea was perfect sweetness. My husband got Singha Thai beer from the bar (not the same vendor but inside the same food hall) Easily becoming one of my fav places and looking forward to coming back soon to try something new. read more

26 Thai at The Battery is outstanding in every way! I order from this location at least weekly and have never been disappointed by food quality or service. The manager/cashier (I believe her name is Jeancy) is the sweetest person on the planet and always provides an outstanding experience, whether I'm dining in at Ph'east or just picking some food up to go. When it comes to starters, the dumplings are to die for and as authentic as they come in Atlanta. They remind me of the ones I had for Dim Sum in Bangkok, but bigger! The crab cheese rolls are also a fun and delicious take on an American take-out staple. I also loved the spring rolls. For mains, my go-tos are the Pad See Ewe, Pad Thai, and Drunken Noodle. My boyfriend loves the pineapple boat and supreme fried rice. & of course, I love the thai tea to drink when I'm in the mood for something sweet. They just rolled out desserts not too long ago but I haven't had a chance to try them yet. Maybe next week ;) The portions are substantial--I often can't finish my meal if I order a starter, and sometimes even when I don't! And trust me, your girl can eat. The prices are commensurate with the location and especially the quality of food (and inflation and pandemic-related/supply-chain price increases--so please keep this in mind if you want to complain about the price of their food). The basil rolls were pretty good, veggies inside it were fresh and really liked the sweet plum dipping sauce that it came with. The drunken noodles were the worst I've ever had! It was very oily, lacked in flavor and tasted nothing like what I've had at many other Thai restaurants. Was very disappointing as I was starving but couldn't eat more than a few bites. I'm not sure why it costs $20 for an order of Beef Drunken Noodles, when it included just a few pieces of low quality shredded beef. If it is $20, I'd expect it to be better cuts. Every other Thai restaurant I have been to had better flavoring on their Drunken Noodles. Everything was bland - there was virtually no difference between the Pad See Ew and the Drunken Noodles. They just dumped a bunch of black pepper and added bell peppers to the Pad See Ew and called it Drunken Noodles. Spend your money on virtually any other restaurant at Ph'east. You will get better quality food, more food, and it will be cost less. I am severely disappointed with the addition of 26 Thai Kitchen to this food court. read more

My husband loved the tom yum and its tangy flavor, but if you're like me and love a more rich soup, then try the coconut soup!!! We also ordered the sampler appetizer plate, the two different noodles, and the fried rice. We enjoyed all of it!! You can pick 4 appetizers from the menu for the sampler plate. I'm a huge Thai fan but I honestly wasn't impressed with this at all. We ordered dumplings, crab cheese rolls, & pad see ewe. Im not a dumpling fan but my husband said they were really good. The crab cheese rolls just taste like cream cheese in a crispy wrapper to me. The pad see ewe was SO dry!
