On the evening of Wednesday, I had the pleasure of visiting Mama Le to place an order for dinner. From the outset, I was impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. They were attentive, accommodating, and demonstrated an admirable willingness to tailor my order precisely to my dietary preferences. I specifically requested that my sandwich be prepared without mayonnaise or pate, and upon receiving my food approximately fifteen minutes later, I was pleased to confirm that my instructions were followed exactly as requested. However, upon returning to my hotel and beginning my meal, I realized that one item, my spring roll, had inadvertently been omitted from the order. I promptly contacted the restaurant to inform them of the oversight. The staff member who answered the call was polite, apologetic, and immediately inquired about my location. Upon learning that I was staying only a short distance away, they took it upon themselves to personally deliver the missing spring roll to my hotel within approximately five minutes. This level of customer service is exceedingly rare in the restaurant industry. Many establishments, when faced with such circumstances, would require the customer to return to retrieve the missing item. Mama Le, however, chose a different approach, one rooted in genuine care, accountability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Their decision to promptly correct the error and deliver the missing item reflects a standard of service that deserves recognition. I came for dinner with 2 of my colleagues from work. I ordered Salmon Salad and Springrolls. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls is amazingly good and salmon is nicely prepared. I'm also so impressive with my coworker Beef Pho order that I got to try lol. The noodles here is special, different from most places that I tried. They use bigger noodles, which is different, especially more traditional/authentic. The soup/broth was fresh, delicious, hot, not dark like most other places. The Spicy Beef Bun Bo Hue that my other coworker ordered was pretty good too. I like that they don't make it too spicy so you can add extra hot oil sauce. It's their soft opening, so it's fair and understandable. I like the restaurant atmosphere. I'm a foodie and picky eater. But so far I'm impressed. It was busy, but nice that I had good experience with staff and good foods that came little bit of time, which was decent in most places and I didn't complain. I had spring rolls for appetizer and Beef Pho soup. It's delicious and hot. I like the broth. I was little skeptical due to previous critical people that gave poor reviews. It's untruthful. I was told this restaurant recently opened and I am highly supported new businesses and highly recommended this restaurant for Vietnamese foods. Egg rolls were really good but usually Vietnamese restaurants serve them with fish sauce and lettuce.. these came with just 3 egg rolls in a paper bag, which is fine since I checked in to get them for free. I also arrived during happy hour and asked for the promotion but the girl forgot to key it in.... I got the pink smoothie and the flavor was good but the smoothie still had big chunks of ice in it! I also got the winter melon tea and it was not 25% sugar like I requested. The drink was good but too sweet. Will probably come here again but will make sure to call in my order. We came for lunch today with a group of 6. We are nurses from Memorial Hermann Hospital. Our group ordered Shaken Beef with Rice, Tofu Egg noodle, Beef Noodle Soup, Chicken Noodle Soup, Banh Mi Vietnamese Sandwich, Egg rolls and spring rolls and numerous boba teas togo. I love the Avocado Avalanche with crystal pearl. Many of our co-workers love the Jasmine Milk Tea, Taro Smoothie and Beachside Bonfire Smoothie. Beautiful decor! I had houae special steak today. It was delicious! A good choice of Tenderloin steak, house special sauce, sausage, egg, pate and salad for $12.50. Friendly servers. Beautiful modern decor with nice views. I am a Vietnam Vet and i was in Da Nang during my mission. Love love their food and dragon mango breeze. I was here with my business partners again today and we had house fried chicken rice and spicy beef noodles soup. Then we also had a creme brûlée and mango Passion mousse cake for dessert. They were fresh and delicious. We had a great time eating their. Young staffs worked hard and very polite. They were very attentive to us. We tipped them BIG!
