Very cute inside and a good amount of seating. Okay Range of pastries. The s'mores square was decent. There was chocolate mousse inside. The strawberry citrus couffle was also decent. The strawberry filling inside was extremely fresh and the croissant was perfectly flaky. The lemon poppyseed cookie was actually pretty good despite being vegan. I can only wish it was a little juicier/chewier. I could come here again

I had a wonderful birthday brunch at Maman earlier this month. I got the Audrey's turkey sandwich and my husband got the Martha Stewart's greek salad sandwich with roasted chicken. Both were fantastic and a good size! The restaurant is beautiful inside with floral decor and it has great seating outdoors. Everything on the menu looked delicious. The food take a little bit of time to come, but we were comfortable with the outdoor seating. Sometimes it is a little hard to fly down a waiter, but not too bad. Water is self-serve. The restaurant was busy on the weekday for brunch as it is located in the popular Bethesda Row. I would like to try more things at this location or another one!

smashed avocado tartine (there's 2 pieces!)

Beautiful cafe and great presentation of food, sadly doesn't taste as good as it looks. There are a few seasonal specials with Martha Stewart collaborations. I've been here twice and disappointed both times. The weekend hours are a bit odd as the kitchen sharply closes at 4pm and the staff isn't that friendly. I ordered the Avocado Tartine. While the Avocado Tartine looked like a beautiful and vibrant work of art, it was all show and no substance. It's cringing there's an upcharge for a sunny-side egg for avocado toast (reluctantly paid for it! ) as well as the herbed feta (I passed on the feta cheese). The avocado was under ripe and the toast was burnt on the edges. While I appreciate receiving 2 large pieces of toast, it wasn't worth paying over $15 for such a simple dish poorly executed. The Shashuka weekend special was okay, and wish it came with warm whole wheat bread. The Papa's Bowl was overloaded with home fries and not enough eggs, avocado or sauce. The Martha Stewart Pomegranate Punch (non-alcoholic) and the boozy Rockaway Rhubarb Daquiri were both good. The S'mores cookie was the best part of the meal! Will come back just for the pastries and the boozy drinks!

I've never actually dined in here, but I always stop by for their honey lavender latte. It's one of my favorite coffee shops in the DMV. The space is super cute, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the overall vibe is great. Definitely recommend!

The server was so kind and patient when taking our orders, we had questions about the seasonal drinks and asked for menu recommendations. I ended up ordering the martine's Mediterranean steak sandwich, and it was delicious! We were seated outside, but I still went inside to use the bathroom. The inside was beautiful!

Maman never disappoints. Their brunch is absolutely delicious -- beautifully prepared, flavorful, and just the right amount of indulgent. The pastries, the savory dishes, the presentation... everything feels thoughtfully done. And the mimosas? Excellent. Perfectly balanced, refreshing, and the ideal pairing for a slow, cozy brunch. Between the charming aesthetic, great food, and quality drinks, Maman is always an easy "yes" for me.

A cute café with nice workers, but I personally think that the food is just okay and a bit overpriced for what it is. I don't mind popping in from time to time to meet up with friends here though because the interior is quite pretty.

This place was so good! Accidentally ate all of my salmon croissant sandwich but it was killer and the seasonal cherry blossom matcha was exactly what I needed for the beginning of spring.

Food - we ordered the breakfast sandwich. There was some miscommunication at the register and we ended up with 2 but decided to keep them both and we were SO HAPPY that we did. These were the BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICHES WE EVER HAD. Juicy, tasty and delish 10/10. My sister ordered some lavender latte which was pretty good and I ordered the matcha latte which was was watery and tasteless 2/10. I gave it a 2 for the latte art. Service - was great, friendly staff and food came out fairly quickly. 10/10 Ambiance - super cute and aesthetically pleasing 10/10

My first time coming here. I gravitated towards the baked goods - saw the Nutella Brownies and Nutella Beignets. I'll have to try those on a future visit (can't go wrong with Nutella). Somehow, I zoned everything out and opted to get the Citrus Olive Oil Loaf Cake with Strawberry White Chocolate. The name alone is what got me to try it in the first place. Best Decision Ever. I enjoyed the loaf cake, the chocolate, just everything. If I had my way, I would have gotten all of the slices they had. Now, when can I go back and get more of "that" Citrus Olive Oil Loaf Cake. YUM!!!

Atmosphere, friendly, exquisite food and great lattes; especially the quiche Lorraine. Good seating capacity. Some wait for delivery of food but the food worth it. Felt a little like being in France Paris

Beautiful decor but that might be it. Had to wait a long time for our sandwiches but the worst thing is the chicken salad sandwich (seasonal Martha Stewart recipe) is not what they pictured to be (see attached pics). Roasted potatoes tasted like those reheated frozen ones from grocery. Maybe just good for coffee and baked goods? Won't be returning for brunch though!

I love Maman. The design is beautiful both inside and out, and the people are friendly! I also like the wide variety of food and drinks.

Is this a place where someone can get a coffee and pasty and work/study with free wifi?

Definitely. Nice ambiance and not too busy or crowded!

    Do they take reservations?

    They don't.

Is this a good place to study or work from?

We do have a no-laptop policy at this time, as we have shifted to less coffee shop to more of a restaurant style dinning experience.

He was genuinely kind and welcoming, and interactions like that are one of the things I appreciate most about supporting local businesses. I also really enjoyed the atmosphere. The space was relaxed and quiet without feeling empty. There were people enjoying their food and drinks, working on their laptops, and simply settling in for a while. The lattes here are sweeter than savory but delicious, topped with thick whipped cream... I think it is homemade whipped cream, but whatever they do, they definitely aced it very well. - Habibi latte: very scrumptious! It is a must-get, although it's a seasonal drink, so it may not always be available...alas! Pretty sweet and almost like eating some Dubai chocolate as you drink it... worth the adventure! - The Bear Necessities: I was very impressed with this latte. I had low expectations, as most cafes can't perfect the dark art of latte for every latte drink on the menu, especially the seasonal drinks... But girl, I was proven wrong and I enjoyed this drink so much! It came with thick whipped cream topped with one graham cracker bear and crumbled graham crackers... The flavors were cinnamon and honey and reminded me of cinnamon crunch cereal in some ways, but of course, it wasn't too sweet though! I was tempted to order another one... The sandwiches (1 roast beef and 1 grilled turkey) were just average if you ask me to compare these with other sandwich specialty shops... next time, I'd try something else! Overall, no complaints as I'm impressed with the coffee options, especially the seasonal drinks! Service was good and quick. The employee behind the counter was super friendly and very accommodating to ensure she got our orders right. Plenty of seating on a Saturday late morning which was surprising. Great for a post-(long) run meal before I hop on the metro back to DC! The lattes are on the sweet side but delicious, thick, creamy, and very innovative--worth it. The food? Not so much, but still decent. I tried the following: - Habibi latte (hot with oat milk) - delicious!! Definitely a must-get. It was quite sweet but really reminded me of Dubai chocolate. Really amazing how they nailed down the flavors. Perfect for chocolate lovers and very unique and innovative. Presentation was also excellent, with a generous amount of whipped cream. - The bear necessities - equally delicious latte and really cute presentation too, with a graham bear cracker on top! I'm not a big fan of cinnamon-flavored drinks, but this one was more subtle. It was so thick and richly flavored that the cinnamon wasn't overpowering for me. I was very impressed. - Roast beef sandwich - meh okay. It was supposed to come with ciabatta bread (which I think would've tasted way better), but apparently, there was none that day, so I got it with sourdough bread. - Turkey sandwich - I got it served hot with sourdough bread, and my partner and I enjoyed this one more than the roast beef sandwich. The roasted red peppers were a nice addition to the sandwich. The accompanying salad with the sandwiches was fine, nothing special. Service was good and quick. Plenty of seating on a Saturday late morning, and the outdoor patio was cute and spacious.
