Seeking out an Italian Soda, partner took us to Norby's Cafe. It wasn't too busy, so service was fast. Liked that the lighting was low during the day as it made the interior feel cool and comforting. Both of our sandwiches were delicious, and the Pineapple Italian Soda I had didn't disappoint! Looking forward to our return! :)

We were in the shopping center & the Girlfriend was in the mood for something sweet so we stopped in to ogle the dessert case in this little shop. She selected the Peanut Butter Explosion - a small puck of chocolatey PB deliciousness. We ordered at the counter - there is also a self-serve ordering kiosk as well. There is a nice little seating area - outdoor seating as well. Person at counter was friendly & the area appeared clean - we will have to return to sample some more of the items available.

Wanted to get a quick bite for breakfast and this was definitely a great place to go! I got the english muffin with egg, cheese, and sausage which was basically a normal tasting breakfast sandwich! My boyfriend got the low carb platter since he's doing keto and he liked it a lot! The cafe was pretty busy but there was always people going in and out to make it easy to find a seat. Service was quick. Would definitely go again.

Love the food and service here. Been going here for over 5 years (post from 2024). This place is great for breakfast and lunch!

I need to find a place nearby to do some work and I found Norby's Cafe. Cute little cafe with a few tables that offers items such as bagels, acai bowls, coffee, tea, sandwiches, bubble tea, and more. I ordered the Paul Revere on an everything bagel, and a hot matcha latte. The Paul Revere was decent, bagel itself was ok, however I wished they had hot sauce or something (counter only offers salt, pepper, ketchup and mustard). The matcha latte was ok. They have a self-service kiosk or you can order with an employee. There's a long counter by the large window for those using laptops. Wifi is free and works well. I would rate it a 3.5/5, rounding it up to a 4/5.

Promotion for 02/26, free Açaí bowl normally $9.75.

They even have a patio if you want to sit outside. The service was very good. My friend and I were splitting two different sandwiches and the waiter was kind enough to serve them separately. So, we didn't have to worry about anything. We started off with a half of order of onion rings. They were perfectly fried and delicious! There was a very generous amount! Then, we ordered the turkey and avocado sandwich. It was very good. But, the home run goes to the Le Pilgrim. The sandwich had fresh roasted turkey, cranberry-pecan relish, mashed potatoes, cornbread & apple stuffing, herb mayonnaise on French loaf with a gravy dunker on the side. It was a great sandwich and we both finished our halves. And, the dunking gravy was amazing. So, the food was delicious, service was very good, and prices were reasonable. I am dreaming about that sandwich! Full On Crafts....I will see you soon.

They were all good, but I'm surprised to say that the French onion soup might actually be my favorite thing here. I used to go to their previous location on Georgia Avenue, and I'm really enjoying the new interior. The servers have all been nice too.

It is a cute restaurant located off of Boiling Brooke Parkway in Rockville, Maryland. The inside is decorated with warm woods and shelves and freezers filled with Italian frozen entrees, desserts, and sauces. As you walk up to the counter, you are warmly welcomed. I ordered the Italian cold cut sub and the meatball sub. They have a huge assortment of chips. I am really regretting not picking up a package of my favorite chips. Next time... Service was great. The gentleman who waited on me couldn't have been nicer. It took about 5 minutes for my food to be ready and I was out the door. I want to echo other reviewers, when I say there are no tables or chairs for eating. This is strictly order your food and take it with you. My meatball sub was delicious. It was packed with large portions of meatballs, that were roasted in a tasty marinara sauce. The roll was fresh and soft. I highly recommend this sub. The Italian sub was good, but it was crying out for a little lettuce and tomato. I know that they offer the sub with a green sauce, but I found the taste of the sauce oily and too parsley heavy. I was really glad I had it put on the side. Other than that, the Italian meats were tasty and the sub roll fresh and tender. Prices were reasonable, it was about $20 for both subs. I will definitely return to get some homemade pasta and that tiramisu that was tempting me in the fridge. Gratzi,Vignola Gourmet.

They also have a small grocery section with imported Italian goods (canned clams, tomatoes, olive oils, cookies, etc) and frozen premade goodies like sauces, lasagnas, Italian sausage, pizza dough, and even ice cream. We ordered a hot porchetta sub, cold cut sub, and homemade pappardelle with pesto cream sauce. The owner helped us choose a "soft" sub roll for the porchetta and a "hard" Italian baguette for the cold cut sub. The food was all very tasty and felt like we traveled to a simpler time where ingredients shine for themselves. The porchetta was tender and flavorful, and together with the soft roll, kind of reminded me of a Taiwanese gua bao or Cantonese charsiu bao. It was incredible and smelled so delicious! The cold cut sub was simple and well balanced, and good with the harder baguette. Lastly, the handmade pappardelle was delightfully chewy and reminded me of Chinese hand pulled noodles. Didn't expect to have such parallels with Chinese food- and I enjoyed reflecting on how different cultures can come to have similar tastes and values. Next time we'll have to try their desserts and more of their menu! Can't wait to come back. Go check out this gem in Rockville, and experience a taste of Italy!

Although the prices are not the same as they once were, that was 25 years ago. It's a spacious, organized spot that I could see getting packed around lunch time. I ordered a couple of banh mi for pick up for lunch. Ordering online made it super easy to customize my sandwich without feeling like I'm being too complicated. For myself I got the #1 Special. This is the classic cold cut sandwich with 3 types of Vietnamese cuts (ham, head cheese, pork roll) and pate. I opted for all the ingredients plus extra jalapeños. It was delicious! My sandwich was loaded with pate and came with a good layer of meats. The bread is the closest to an actual Saigon style banh mi I have had in this area. It has a crisp shell but is softer in the center so it doesn't cut up the roof of your mouth when you bite down on it. I also like a sprinkle salt & pepper on top of my banh mi veggies so I just added it when I got home. They offer a sandwich and soup combo that I'd like to try next time with a lot of other items. I also picked up a pork pate chaud for breakfast tomorrow, if I can resist until then.

I really quite like the service, it felt like they cared and made some suggestions that I took them up on. I will say that the grilled pork was a little more salty than I like for it to be. But I was very happy with how generous they are with the vegetables. I tend to stuff my sandwich with vegetables, and I barely finished using all the veggies that they bagged up for me since my flight was a little bit later in the day. The food kept well and it definitely did what it was intended for which was to keep me not starving through the long six hour flight. They had the green pandan cake, which I really love. But it was not as good (flavorful) as the one I had in Vegas at another shop, so slightly disappointed, but it was still decent. Helped to curb the craving for it. I definitely would come back. Their price point is good. Their value is good. They had some other things on the menu that I wouldn't mind trying. People at the airport were looking at my sandwich and asking where they could get one and I had to tell them sadly it's not available at the airport.
