So many people are getting confused thinking they are still located in Vermont. (By the way, in order for me to post this I need to give it a rating based on the last time I visited their bakery. I wish I didn't have such a bad taste in my mouth, literally. A week ago I walked over for a breakfast sandwich, the kind one would hope someone couldn't mess up. I ordered the basic bacon, egg and cheese on an English muffin. Inedible. How could this be? Surely I must be hyper critical, right? Well my English muffin was raw, totally under-toasted. And since it's an off-brand muffin (I assume) the raw taste was awful. Top this with one single piece of bacon and NO cheese (I don't know if it melted off or what, but only traces of it remained) and my simple breakfast was ruined. Now, nearly every single other review warns of poor service. I have to agree. It must pain this girl to smile. Why work in hospitality if you hate helping people? She was miserable. Not rude or anything, but clearly not interested in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Maybe this business is focused on the catering. But at the end of the day, I'm not going to waste my money on this dining experience, even if it is my only option available. Sad.

Ten Bends Beer is a craft brewery in Hyde Park, Vermont that produces small-batch ales and lagers. The brewery's name comes from a neighborhood in Hyde Park and the Lamoille River, which bends ten times between Morrisville and Johnson, Vermont. Ten Bends Beer's beers are inspired by the region and are made with creative experimentation and perseverance. I enjoyed a flight while here: Refractives White Grape: A Kettle Sour Beer with nice notes of Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Tartness isn't too high, which allows some of the aromatic and subtlety of the grape to come through. Cream Puff War Peach: A Double IPA that is brewed with honey malt and lactose, fermented with Peach Puree, and then Double Dry Hopped. The lactose gives it a fuller mouthfeel and pulls out the orange julius, dare I say, peach julius, vibes of the beer. Not too sweet, but definitely on the sweeter side. Green Fountains: A Hazy IPA hopped with Cascade, Mosaic, and Strata. I get strong notes of citrus and pine, finishing with dank overripe pineapple. Dark Daze: An Imperial Stout aged in Whiskey Barrels. Lower in viscosity than a lot of barrel aged stouts nowadays, but beautiful dark cacao, espresso, and fig notes rounded out by vanilla and oak. ______________

First day we had the fried chicken sandwich and the bahn mi sandwich. The fried chicken was very well made and the sandwich ingredients were great. The bahn mi was made with thin sliced smoky pork that was very much like pork belly and delicious. Second day we had smoked chicken wings, again very well made and delicious, and we split the cheese steak with everything. It was huge, enough for two, and really good. At that point we decided to order food to go to take home for dinner. We ordered two house salads with fried chicken. Again, also really great food, and very well packaged for eating later. I would come here anytime that I'm nearby.

The chocolate croissants are buttery with crisp flaky exteriors and rich chocolate interiors. We first discovered them at Stowe Farmers Market. Then discovered the loaves stocked daily fresh bread at Stowe Living and at The Commodities Natural Market. More recently we went to Hyde Park location to try their lunch sandwiches. The Turkey Bacon Avocado with cheddar cheese and pickled red onions is fresh, tasty, easy to eat - a favorite. Panuozzo is an interesting creation using sourdough pizza to wrap around fresh burrata, roasted garlic cloves, roasted red peppers and pesto - the burrata is super fresh and rich type of mozzarella but sandwich is very messy (both hands and face) and we reeked of garlic afterwards. Seriously, the garlic taste and odor built up and literally lingered for 24h - so make sure to share this with your loved ones so all of you are in the garlic group. We would order the Panuozzo again but probably leave off the garlic. Bahn Mi is an interpretation of a classic Vietnamese Bahn Mi - it is tasty but contained no cucumbers, less cilantro and pickled carrots/daikon plus the gravy made the bread soggy. It is still good and we would order again but ask for the gravy on the side as a dipping sauce. All 3 sandwiches were winners and we loved our food adventure. We were missing pickles from 2 of our 3 sandwiches but the 1 pickle we had was good. The sandwiches were hearty so we didn't eat the fries. We will be back and can't wait to try Reuben, cheese steak, fried chicken as well as dinner!

I went with my motorcycle group for like 20 or five of us or whatever for lunch on our run back in. We had a vacation trip up north and we took one of the guys who let a group over to there did some stops on the way we got there. I'm glad I got there before everybody else close by the time they got there I've been waiting a while but by the time I got there, there was no tables available so if I hadn't held the tables we had we wouldn't have been able to get seated together or sit down and eat. All the food was top-notch oh my goodness it was so fresh and tasty. The service was amazing. They had drink specials that day. We tried one of them something with bourbon. I don't know what it was. I think it was a mule. But so delicious some of us got pizza some sandwiches, some good fish. It was a wide variety across the board of things that people ordered. Everything was just delicious and it came out so quick and all on time like altogether we had like four tables and everybody ate within five minutes of each other. It was amazing because usually if it was a tape of service type of that big of people and we go out like sometimes the last people are still eating when the first group is done and leaving so this was kind of better that we all got to eat together like a big family. But I thought it was just a really cool place and it ran right along the bike path and the river and it was beautiful. It had mostly it was in a big building so it was mostly outside, but it was open for meant to end and it was just cool and comfortable and nobody was hurried or rushed and I felt that was a big important thing to me because I hate being rushed when I'm eating and stuff but it wasn't. It was awesome. I would definitely go back there again.

It's in morrisville VT which is close to Stowe where we were staying. We parked at the convenient store and went inside. The shop was located on the left side. We went up to the counter and placed order. The menu was pretty limited. They offer mostly curry with either chicken, pork, or veggie. (Pork was special at the time) and samosa as well as dumplings. We got chicken and pork curry with rice, samosa and dumplings . Samosa was ok. Bit stale as it's likely been sitting for some time. Dumplings were pretty good. Good chewy texture and inside was flavorful with some beef fillings. Used some hot sauce on the side to change up the flavor if you like mild spice. Curry was ok. Flavor of the curry was good but meat was overcooked and dry as it's probably been sitting for while. The rice was also overcooked and soft and sticky. Not a-lot of flavor on rice even though it has some star anise and spices in there. Service was good. Older Nepalese guy was running the area. He was nice. You get a slip and pay at the register for the convenience store. Price was pretty reasonable. Overall it's an ok place. I had high hopes that it may be a hidden gem but unfortunately was not as good as i hoped. If anything i would recommend the dumplings which was good and was reasonably priced but i would not necessarily go out of way to go there just for dumplings. If you are around stop by for quick dumplings. Otherwise there are probabaly better place near burlington.

The brews are all wonderful and easy drinking, I rarely like every beer I try. The food is excellent and unique, definitely a welcomed twist on some familiar pub foods. We practically tried everything on the menu in our party and I'm glad we did. The flavor profiles and combinations made each dish a welcomed surprise, the nachos were out of this world. The building itself is very inviting. It had been renovated and had a relaxed and warm lodge feel. The staff are very friendly and attentive and were more than happy to help us make some ordering decisions. The hardest part was that we discovered this establishment on our last day and were unable to come a second time. There is also an arcade in the downstairs area if you want to hang out a bit and also a great outdoor space. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. I know we will be back!

Our server never introduced herself, made very little eye contact, and seemed uncomfortable interacting with us. She was also slow. We came on a Sunday where they have discounted drinks for brunch. They told the table after us about it, but they didn't tell us. We then found a LIVE bug crawling in our salad. Both the server and the manager explained that the lettuce is locally farmed. I understand that bugs can be found on fresh produce, but that does not change the fact that the salad should have been properly washed and inspected before being served. The brownie was also undercooked and raw in the middle, and the response to that was that it was "gluten free," which again felt more like an excuse than accountability. The manager offered us a $20 gift card and said he hoped we would give them another chance. I asked to use it toward our bill instead, and even that required the server to go check whether it could be done. What bothered me most was the lack of a sincere apology. Everyone seemed embarrassed and eager to move past the situation, but a genuine apology and some accountability would have gone a long way. This was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner, and instead it was an extremely unpleasant experience. We will not be returning. Go elsewhere.
