We booked with a specific stylist, based on online reviews. When we arrived we were given a different stylist. I felt too bad to say anything, but I wonder why there are multiple reviews on Yelp & Google saying that they booked with someone specific but then were seen by someone else instead. That's not right. Not only is it unfair to the stylist losing out on the client, but it puts the customer in a bad position of wondering if they should speak up or not. read more

I did have a situation where my sons hair wasn't done very well the last two times. I did come on here and complain just because I felt like I didn't know what else to do at this point.. the owner did reach out right away and had someone call me to get it fixed. I will be going in to get his hair corrected. I think regardless of what happened I appreciate how the owner was quick to resolve this issue. Prior to the past two times I have had great experiences here so moving forward I will ask for a specific stylist rather than going with different ones. I think mistakes do happen and because the owner was so quick to resolve this and reach out to me personally I would continue going here. Everyone has always been very kind and that's never been an issue. Not once have I had any stylist be rude or disrespectful and I do understand kids hair can be difficult and they have patience with him. Husband had an appointment for 345pm and called at 347pm while driving in traffic that he was 5 minutes out. The receptionist said well he needed to be there in 5 minutes or he needed to move to another time slot. He made it within the 5 minutes and was told no hair wash was going to be allowed for his appointment ( he agreed since he was late by 7 minutes) but no beer was offered either. My hubby goes for the beer and to relax with a haircut. The customer service was off today and he is a repeat client since we moved here. Soooo disappointed! read more

Within 3 minutes, I was greeted by Sheray. She took the time to engage with me regarding my service that I was about to receive and made sure I was comfortable with the process. Last week I stopped in for my first haircut with Ann. This being my first time there, I didn't know what to expect. I told her that as much as I would like to have a fade cut, I can't go that close, due to my hair transplant scars that run all the way around my head, including the sides. Ann said, "Not a problem. We'll only take it down to 6mm and that won't expose the scars" She was right! On my next haircut visit, she will also add some color to give this old guy a more youthful look! Thanks Man Cave.
