Their prices have increased A LOT and their portion sizes have gotten smaller. Most recently their hours and menu have changed. Most location don't open until 10am now, which is fine, but they have gotten rid of their breakfast items! Their breakfast tacos were by far the best thing on their menu & the last item that was decently priced. The once familiar faces of the manager & employees is now a rotation of unfamiliar faces. The employees are kind, but seem to be overworked and there are never enough employees on site to manage the customers. The outside tables are ALWAYS sticky and it's clear they are not cleaned. The turf around the playground is warped, torn and in bad need of replacement. HatCreek used to be our go-to place - morning meet-up, afternoon lunch, after-school snack or evening dinner with friends. Sadly that's not the case any longer.
