    Completely different color trim piece!!!

I brought my Audi Q5 in for a repair from a minor accident that occurred early in the winter. The damaged occurred on the rear passenger side of my car. The trim piece that goes on the bumper adjacent to the wheel well was damaged. The car was brought in on March 20th and they left a message on my brothers' phone on April 1st that it was fixed and ready to be picked up. My brother didn't check his messages till the 3rd. I went to the shop after work to pick up my car, after I had paid my $500 deductible, I looked at the repaired that was performed on my car. The new trim piece that was put on my car was a completely different color then the two trim pieces around it. I left the shop and didn't pick up car on the 3rd. They assured me that they will fix it and call me to let me know when I can pick up my car. Just to clarify the trim only comes in two colors, one is grey stone and they other is a black color. They got the wrong color. When I pressed further as to why the wrong color was purchased, I was told that the other color is discontinued. I placed a call to Stratham Audi, and they assured me that its available. I then told the guy at Manchester collision center (MCC) to call them and buy the trim from Stratham Audi. He called Stratham Audi but did not go any further. He called me and said that they will fix the original broken piece and somehow make it work. I hesitated but he assured me that if its still not up to par they get the new piece. Now when I took my first trip to MCC aside from noticing the trim was completely different color I noticed my rear passenger tire was low on air, I didn't think much of it but asked the gentleman that I spoke with to possibly investigate it, He said he would. The tire is at the same location where the trim piece is being installed. He called later in the week of the 7th that they had fixed the car and the old trim piece that they had fixed looked good and the car was ready to be picked up. I couldn't get to the shop on that day, so I went to pick up my car on April 6th. While the repair wasn't up to par ( can clearly see a scratch) on the old broken trim piece, I would have been ok with it but the placement of the piece didn't mesh well with the adjacent trim piece, the revel that's suppose to be between the two trim piece wasn't even close. I spoke with him and asked for that to be fixed and he said that that is on double sided tape so it should be easily be peeled off and put back on correctly and may even have someone do it on the 6th. And then he would call me when its done. While I was looking at the trim piece, I also looked at my tire as it was low again and noticed that there was a nail/screw in the left side wall of the tire. I was not happy about that and asked how the nail/ screw got there. He said he didn't know and would ask Town Fair Tire People to look into seeing if they can fix it. I again left MCC without my car. I fully expected a phone call from him on Monday for an update and the call never came, I called and left a message for him late Monday (4/08) afternoon. I called back Tuesday (4/09) morning a few times getting nowhere and then finally I called for a third time and he picked up the phone and told me that he would call me back as the staff was in a meeting. He called me back an hour or two later letting me now that noting had been done to the car since I left on the 6th because they needed the paint to dry and that the tire was un fixable and I need a new tire. He said that they will try to resolve the trim issue a month or two down the line. I pressed him further regarding how the nail/screw got in my tire and he said that they are not responsible for it. I wasn't very pleased with his response on both my trim and the tire I told him that I would pick up the car later. I picked up my car and started it and sure enough there were two new lights on my dash, they were both warning lights for tire with low air. I actually had to look up what the symbols meant as I had never seen them before.

This hole in our car used to be the SHO emblems. They were pilfered either by or at Manchester Collision

Now not even 3 mknths later his AC compressor has failed on the first time ever being used (it was 90° out the day it happened). Called the dealership back and explained the situation and said they wont commit to anything and I should call service to habe them repair since its past 30 days. This is my first time dealing with them as a dealer and I must say Im appauled that they dont stand behind their vehicles. They insisted when I bought this the car was in mint shape and would need nothing since they shpposedly went through it top to bottom. Buyer beware, these vehicles are not as they seem and their reputation does not match the service. I will never buy here again. Ill stick to Foss Motors who DOES stand behind their cars and would cover this if it were bougjt from them. In fact, since I have other cars with Foss they are giving me a 50% discount on parts and labor as a courtesy! Stay away from Ira Subaru of Manchester

I drove up two hours to the location. A salesman walks out, and offers to help us out - but is confused, as the car is in the sold section. It turned out that Crystal had left, and there was no record of an appointment made for us. After more confusion and waiting, the manager had to come out and apologize because the car was sold. He said that Crystal did not check to see if the car was available. This was very frustrating as we wasted 4 hours of our time that day driving to see this car, and the sales person did not do a simple check, just blindly assured us. I do not know why she did not write us in, or why she left either, as she said she would be right at her desk to see us. I would never do business with this dealership because they wasted so much of our time due to a salesperson's incompetence. Ultimately the manager was apologetic and I know it is not his fault. I could not believe the wasted time due to Crystal; it was not a good experience. I will also say that it is sleazy that that car continues to be listed as available on their website and third party listings. I can only assume they do this to bring people in and then try and sell them something else. Inventory should be immediately taken down as it is sold, especially for this car as they made such a big mistake - but it is still listed.

Refusal of Warranty Service…read more I purchased a 2024 Mazda CX-90 PHEV from Werner Mazda in April 2024. Since purchase, the vehicle has experienced multiple defects requiring service. These defects and conditions have substantially impaired its use, value, and safety, including but not limited to: EV battery failure requiring towing and replacement within the first six months of ownership Repeated and prolonged failure of the MyMazda app climate control system following service Cooling system defects requiring radiator replacement Premature tire replacement at approximately 17,000 miles Ongoing loud noise and vibration when turning left Fuel or exhaust odor inside the cabin upon startup In October 2024, the vehicle failed to start and required towing. The EV battery was replaced. Following an oil change on December 27, 2024, the climate control feature in the MyMazda app stopped functioning. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue through the dealership, the problem remained unresolved until January 23, 2025, after Mazda Corporate confirmed an IT solution and the vehicle software was updated. On October 25, 2025, I brought the vehicle in for a windshield washer warning light, squealing brakes, and a recall. During that visit, Werner Mazda stated the radiator was cracked and required replacement. I was also told that all four tires needed replacement at approximately 17,000 miles. Although the tires were replaced at no cost, I was told I would need to pay a $129 alignment fee, which I declined. After this service, the vehicle developed a loud noise and vibration when turning left. On November 17, 2025, the vehicle was test-driven by the Service Manager, Dylan Gallagher, who stated that he did not have an explanation for the issue. Prior to that visit, I already had a scheduled appointment for November 24, 2025, for an oil change and to verify the recall, which was still showing as open on my account. During that visit, the oil change was completed, the recall was cleared, and a technician video was provided stating the vehicle was in excellent condition. Due to worsening noise, vibration, and a new fuel odor upon startup, I contacted Mazda Customer Service on December 26, 2025 and customer service rep, Starler scheduled a service appointment for January 2, 2026. Werner Mazda accepted the appointment and Dylan told Starler a loaner vehicle would be issued. At approximately 2:15 p.m. that day, I received a call from Dylan Gallagher informing me that the dealership would not be servicing my vehicle. When I asked why, I was told it was because I did not complete a survey after my prior visit and that, if I had, it likely would have been negative. I asked to speak with his boss and was denied. I was told I come come pick up my vehicle. When I returned to the dealership, I was handed my keys by Dylan and told that I could leave. No written explanation or repair documentation was provided. I was informed by Dylan that he had spoken with Eric and they agreed the vehicle would not be serviced. The vehicle remains under manufacturer warranty. Refusing to inspect or service a vehicle after accepting an appointment and issuing a loaner raises serious concerns under New Hampshire consumer protection and warranty laws. This refusal may be considered evidence of noncompliance with the manufacturer's warranty obligations. I have notified Mazda Corporate and filed a complaint with the New Hampshire Attorney General's Consumer Protection Bureau.

After the test drive, the discussion about markup and trade-in (although not what I hoped) went quickly, and they offered better financing than I cold find on my own. As we were walking up to him, I told him that he has a tough job ahead of him, as we have been Toyota owners since the 1990's. MATTHEW acknowledged that and took on the challenge with a smile. He was genuine, not pushy at all, which was a pleasant surprise. I said, we continue to be Toyota lovers, but are hesitant to get a Rav 4, because this year it is a hybrid model. We were looking for something similar in size. He took the time to listen to what exactly we wanted in our car, which was a sunroof, heated, leather seats and safety features. We decided to look at the Honda CRV and take it for a test drive. Although MATTHEW was young, he obviously learned a great deal about being good at his job, he was extremely knowledgeable about Honda vehicles. Before the test drive, he took us through the entire CRV, explained in detail the features that it had and how each of them worked. Throughout the process, MATTHEW was patient and never pressured us, making sure we felt comfortable with every decision. MATTHEW was easy to talk to, he answered all our questions honestly and provided helpful suggestions, which made our buying experience smooth and enjoyable. We would HIGHLY recommend calling Matthew Perez to anyone looking for a new car. You will not be disappointed! You can contact MATTHEW at (603) 657-5680. Donna and John R
