Andy has a great sense of humor and had us laughing and feeling at ease from the very beginning. The distillery tour itself was very cool and I learned so much. Andy clearly knows his stuff, and communicates so well. We loved learning about the science behind the distillery and seeing the engineering solutions he created too! While their product can be found at the NH state liquor stores, I really recommend that you plan a visit. The location is beautiful and on a nice day, you can enjoy sitting out on their patio. (note they are building a new visitor center). I recommend a tasting on the patio with some cheese/crackers for an enjoyable time. You can also do a tour of the facility as well. Check out the website and you will also find a variety of special events such as brunches, dinnners, and all paired with the wines and sprits produced on site. Give them a try!

Maple bourbon Cocktail worked. The squash soup was a hit, creamy and flavorful. Wine a tad sweet. The duck brest/pork chop were winners, both were cooked perfectly. The pie was delicious! Each bite a variety of flavors due to the nutty toppings - a must try, The atmosphere was noisy, as it was a fun night. Service was timely, not rushed as the 4 courses were served warm to all the tables. Well done!
