They had my business despite the Glengarry Glen Ross vibe. They lost my business because they didn't call me back as agreed. I really shouldn't have to chase people down. I spent $8K and now I have my regrets. I was able to return the mattress but was nickeled and dimed on my way out the door. Despite the "guarantee", not all of your purchase will be necessarily returnable or refundable. Keep this in mind as this isn't something that was divulged upfront to me. The fine print is on the back of the receipt after you've made the transaction. They sent a contracting company to pick up the mattress. It's a good thing I speak some Spanish. They went over the bed with a fine tooth comb snapping pictures of every minor detail - not something they did when delivering it. At first, they wouldn't take the matress pointing out an extremely minor manufacturer's defect. It wasn't until I made some calls that the truck returned and they took the mattress with them. They have the mattress and still haven't refunded my money. read more

Once again, the Airloom mattresses they sell are Junk. The new Riviera model failed within a year, warping on one side. They use a third party inspection company to determine if the mattresses is defective. One side of my mattresses is beyond square making it difficult to sleep on that side. We purchased initially the tempur cloud luxe king which was like sleeping on a cloud and luxurious. We loved it but were concerned it might be too soft overtime and too warm. We exchanged it for a -cloud luxe breeze Cal king split adjustable bed. The split adjustable bed is fantastic. No more sloping to the middle of the bed. Be aware... 5 years later the luxe breeze is no longer cool. It's under warranty but is not honored by Tempur-Pedic. A $10000 bed no longer cool! I will not purchase another Tempur-Pedic bed. read more

We purchased a mattress in July 2024. It took until now to recover from our shattered confidence in humanity. Do you feel like our generation is coddled by the ability to order anything delivered to your door from a faceless website? Do you yearn for real human contact with salespeople that will repeatedly lie to your face, then pretend to throw each other under the bus so nobody has to take accountability? Then please subject yourself to these grade-A gaslighters and grifters. Brief summary: They promised we if we need to return the mattress, we would not be charged a fee. This was to convince us to buy from them instead of online (which has no fee). A couple of days later, when we went to exchange, they denied ever saying it. They even mocked us, asking why we didn't write it down. Presumably because in 2024, we're used to large companies being at least somewhat reliable and caring a bit about their reputation. Ultimately they blamed it on one of the employees who wasn't there on the return day, saying that because he usually works from a different Mancini's location, he doesn't really know what's going on. And of course they played victim when they were called out on it. Obviously it's just a couple of people, not the entire company, but I won't take my chances with Mancini's again...who needs this nonsense? read more

We were interested in tempurpedic mattress only, so we only paid attention specifically to that section (but, honestly, they really have a good selection and many options available for each brand). My wife and I had been suffering from back,neck and shoulder issues for some time now. Figuring it was time for a new mattress, we started our research. I searched online between the latest technology and recommendations and then looked on Yelp to see what was other had to say. We spotted another friend, who has excellent taste and does just as much research before buying as I do, so I started with Mancini's. I already knew what I wanted to look at first and was approached by Richard. He was not pushy and had a very relaxed demeanor but knew his stuff. Richard knew exactly what he had in stock and made a few suggestions based upon both our needs. After "testing" a few mattresses for firmness and inquiring about the various warranties we ended up with a mattress that we BOTH agreed on. Richard worked with the delivery people and were able to secure next day delivery. We went in on a Friday night and got NEXT day delivery. I can't tell you how important next day delivery for a brand new mattress is when you've had countless nights without sleep...oh wait...I can. IT'S A BIG DEAL! That detail alone warranted a 5 star review but Richard's knowledge, professionalism and willingness to ensure we got exactly what we needed goes beyond 5 stars. I also wanted to commend Robert, who happened to be in the store and interacted with us during our conversation with Richard. Very friendly and also very knowledgeable. I came in looking for Ronald, based on some good reviews and found two other R named associates. Does Mancini's only hire people with names beginning with R's?
