I dropped off my PC at 10 AM and he had it completely diagnosed and fixed by 3:30 PM - same day service when most shops would have kept it for days. But what really impressed me was how Garnik actually took the time to explain everything instead of just doing the work and handing it back. He didn't just slap on new thermal paste and call it done. He properly reapplied the paste, then noticed my fan configuration was all wrong and moved everything to the correct CPU pump headers and fan headers. He walked me through exactly what was causing the thermal problems and how he fixed them, then stress tested the whole system right in front of me so I could see it was running properly. Garnik was super knowledgeable, friendly, and got everything done way faster than I expected. It's honestly rare to find someone who knows their stuff this well and actually takes the time to make sure you understand what's going on with your build. I found this cool neighborhood shop when I was look for a place to replace my iPhone battery…read more They're Apple Authorized so you're getting legit Apple service without the hassle of having to walk into an Apple Store in a crowded mall. I have an iPhone 13 mini so they didn't have my battery in stock but they were able to run the battery test and order the battery and get it within a few days. Once it was in the store, I dropped my phone off and it was ready to pick up in a few hours. I'm back to 100% battery life which is awesome! Their pricing for battery replacement was $10 more than the Apple Store but honestly for the convenience of going to a small storefront vs having to go to an Apple Store it was worth it. The store is like a modernized Radio Shack with tons of audio / video supplies. Just perusing the store I could see all kinds of turntable accessories, blank audio and video tapes, portable tape players, all kinds of Apple accessory connectors and even long forgotten formats like VHS-C tapes! The staff is welcoming and nice, the store is clean and well designed and they even have a ping pong table and a vintage video console with Street Fighter to play. Street parking nearby or there's a very small lot in the back. Buy local, keep the silver in Silver Lake.
