We had the most amazing mango experience at Mango World in Sansone Park Place, Henderson! Kelvin & Rainy were so friendly and made the visit extra special. If you love mango, this place is a dream! Stumbled upon this place on the way home from the airport! My bf and I wanted something sweet and were originally coming to this shopping center for a different place but we thought why not, let's try it. And I'm so glad we did! Very disappointing experience. This skinny chinese girl extremely rude, loud, and lacked basic customer service etiquette. I ordered several desserts, but none of them had any sweetness at all. Imagine buying sweet desserts and they forget to add the sweetness to every single order! When I came back to explain the issue, the staff member insisted that she had added sugar. She then asked if they should just add sugar to it, but by that time I had already lost confidence in the order and simply asked for a refund. We happened to walk by and saw the lights on and some signs stating that they were having a soft opening through October 16th. It is located between Lee's and the Thai restaurant. The moment I saw mango in the name, I knew I had to stop inside. I tried: -mango mochi: great fresh texture, filling was cold, with ripe, sweet, and fragrant mango. -shaken teas: they were hand muddled and hand shaken. The passion fruit flavor was well balanced, along with the grapefruit one. Since I like my drinks a bit less sweet, I might ask for 75% for the grapefruit next time. -mango pudding: the texture is definitely thick and creamy, almost like a creme brulee. It had small fresh pieces of mango in it and was not overly sweet. My daughter liked it too. Overall, I would come back to try more of their offerings. Especially, during their BOGO promo period (not sure how long that will last but though). They are still working on decor and setting the vibe, but as long as the drinks and food taste good, I'm not bothered. Seating was limited to one table and a few chairs when I came by, but there is room to add more in the space. I wish them a successful future in this increasingly foodie-centric plaza. read more

Mango World at Eastern & Ricmar has become one of our favorite dessert spots in Vegas. In just two weeks, we've been back seven times. The mango desserts are incredible, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. That said, something happened recently that really needs to be addressed. During our last visit, I sat on a broken chair and ended up with hip pain the next day. When I mentioned it to the staff, they admitted they were already aware the chair was broken and even showed me the screws. Several more broken chairs were sitting nearby, out in plain view. What concerns me most is that the issue was known but not corrected. From a safety standpoint, this is a serious oversight. If a business is aware of hazardous furniture and continues to let customers use it, it opens the door to liability and potential injury claims, especially when an injury actually happens, like in my case. They did say they're planning to replace the broken chairs with a sofa, which is a step in the right direction. I truly love this place and want to keep coming back, but it's critical that they follow through and take customer safety seriously read more
