Friendly servers, easy to order and exit. clean inside and I just found out they have gift cards--physical ones I hope... I can buy some as gifts. I cannot wait to see what new flavors they will come out with in the next season. I do wish they would go 100% vegan, mainly because they have some flavors that sound amazing on the non vegan list like honey lavender, I would love to try a vegan version of that. When we weighed our cups at checkout, the guy helping us out barely made any communication with us. No greeting of any kind when we walked in, no "hello", no "thank you, come again", nothing. My Reese's shake was excellent and his Founder's Favorite was as good as always to him. It was rather annoying that the door wouldn't stay closed and as such, the chime was going off constantly. Staff was not worried about it, leading me to believe it's a regular occurrence and has me a bit concerned about ongoing maintenance.
