Very upset with this place I placed a phone order three days ago for my son and I. Simple chicken fries and a chicken quesadilla for the baby, the cashier charged me 6.99 for a street size tortilla with white cheese and very little chicken. Wow other locations DO NOT charge that much and if they do it's a children's combo which will include fries and a drink for 6.99 not just a street taco sized tortilla with very little chicken. And the service was rude because all she wanted to do was push out her phone orders and not solve my complaint for my child's over priced order. First time trying it ordered the Cielo Mar y Tierra fajitas and they were okay nothing special. Had no flavor except what natural flavors came from the vegetables inside. I would probably give 3 and 1/2 stars but that's not an option lol. The thing is that the food seriously is SOOO GOOOD!! But... The service is slow and they got my order wrong twice in a row. And last week when I went to dinner there with my wife, I found a hair coming out if my taco! That same night I saw a waitress drop a fork on the floor the "fork bin" and she picked it up and put it back with all the other clean forks!! I could tell she was new but still! Service is usually a big part that is contingent on me coming back to a restaurant, but this place really does have lots if choices, good food and music and I go here at least once a week. I really wish the service was better though and the waitresses were more attentive. After almost 4 years since my bad service experience I decided to try it out again. We had a small gathering and wanted aguachiles so I called an hour or two before closing. I initially wanted 3 orders of aguachiles but since the person who helped me on the phone mentioned that I can also do ceviche de Camaron and just a couple sides of salsa agua chiles I listened to her and ordered 4 orders! The place looked cute on the inside and the food was great. I got the Chile verde burrito wet, and it was pretty good. But we ordered the mega Michelada and... no. It tasted horrible. I don't know if it was the Clamato being expired or something but it had a horrible aftertaste. I told the waitress that it tasted funny and my friend thought so, too, from his Michelada, and she just ignored what i said and said it's a Michelada. Like we don't know what it's supposed to taste like. So i wouldn't go here for the Micheladas AT ALL. And the waitresses aren't attentive... even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. Came into this place a few weeks ago. The place had only a couple of customers at that time and so finding a seat was not a problem. Service was fast and friendly. I'm a sucker for fast and friendly especially since I have kids..and no problem there.. Noticed that lunch hour was approaching and little by little people kept trickling in, so I'm assuming that this place is a hub place for lunch. I walked into this place looking for some decent tacos. As soon as you walk in they greet you with some chips and salsa, and let me tell you, being Mexican myself, this salsa is so good!! It was so hard to order since they have a lot of variety!! I ended up ordering two small breaded fish tacos and let me tell you, they are a bit small but they give you the tacos with double tortillas so I made two tacos into four!! Meh. Hubby took me to try this place out since I love dinner items for breakfast. I ordered the shrimp ceviche and he ordered the chile verde eggs The service is very slow but they are friendly. You won't get a refill on your soda so make sure you ration your drink. The chile verde was whatever. Tasted a little odd to me and my hubby didn't finish it but the shrimp ceviche was a bit better. You can tell it was super fresh I just wish it had more flavor to it. It was nothing a whole bunch of Lemon and tapatio couldn't fix but I think it should have SOME kind of flavor. Would we be back? Save your money. It's expensive and the food is NASTY!! I order the cheese enchilada dinner and a crispy beef taco. It was almost $15.00. When I ate the taco it taste like dish soap or something was in it. I did not finish.. The rice in my dinner was hard, the beans were ok but very small portion and the enchiladas that's barely had sauce on it taste more like a spaghetti sauce instead of enchilada sauce. I enjoy restaurants that are not stingy on providing refills on chip baskets especially when you have little ones. The micheladas are good they offer 2 bottle beer cups pretty big glasses. Wow, I just had horrible service. I called and made a phone order. I was told 20 minutes, then 10 minutes. We got there 25 minutes later. When we walked in the two girls there welcomed us. I walked to the counter and told one of the girls that we did a phone order even made the hand gesture. The girl replied "two minutes" ok. As we stood there awkwardly I saw one girl bag up food and leave it on the counter. The other girl started checking people out. After she went and asked my man if he was ready, which he replied" I already ordered by phone", and she walked away. I waved down the other girl and asked her if that was my bag of food, which she didn't know, and started looking through numerous tickets on the counter. When she couldn't find it she asked the other girl which was so nonchalant about giving her the ticket. After all that, the girl shorted us 15 cents. We got home and opened our food.
