You're rolling the dice here. When I brought it to the shop in Belchertown, he found that the front spokes were way too tight and the wheel was way out of true, the rear skewer was about 30 years older than the bike, so not the same skewer that was on it when I brought it to Valley, got the gear shifting problem solved with a new Acera derailleur and all the adjustments for less than $70.

Checked what they had in stock, saw a 21 Iron, really liked it and decided to give them a call. Chris, the guy that helped me, was super nice, knowledgable and polite, knew his bikes very well. Gave me additional photos, videos and even took it for a test drive for me and sent me a video of that too! The problem was I am for Connecticut so I could not just go to the dealership and see it in person. After quite some time, I decided to buy it unseen and have it delivered. Signed the contract, made the payment and received the shipping confirmation a few days later. I was supposed to get the bike in about 7 days, but because they deliver multiple bikes at the time, my delivery was last and it was a bit late, 2 days late. Not critical because the price for the delivery itself was very good, but still not the most pleasant thing to happen in the 21 century. Chris was always available throughout this period and even checked on me afterwards to see if everything s okay. They even sent me a couple of t-shirts as a sorry a couple of days later. Quite satisfied with the purchase and the process overall.

Had no choice but to find the money to get my bike back out of hock because you would not release the bike till I paid for it in full. So After having had work done with new valves new cam lifters pushrods cylinders bored out 11,000 miles later pushrod let go. Brought it back to him for him to look at told me he didn't know what was wrong but was going to cost A minimum of $2000 to repair. I asked him how could you tell me how much it's going to cost when you don't even know what is wrong. Just looking for quick cash? What was really upsetting is that he wouldn't stand by his work after 11,000 miles.

The template pieces were all laid out, but that was it. Co-founder Luke had me read and sign all the releases first, and asked about my experience with welding etc. Being a Veteran myself, Luke as well, and the non-profit supporting Veterans and First Responders, he also made sure to ask me if loud noises or anything would bother me. Every step was explained and demonstrated before I was able to do it, and as nervous as I was at first, it quickly went away knowing he took my safety, the safety of others as well as their shop very seriously. Co-founder Ben also provided some muscle when I was unable to bend the metal myself. In just over 2 hours I had sanded, measured, re-measured, bent , hammered and welded together a really cool one of a kind 5-sided barn star. It was definitely something different to do and it was a really cool and fun experience. 5 stars !
