Ordered two multigrain bagels to go, which were great at home with roasted garlic. Did not care for avocado egg white on jalapeno cheese bagel. Contained very little avocado and no tomato spread as described. Small hot coffee was good. The Pest control guy asked us to leave our table while we were in the middle of our meal. This was an absolute racist behavior and the manager did nothing to stop it! He took the pest guy's side! I have never been asked to leave a restaurant just because the pest control guy needs to put pesticide where I was sitting! When I complained to management, he ran over to the manager and said "ay ay ay I asked you nicely" and the manager was actually okay with that! The pest control guy said that he owns the restaurant. But unfortunately he did not have the basic decency to show basic curtesy to his customers. I'm never going back to this racist joint ever again. And I don't think anyone ever should. Ordered from here a few times last summer from work. This last order for this summer was way below our expectations. The whole process over the phone was a mess. Our order was placed earlier in the day around 9am and they were out of a lot of things - specific bread that was listed with sandwiches and coleslaw. Attempted to order sandwiches with multigrain bread, they offered wheat instead (which isn't even listed on their website's menu). What came looked more like cheap white bread. It was small square slices, which resulted in a smaller sandwich overall. The bread was chewy like it had just been slightly toasted. There were 8 orders total, since they were out of coleslaw and to make it easier we just ordered everything with chips as the side. One coworker picked up the whole order and didn't find out until she returned that we weren't given any chips. Seems like they're cutting costs and their food is suffering. We'll probably order from Panera a couple doors down in the future. read more

I would not recommend. We ordered online and they messed up every bagel and our drinks I ordered a Honey whole wheat with egg whites and pork roll. They gave me regular eggs and added cheese My unsweetened iced tea tasted like they took the water out of the toilet and dipped a tea bag in it for 3 seconds We ordered an untoasted bagel with cream cheese for the kids. Went here with my girlfriend. She used to do UberEats and when she picked up the customers order, she raved about how nice the place seemed and how good the food smelled. Today we went in and this is my first time here. They served my TOASTED turkey and cheese bagel and it came with cold sprinkled cheese on top. They don't even have sliced cheese in a bagel sandwich shop. To top it off my girlfriends sandwich came soggy and falling apart to the point where she couldn't even eat it. Disappointing. Went here based on Google reviews, which are positive and felt mislead. Place was not clean, floor was sticky, signs hanging were crooked and stained, counters and tables looked like they had not been wiped even though there were no customers eating there when we arrived. Ordered two bagel sandwiches that took 15 min even though there were no orders ahead of us and three people working and a fourth sitting in the kitchen. A customer who came about 10 min after us received her order before ours. Bagel did not taste fresh, definitely not a NYC style bagel. Husband's sandwich was supposed to come with a side that was not given. I think it could be a great bagel shop with the right management and customer service approach. I might be biased since I have had the privilege of eating bagels in Manhattan my whole life, but I had a visited this place twice this past week and noticed a few things. The bagels are fine, very nice staff, decent bacon egg and cheese. However, every drink on the fountain machine is out of order, you have to ask for ketchup packets, they were out of newspapers, they were advertising winter blend coffee in May, they serve orange juice in iced coffee cups, and the cashier has to manually enter credit card numbers. read more

Top notch bagel place. While the bagels might not be exactly "manhattan" bagels, they are fresh and very high quality. The real way this place wins is the fact that they make breakfast sandwiches with a real egg and real bacon (i.e. I did not see a microwave enter into the making of my bacon, egg and cheese) which you wouldn't think based on the otherwise "chain" look to this place. Very far from a chain in practice, as others have noted; it's about as close to a local bagel shop as I've seen around this area. Bonus points for the DIY iced coffee: nothing aggravates me more than ordering an iced coffee and having someone else prepare it with 90% ice, way too much sugar and a few drips of coffee. read more

To my dismay they turned out to be just about the worst bagels I've ever had. They had very little taste and were obviously stale, some as hard as rocks despite not being any bargain in terms of price. I had such high hopes for this bagel shop as it's owned by the parent company of Einstein's Bagels. While the bagels are just ok, the one I was given was completely burned. Unfortunately, I got it to go so I didn't get to ask the staff to remake it. But really, if you accidently burn a bagel so badly that there is a thick layer of char on it, you should take the hit and remake it. They didn't and chose to serve a charred bagel to a customer. Very small Manhattan Bagel! I walked in and was greeted with a smile. I ordered an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. The bagel was CRUSHED down as the woman attempted to cut the bagel with what seemed to be a dull knife. She then proceeded to put 1.5 inches THICK of cream cheese on it, took the palm of her hand and mashed the other half of the bagel on top of the 1.5 inches thickness of cream cheese, sloppily wrapped the bagel up getting cream cheese on the outside of the wrapper. Decent price for a bagel with cream cheese. Bagel seemed old at 9am !!! Cream cheese was like warm (no i didnt get the bagel toasted). Very messy breakfast! I would return -- but I'll ask for less cream cheese! Also -- behind the counter seemed cluttered and messy. there were crumbs and papers on the floor. My favorite Bagel shop! The only drawback is that the staff is almost impossible to understand and if you are going deaf it it worse, but things work out. They fry their eggs for the the bacon, egg and cheese bagel and it is wonderful (with a little mayo). A variety of drinks and coffee compliment the meal. The bagels,of course, are available for take-out after you have your snack. The servers are cuter at 3 Men and a Bagel but this is my favorite. Shows I am growing older! read more
