Also, once you see the staff for many years as I have, working endless hours to endless lines, you understand the "know what you want" expectation because they have constant rushes. As a vertically challenged individual (barely 5'1") the port for the hot water was high at the very top of the coffee machines. This is an accident waiting to happen. If customers are expected to help themselves. The equipment should be designed to be accessible to everyone. Pros: Quick reasonably priced breakfast spot. Friendly staff. Clean. Indoor/Outdoor seating. Cons: Self service hot water for tea is not accessible to everyone. Bagels lack flavor & texture.
