Only had the new york style cheese pizza. It was fabulous. I was super impressed with how freakin HUGE the extra large was. Those big tasty slices fold over and were amazing. Very little grease dripping when you fold to eat. Almost none which is unusual for new york style. I would always make a huge mess, but with this one I only used one tiny napkin. I cannot stop thinking about it. I must go back, but not in a few days. TOMORROW! I would go now but its a bit out of the way and my husband would kill me for eating late. Soon, my pizza, soon. The Pizza is ok. The service is terrible! They are understaffed! The staff is not trained to make decisions that could possibly turn a irate customer happy again. I will never go back, based on my treatment of my last two attempts to spend my money. And speaking of money, it's rare that a Pizza Delivery joint asks for cash before they take your order. It's 2018 not 1980! The Boss/owner has no idea on what it takes to last in the food business! Making an ok Pizza is not what it takes to stay in business for the long haul. Every other time, I have tried to call in a delivery order. I get put on hold and forgot about. The few times I did get a chance to place an order The orders were late and the pizza was cold. I live very close there store. Last night I ordered at 7:17pm, was laying down after a long airplane flight. I fell asleep awoke at 8:45 called after being continuously put on hold and finally got through I was told my pizza will be there by 9 o'clock. After 9 o'clock I began getting angry. I called back four times to cancel the order. Each time I was put on hold....The second the phone was answered . To add to my frustration, I finally got through and after being told the pizza is five minutes away I said ( At this point I want my money spent on credit card refunded) I assumed the reply would be "ok we will still deliver your pizza " It is on its way and next time it will be better. "Instead I was told the pizza will be canceled ."That did not make sense since I had just been told it just around the block.??? 7/23.. update still no credit, when I call there is a acting manager. They say they need to call manager to get my credit. Stay away!! If I can warn you. 7/23 after calling bank, customer relationship manager.. I finally after 4-5 days got a answer that I will be getting a refund shortly. I will update.. when I get reimbursed. Do yourself a favor stay away, any restaurant that treat there patrons that way should not be selling food. More coming. 7/24 still the funds have not been returned to my bank. Btw banks with in Florida or East Coast have 1-2 day turnaround time for charges and returns. Now it makes sense that for no other reason ,than the possible desire to play with Uncle Sam it makes sense why they ask for Cash before taking your order. 7:30pm 7-25 7 days latter I finally got my refund. It is not professional opinion that If I did not write accurate yet negative reviews on every site, I could, that I still would not have been given a refund for The lack of services rendered! Again in 40 plus years I have never experienced or heard of a restaurant not responding to these Accusations I made , with an apology or explanation. The lack of that shows the owners character and lack of concern for people bashing his service. He must think he can keep treating people like that with no loss of business to him . read more

Pizza at this place is not bad, I wanted to give them more stars but their service leaves something to be desired! On 3 occasions when the pizza has already been paid for, my husband goes to pick it up and they try charging him again for the order. Today, while my husband was standing in line at the register, the lady just looked at him, he said hello, and she went to the back and didn't even bother to attend us, we waited for a few minutes (10min to be exact) and asked if anyone was going to give us our order and the guy working with the pizzas had to give us our order (It was already paid for). Also, they don't deliver to my house, even though we aren't that far away. Hopefully they improve on their customer service otherwise we will start ordering somewhere else. read more

We have been looking for a restaurant by our house that delivers good food. All we have around us that delivers is Chinese, Sushi Maki and Steve's Pizza. Chinese is ok, Sushi Maki is horrible and Steve's Pizza has delicious pizza but the pasta is not the best. So today I didn't want Chinese, and I was about to order Steve's Pizza when I decided to go to Yelp to see if there were any new restaurants that deliver and found Manhattan Chicago Pizza. I ordered a Margarita Pizza, chicken fettuccine, spaghetti and meatballs and garlic bread. All I can say is that we have finally found a great restaurant that delivers around our house. Their pizza is OK. Its decent but just average. The part that doesnt work for me is their version of Chicage 'style" pizza. It's like nothing I've had in Chicago. I cant tell if this is their take on it or never really had good Chicago pizza before. It's really just two NY pizzas with extra cheese with the second pizza turned upside down on top of the first. It's almost inedible. It's just a hot cheesy mess that's impossible to chew. The first piece makes all the cheese run out the side. Its not a Chicago pizza and if you have had good Chicago pizza and miss it this is really disappointing. Just brought home a cheese pizza. Considering the alternatives in the area, such as Papa Johns and Pizza Hut, this is a refreshing find. I'm not saying the pizza is the best I have ever eaten, but for this area, it makes the top three list. The pizza was hot, the cheese was oily (sign of good cheese), and the crust was not too thick and not too thin. I'll be back for more. The garlic rolls were very good. I tried this place for the first time. I ordered an xl ny pizza. Real fresh mushrooms (A+) thin and JUICY peperoni (A+) and baked juicy garlic chunks (A++) This pizza was amazing, juicy and above all FRESH! With the first bite, I thought that I was tasting heaven! This New York style pizza quickly earned its spot on my top 5 pizza joints I've ever eaten at. The delivery guy was way cool and even gave me feedback on what to order next time. Only downside for not giving a five star review is because the girl that answer the phone apparently had better things to do than to answer my question she was in a hurry to hang up the phone. If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed an order online through Eat24 app. I was told my food would be ready in 20-30 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my order, the girl at the counter, which I was made aware by the staff that she is the owners daughter, had no clue about my order. She couldn't find my ticket and then once she did, she proceeded to tell me that my order would be ready in 10 minutes. Fast forward 30 minutes, and my order still isn't ready. The pizza is pretty good but I am not sure how they do their math. I ordered two medium cheese pizzas, which the guy said was $11.99 each. To one pizza, I added 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 ham & pineapple. If they charged me $1.50 per topping for the whole pie for all three toppings, the total for one pie would be $16.49 plus $11.99 for the second pie = $28.48 plus 7.5% tax = $30.62. Instead I was charged $34.06 less a $5.00 coupon = $28.06. So there is $2.44 missing somewhere. Is there something that I am missing here? And that is assuming that they charge for the full price for each topping (even if you are only adding it to 1/2), otherwise it would be a $4.69 difference. We have ordered from both locations and have had the same problem, we have waited over an hour and half to receive our food. The food is great. I have no complains about it. We have had both NY and Chicago style pizzas, baked ziti, lasagna and it is all excellent. But I cannot give them a better rating because of how long their delivery has taken. In addition, I would call at the 1 hour mark and would be told that it is out for delivery, I would call at the 1 hour and 20 minutes and then told they would call my back. They never did. Then at the 1 hour and 45 minute mark I was put on hold so I could speak to the employee that I had spoken too twice, well she never came back to the phone. After waiting for 10 minutes on the phone for the employee to pick up our order was finally delivered. It took 1 hour and 55 minutes. I was not offered a discount, I was not offered a future discount, and complimentary appetizer, nothing. So I will not be ordering from them again. Oh, and the driver told me that GPS took to the other side of the canal. I wrote in the special instructions how to get to my house and to not take a certain avenue because it has no access to our street. Good luck. read more

It was 8pm, and I was told it would take approximately 45 mins to arrive, which is standard. After an hr and 15 mins I get a call and the driver saying they could not find my condo. I live in a relatively easy location; No one has had issues finding my place before. Regardless I send my location because she happened to have an iPhone. Kept in contact but then don't hear anything, after waiting an hr and a half (total time) I called the store to speak to someone in management. I was told it was only the owner and they were out of town. After waiting 2 hours for pizza on a Monday night I was beyond myself. They did not compensate me what so ever, it was too late for me to cancel and go somewhere else, I was legitimately so hungry because I didn't eat all day I was accepting this horrible service. Apparently the delivery drivers phone died and she went back to The store, they made us another pizza then drove it over. After all of that they decided to tell us after 2 hours when they said it was finally on its way that they had no coke. How could they not tell us earlier? I gave my information for the Owner to reach out to me. I was told he gets back On Wednesday and waited to write this review to see if I would hear from him. Of course I wait all week, and don't hear from him. The pizza wasn't bad, but I have no desire to go back to this establishment. Pizza places are a dime a dozen. I am sure I will find one that this doesn't happen at. I always understand that things happen. Printed confirmation 717pm Email confirmation received. States dinner will arrive between 820 and 830 830 pm We call restaurant to inquire, told by Lia who claims to be the manager that internet orders don't take priority, they were having a rush, she got to it when she could, its not out of the oven yet, needs 5 more minutes to cook. We should not place orders online we should only call in our orders to her (then why be registered with an online delivery service?). Lia offers us a discount on a future order. 903 pm We call back, Lia advises meal left restaurant with driver 5 minutes after we got off phone earlier. Driver enr at approx 8:35. We demand more details - restaurant is only 2 miles from our home. Lia allegedly calls driver, response is he left at 835 with 2 deliveries, after 1st his gps broke, he got lost but he is now enroute. Lis is questioned about management - she states owner s name is "David" but refuses to tell us his last name stating that is private. I remind her that OWNERSHIP records of properly licensed businesses in Florida, are public record. She refuses to provide last name. 912 pm Driver calls to state he hit a pothole and now has flat tire and has called in back up driver will now be another 20 minutes til food arrives 916 We call back to Lia - we offer to go meet flat tire guy and pick up our food ourselves. Lia advises no other driver has already arrived and gotten our food and is enroute to our house 938 pm FOOD STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED We call Lia again, to cancel our order and demand refund. Driver arrives in driveway while we are on phone. We inform Lia that "David" needs to contact us immediately regarding this gross and unconscionable level of customer service. 940 pm We file complaint with Grubhub, we receive a $5 discount off the price of our meal. It is now 530 pm the next day - DAVID HAS YET TO CONTACT US. They've offered us a discount but do you really think that at this point we would ever eat here again. The pizza was nothing special, it was just ok, nothing spectacular. (We ordered the Chicago Supreme) and a lasagna.
