    12" Special filled calzone

As an independent food delivery driver, I've driven past Manhattan Pizza at least 500 times without knowing it existed. I received notice of a delivery needed by one of their customers who ordered the Sicilian pizza. It made my car smell delicious and the customer gave me a good tip. I was eager to try the place. That evening I returned as a paying customer because my interaction with one of the restaurant employees was friendly and inviting. It's located next to an equity realty company; it's like a hole in a wall but once you step inside a new adventure awaits. It was a Friday about 5:30p and several of the tables were filled with happy faces. It was clean inside. They have restrooms for paying customers. There were a few tv's playing football and baseball games. It's a place where you order up front and sit down and they bring the food out to you. Their menu has everything you can think of for an Italian pizzeria and wings restaurant including pasta, salads and subs. The prices are competitive with an excellent value. We ordered 2 calzones- veggie and special. Let me tell you they stuff so much amazing ingredients inside that we have enough food to bring home for another meal! And the crust on the calzones is fresh and tastes homemade. I dipped the crust into ranch and marinara sauce. Thank you for a great new food eating experience.

We finally made the drive to try Manhattan Pizza, and we're so glad we did. We love to support local, and this spot did NOT disappoint. The food was really good, fresh and hot. The customer service was great, and my husband enjoyed chatting with the staff/family there. We will for sure go back. We might drive by 10 pizza places on our way, but it's worth it. *UPDATE we went again a couple of weeks later, and everything was great again. I got wings again, best I've ever had. My hubby ordered a 3 item pizza, and it was great. I like to follow up on reviews when we receive consistent good service and food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I love the hot wings here, always yummy. The pizza is good too.

I usually go here when I want to grab some food hot wings and pizza. Never a complaint with the wings.

Pepperoni pizza and medium heat buffalo wings.

Not sure what another reviewer on here was complaining about not being covid conscious. No restaurants out there are making anyone wear a mask so she should stay home. This place had awesome pizza and wings. I was also going to try one of their salads but forgot to order it because I got caught up on how good it smelt in there. The crest of the pizza had a nice crispness to it. The inside was nice and soft. It had really good flavor also. The wings which I noticed other reviewers saying were smaller but very flavorful that is true. Their Excel Pizza and Wing special 25 wings was plenty for two of us big guys. And we took some home. If people are going to whine about someone wearing masks they should just stay home dummies.

The pizza is the best in the west valley. The wings are even better. Really good food. Excellent choice for carry out.

6/6/26: absolutely delicious food, service, and ambiance. So effing good. There was plenty of…read moreparking in the lot, and I believe there was even some street parking. The decor is a bit dark, but chic & colorful. Our server, Esmerelda, was fantastic: funny, attentive, polite. There was a guy there who seemed to be the Jack of all trades. He brought us our food, I saw him behind the bar, and even bussing tables. He, too, was friendly & smiley. Cocktails: they had a great selection but we went with plain ol' Cokes. That's okay, we'll partake of their boozy drinks when we visit again. Food: parmesan truffle fries were aah-mazing. I even told Esmerelda they should add a pizza with the garlic aioli. The buffalo mozzarella had a bit of a kick to the sauce; we could have used more toasted bread to dip into it. We ordered the heaven and bianca pizzas. The crust was thinner than normal, which I was happy about, and the flavors of both were delicious. Dessert: despite not finishing the appetizers & pizza (no worries, we thoroughly enjoyed the leftovers!), we opted for a gelato flight. It was divine, and hefty samples. You wouldn't think 4 oz was much, but of gelato, it was plenty. We selected chocolate, strawberry, salted caramel, and mango. If you haven't tried Roma 23, I highly recommend it. Even if you don't live close by, it is worth the drive.

I'm sad to not give this place 5 stars only because their kitchen closes an hour before their…read morelisted close time, which has led us to be turned away twice. When we did manage to get in, we ordered a glass of pinot noir and Pelligrino to drink. The waitress brought out a glass of white wine and insisted this was their pinot noir... even the bartender confirmed. So the staff is NOT wine savvy, I wouldn't trust their recommendations on pairings here either. They didn't have any Pelligrino left, so I ended up getting an arnold palmer. However, when they brought the check out, the Pelligrino was still on the tab and we had to ask them to take it off. We both got pasta, the lasagna and the chicken masala, and a caesar salad. The noodles tasted like it was made in house, which was nice. Chicken was not overly breaded and the sauce was light. The salad had too much cheese but I think some people just like that on their salad. I'm interested to try their pizza at some point in the future, assuming we can make it in time before they close ;)
