Great customer service. Great environment. Staff is attentive, and the food was great with reasonable prices. Good sized portions for the money you pay.

This is a great new spot in a convenient location! Alfonso is great and very welcoming guy with a great spot! Don't let the outside fool you, the inside is covered in TV's and plenty of seating including a small patio!

Finally made it over to The Mexican and boy, a time was had!…read more Service here is top notch. From the moment I stepped in the door I was treated like a celebrity! Complimentary champagne, and AMAZING service from our waitress. I've literally never had a server with such extensive knowledge of a restaurant's menu. Very impressive! We also had a amazing experience with the manager. We needed some accommodations for our table and he was so thoughtful. He even provided us with a complimentary cuatro leches cake slice! (which was HUGE btw). While the service was exponentially excellent, the food was...good. The menu was what I would describe as "elevated Mexican" with some other Latin-inspired steakhouse dishes (think filet mignon with some salsa on the side) Everything was good, but nothing really stood out for me. One more thing, lots of good people watching lol! Dallas ladies love a to dress up and I saw so many fabulous looks on my recent visit. Great place for a date night or dinner with your girls. Highly recommend! Beautiful space with fantastic service!

The cornbread is as moist as cake and just sweet, cannot recommend this enough even if it's just a side order. I've come here for a personal and business meals, and it accommodate both nicely. The rustic decor and music are top-notch, it feels elevated. Parking is in the garage downstairs and a short elevator ride up helps you avoid the inclement weather outside. Verdict: fantastic!

We also appreciated the manager acknowledging the long wait and missing food and drinks by sending over complimentary dessert. Unfortunately, our experience with Taylor was disappointing. She spent the majority of the night standing against the wall and came across as rude and passive-aggressive, especially as we were preparing to leave. This was a noticeable contrast to Ozzy and Terrance's hospitality. The "Cowgirl Dinner" was enjoyable, but the service issues were disappointing, especially as returning guests. Overall, we appreciate the team members who made an effort and hope management addresses the concerns regarding Taylor's attitude.

Paired with the perfectly prepared asparagus, made for a fantastic meal. The decor is a bit crazy, but very cool, exciting and definitely unique. Verdict: fabulous-I will definitely be back! This experience could have easily been 5 stars but right now I'm rating if the high dollar price…read moretag matched the overall quality of the meal. And at these prices, you almost expect perfection. So at these prices, I have to be a little more critical. I want to first give the host/hostess at the door and our waitress an overwhelming five stars. They knew it was my birthday (guess my wife mentioned it in the reservation) and they wished me a happy birthday as if they've known me for years. It was very nice. Our waitress was absolutely surgical with her explanation of the menu and the way the food was brought to us and picked up. It looked like an art form. Wished I remembered her name. I will say my wife and I got a lil icked out when we were told "chef prefers all food orders be taken at once." We were doing that anyway but again at these prices, chill out a lil with how I go about deciding what I'm going to eat. It wasn't recommended, it was told. Whatever chef. The ambiance. Let's be real. This is why people come. And it's exquisite. The chandeliers. The yellow submarine aquarium. The amazing shelves of exceptional liquor choices. It's all there. I would easily comeback just to be in that space. Food time. The Prime Steak Tartare is a must order if you enjoy beef tartare. It had a nice Asian twist, you could certainly taste the quality in the beef, and those handmade crostinis were delicious on their own. The Crispy Rock Shrimp was simple and good. It didn't blow our minds but it didn't disappoint either. I kind of have a proclivity to things tasting or smelling fishy (which my wife thinks is insane) and this had some fishy undertones to it for me. The sides, I just couldn't wrap my head around in terms of price. For 15 bucks a side of Brussels, especially when it's is a house specialty, I'm expecting it to be unique or interesting. I've definitely had more unique and interesting Brussels at a gastro pub. The Macaroni Casserole, now there's a stunner. I'll come back just for that. What a truly delicious and elevated take on Mac and Cheese. Just get it. I think the Steak Asada Fries were also really good but not sure how this fits in with a side option, esp at $19. The meat was wonderful, the béchamel was yum, but it was all too heavy, got cold fast and quickly congealed on us. Again not sure how it's a side. Ok, we said all right! Let's go big or go home! $186 45 Day Dry Aged 42 Oz Porterhouse Bistecca! Let's do it! We ordered it Medium Rare. We got it and it looked amazing, couldn't wait! Now I know when meat is medium rare sometimes it's can still be a little chewy because you know the meat's not really cooked and still a lil under in some places and that's okay. Most of my bites were tough with lots of gristle. Flavor was good. It was cooked correctly. Tough to eat and at that price, I wished I ordered the high A grade Wagyu special. Last, we got dessert. We never get dessert but it was my birthday. Not complaining that it wasn't comp'd but dang we just dropped over 4 bills for a dinner for two. Comp a birthday dessert, ya know. Whatever, it was one of the best Crème Brûlées we ever had. Cheers to the pastry chef. I recognize that this is one of my more whinier reviews. I never bring up money. I just expect the quality to match the value and I don't think it did. Would we come back! Yup! In fact we can't wait to. I feel like our expectations were a little too high and now we know how to navigate the menu better.

I don't think Harwood Arms was prepared for how many people were going to show up- it seemed completely disorganized, chaotic, and just ridiculous. We were sitting down at one of the tables outside in the alley area and the walkway was clear- at first. After the game had actually started, I guess they just let everyone in and the entire walkway was PACKED with people to the point that our once clear view of the TV, was gone in an instant. As the night progressed, obviously a girl has to pee, so as I was walking into the actual restaurant/ pub to use the bathroom and I guess the "bouncer" stuck his arm between me and the door and dismissively said I couldn't go in. Excuse me? After telling him I literally have a table outside, he yanks at his collar and speaks into his little walkie talkie asking if there's a table of 4 outside under my name. Sorry, I didn't know I was watching the Mexico game at the freakin White House surrounded by Secret Agents. Give me a break. So when he magically confirms I have a table (because I do), he lifts up his arm and gives me the ALL CLEAR! It's actually funny looking back at it. But give me a break. When going back outside to sit at my table, the same bouncer/ Secret Agent/ FBI dude gives attitude to my boyfriend and myself for the commotion caused earlier. The actual police officer next to him told us it's ok and to just have a good time. The only nice thing someone said to us and he doesn't even work at Harwood Arms lol. To management, if you do not want people "off the street" to go in and out of your pub or inside to use your bathrooms, then I don't know- maybe come up with a wristband method so your paying customers can smoothly go in and out to use your bathrooms? Just a thought. OR just don't be unwelcoming to people that are actively spending money at your pub. Harwood Arms was NOT prepared at all for the high velocity of people coming in to watch the FIFA games. Quite frankly, it was a MESS. I did visit Bar W a few days after that and had a MUCH BETTER experience-- go there instead.
