If there were 0 stars. I'd give it. This Dealership was one of the most disappointing experiences…read moreI've had while car shopping. Their prices look decent at first, but once you sit down, they hit you with ridiculously high processing fees that make the deal way worse than advertised. They don't negotiate, they don't try to work with you, they hide behind "policy" instead of offering real customer service. A car that's been sitting on their lot for over a month is somehow considered "new inventory" to them, and they refuse to adjust the price. The whole place feels like they care more about squeezing every dollar out of you than actually selling cars. Suppose you're looking for fair pricing and transparency. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Prior experience buying a car was a nightmare at a different dealer, had low expectations going in ,but I was pleasantly surprised. Paperwork took 15 minutes, smooth for the most part. Thanks Austin So far very happy with the decision to go here. Fees were a little high but we were able to close the deal. Will was very accommodating in closing the deal, I appreciate everything. Fam is super stoked on the new addition . Glad I didnt read the reviews before I came not sure I would have but this was a positive experience.

It was WPAA that not only reponded well over than phone, despite my slight antsy and arrogant ass... these guys were the definition of patient, decently knowledge.. helpe dme with a few things that wasn't their problem, gave me a sweet as deal (don't run your mouth.. just talk to them and see what they can do for you) there not dealership guys who run around in suits trying to lie to you.. their real guys who know and loves their cars..and have to unfournately deal with a variety of things.. NOT reading from some pamphlet.. one guy seemed like he slid cars in the past if you know what I mean :-) ... Felt like dealing with a big brother or longtime loving neighbor.. THANKS! guys a whole lot.. and btw my mechanic saw my car and said.. DUUUDe that one is sweet as Sh** .. was that the one I sent you? I replied no.. that one was WPAA (Woodbridge Public Auto Auction..) They do not make, create or service cars to a whole.. there a business, actually selling decent shit.... learn to take care and get your car looked at.. its a Public Auto Auction... and Yelp is trash and everyone writing these salty reviews.. SouthPark was right. You guys got some free pizza coming your way.. btw your patience with me was A1+. I'll be back in woodbridge for sure! Thanks for selling me AMY!

I came here yesterday to look at a used van, and this place was a complete bust. The van I was…read morelooking at was a used contractor's van, about 20 years old and having about 200,000 miles. I have bought a comparable used van in the past with no problems, but from a private seller. I did not like the way they held my driver's license while I took the van for a test ride. My driver's license is the property of the state of Virginia and not them. They give you a printout with a photocopy of your driver's license and the car's plate number. I don't know if this was legal or not. Thankfully I did not get pulled over. While I was test driving the vehicle, the tread came off of the right rear tire. As soon as I heard the loud banging, I immediately pulled over and called them. They picked me up and another guy drove the van back to the dealership with the tire tread still dangling off the vehicle. I saw some red flags before the test drive. There was a white sticker on the windshield saying "rejection." Visible from inside the vehicle, the back of the sticker lists all of the major car systems like brakes, steering, etc. None of the systems were checked off indicating what caused the vehicle to be rejected, or by whom the vehicle was rejected (the previous owner?). None of the vehicles had the safety inspection sticker or plates with the month and year tags on the license plates (this would let you know if the safety or emissions inspections have expired yet). The rear doors of the van were wired shut. The floor of the back of the van had several holes rusted through it. I would never trust that floor to carry a heavy load. The brakes, steering, and suspension seemed to be okay. The air conditioning was not working. The van never should have been presented for sale. I believe they wanted $2200 or $2500. The communication was very poor. I had to confirm once by phone, once by e-mail, and three times by text message that I would show at the time I told them I would be there. Sure enough, I showed up for my appointment at the predetermined time. My advice when buying a used vehicle is to pay cash and buy the vehicle from a private party. That is how I have bought used vehicles in the past, and it seems to work. Make sure the vehicle's safety and emissions inspections have not expired yet (emissions inspections are for two years, safety inspections are for one year). What a waste of time.

They lied about the car they sold me, running great with no issues, only to find out it had various engine and transmission issues that has cost me thousands in repairs/towing fees so far. And no, there is no misunderstanding. Even as im writing this, I see that the same Dream Auto employee has placed another craiglist ad, posing as an independent seller. And before you say that this review is fake, I have screenshots of the text messages, and screenshots of the deceitful craiglist ads.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! The Dream Auto Group dealership preyed on my 20 year old nephew…read moreand convinced him to purchase a car that is beyond repair. The salesmen are predatory and sold him a car with salvaged engine components. The entire engine and coolant system is rusted and rotted through and through. After attempting to repair the car, we discovered that the engine is not the original engine. Upon our discovery, we attempted to return the car to which the manager consistently and adamantly declined. This company buys vehicles from the auction and does not fix them before they sell them. This was admitted to me by the manager himself. They did not inform my nephew of the many issues and salvaged parts prior to his purchase. The repair shops will not touch the car. We pleaded with the manager to take the car back and he responded by saying "buddy, not in a million years". The salespeople are totally unprofessional and blocked my nephew's calls as he tried over and over again to resolve the matter. We are currently working through litigation to sue the company. We also reported the company to the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, DMV and the Attorney General so they can never take advantage of another customer again. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your purchase!!
