not a perfect job, but he is fair, he is trying to give you the best price he can,
think about it, how much does he need to charge to run his business, pay his workers pay insurance ect...
we are all stressed do to the federal reserve banks printing up money out of thin air, then then give it to other banks for free or less then free if u ad inflation. and loaning it out at below the inflation rate.
they then buy the stocks of the companies they loaned money to to keep them from going under so they can collect there interest
all there money is printed out of thin air. the average person has to work for money banks just hit print. we have massive inflation, look at home prices, stock market, paintings selling for record amounts ect..
they lie and say inflation is low so no one gets a rise, the costs of a new home did not go up its just your money is losing value to inflation.
1987 i made 15.76 hour, gas .72 homes 80k to 120k new car 6k.
now you make 20 an hour but homes are 350k gas 3.00 cars 25k.
the federal reserve bank is a privet company, for the super rich.
Manley is a low cost installer, he is trying to do the job as cheap as possible, because he knows no one has any money.
if you want a perfect install/job call the big shops, you will have to pay double or more of what he charges or you can ask him how much for a perfect job. the big shops are not that great ether.
he did a furnace swap for me, two people 6 hours labor with 5 year free labor and first year service for 900.00 labor. best price in town.
he is the best person to call for do it your self type people who know how to work on heaters, the best by far. and for people who want a cheap job.
get an estimate then call manley he will be lots cheaper.
if you have him change a gas valve don't expect him to cover your gas regulator if that's also broke or a leak elsewhere.
its best to just ask him what you want,, tell him exactly what you want, nothing else nothing more. he even repeats it "just a heater swap nothing else right? yes I dont expect him to test duct systems, fix issues that where there or anything else "just a heater swap".
you don't buy a pinto/dodge colt then get mad because it wont do 80 on the freeway. don't get mad at him because he won't fix something that costs 1k when you only paid him 100.00.
if he says the blower motor is bad, ask him, what if that does not fix it?
it could be the blower motor and the circuit board, have him prove its defective first to your satisfaction. and what to expect if that does not work. most shops will just replace everything and charge you 1k or more. read the reviews, he is honest and fair, what more do you want?
he is really good at fixing the older heaters, not so much the new condensing ones. honest and fair and the best prices.
all you need is the 80% efficiency furnace in reno do to cheap gas prices, manley knows everything on that type of heater.
he also works with the homeowner and listens to them, he will not blow you off or ignore your concerns. getting a real pro contractor in Reno is hard to come by. read more
