Outstanding! In every sense of the word. I sent a request through Yelp to get someone to help me understand what was happening with my airconditioning unit. I have it serviced every single year so I was a little concerned when it completely stopped working. I usually go with one of those big name HVAC companies, but this time all of them wanted $89 to come out and try and tell me what was wrong!!! $89 I mean, what kind of weird number is that for a "dispatch" fee. I mean if your people are nice, they're knowledgeable their educated on what they're doing. Why would you need to charge a fee because you're gonna do the work anyway??? That makes no sense to me. - I'm sure glad I didn't go with them!! Lewis showed up AT THE SCHEDULED 9AM time ( not between a 4 hour window) in a professional vehicle with a neat and tidy backpack. He took a look at everything I was telling him and then was able to communicate with me on what was going on. I did send him a quick video and explain what was happening ( this was me doing that not asking for it) prior to his arrival. He was absolutely amazing to work with! I didn't feel rushed or made to feel Stupid. Usually when the other companies come out, I feel like they're just pissed to even be there, you know. Luis was able to establish what I needed, get the part and install the part all in the same day!! He also was able to do my yearly maintenance on my air-conditioning unit and my furnace. I asked if they had a yearly and seasonal plan that he could just sign me up for. He sent me over the email and I will gladly be part of that program!! Outstanding job LUIS!! He changed out the broken ignitor and cleaned the flame sensor. Then he noticed the duct was not installed correctly by yhe originsl installer. I went to yelp to find a heater repair service. I noticed Peavine Heating had a 5 star rating, said they had a 15 min response to your inquiry. They weren't kidding! I believe it was around 9:30 am they said they could have Luis out in the morning! Wow. I just had the most incredible experience with this company. Our AC went out on a 100 degree day. I called Luis, after reading Yelps, and left a message. 10 minutes later he calls me back. I gave him all the info that I could regarding age of home, what I saw at thermostat etc. It was late and he had one job left, but squeezed me in. 20 minutes later and he pulls up. He is open, friendly, and knows his stuff. 25 minutes later and he has repaired a burned up wiring connection from a poor installation when house was built in 2019. He has 27 years in the industry, but just recently went out on his own. He has excellent customer service skills and is honest and charges fair prices. Luis is exactly what we were looking for. An owner-operated, honest guy with experience. We did not want to do business with any of the large firms that are constantly advertising on the radio and television, and are always overpriced to buy those ads.
