Went here about a week ago and it was the first Korean BBQ place tried since a while ago and it was absolutely delicious! The food was excellent with portions being perfect and the quality being top notch. However, what made the experience the best was the service. Regina, who I believe is a waitress there, was so kind and always eager to help my family and I with anything we needed. Super friendly and one of the best servers I have had. Overall, the ambience is comfortable, the food is definitly worth the price (i'm a foodie so it was bang worth every buck), and the staff are so friendly. Absolutely will go again! read more

This was our first time going to this new location and it didn't disappoint. I'm happy to have one a lot closer to me now. I think the side dishes need to be tweaked a little bit still in terms of flavor but the quality of the meat was amazing! This is the worst place I've been to in chandler. First of all we had to turn our phone lights on to see what we are cooking or eating. We could not even see what we were cooking. We asked for a thicker kind of meat as the ones they offered felt like neat leftovers you get from a butcher. After letting the server know and complaining they offered a different kind of meat. We just visited for the first time on Mother's Day afternoon, and they were able to seat our party of 8 pretty quickly. We arrived at 4:30 and it became pretty busy as it got later so I'd definitely recommend getting there earlier if you have a larger party. Our server Shawn was excellent and top-notch! SCAM SCAM As we got our bill, we noticed the automatic gratuity of 18% which we are aware of since we go to the mesa location and wanted to try this since it's new and closer. Upon doing the math the gratuity did not add up even including the tax applied. Once we brought it up to Hana (the waitress) she just says it's supposed to be 20% just haven't changed it on the bill but never makes us aware of this. Basically was charging an extra $20 then what was supposed to. Then proceeds to do math on her phone and gives us our new bill which is still incorrect. Imagine all the people they are ripping off since they have opened who are not checking the gratuity and are being scammed into paying them more. Terrible customer service by Hana who said she was the manager which I'm not sure if I believe. Started off very unfriendly and dismissive and argued with us about what we ordered when she just didn't pay attention and add it correctly. Ordered tempura that we had to ask about three times and once it came out it was stone cold. Very unprofessional and unethical place. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. If it was just based on the food they would easily get 4 stars but because of the lack of organization when it come to being seated I took one off. I went a few Saturdays ago food we had was good but they had no staff working the front , so for a while I wasn't sure what to do then I finally asked a staff member for help and they said sign this paper. Then the waiting game began we sat and sat then finally an older women came up and kinda helped. (Or really just told me and others we'd be seated soon). I was pretty close to leaving honestly but the two young ladies sitting in on tbe front bench near me and my friend heard me complaining but they convinced me the food was worth the wait. I also seen over 5-6 groups come in after me while we waited and I was basically being the host telling each person coming in ... oh you have to sign this paper. Moral of the story this place could do a lot better and would really benefit from having someone at the front of the establishment helping guest ! read more

My total was 69.05 I gave a .95 tip on card to even out the number and I was gonna tip cash like I usually do because cash is king and ERIN came and said I was disrespecting her and the restaurant with that she never even knew I had cash till I showed her and the attitude changed really quick she was completely disrespectful to me and my girlfriend I'm not gonna even put race card on it she needs more training and better patience that was a very bold move to walk up and question me like that I will not be back and I suggest she watch herself because others won't tolerate the disrespect she was lucky I was enjoying myself read more

The older asian lady with the big hair didn't wash her hands in the restroom and proceeded to go to work handing out the food. You would think if she seen a customer in the restroom with her she'd wash her hands but nope, she "rinsed" her hands for 2 seconds with water and she wasn't even going to do that until she seen me. i'm so disgusted. luckily my younger sweet girl was my waitress but NEVER will i be eating here. so disappointed because i love the food but that was absolutely disgusting. read more
