They restored my 2012 Chrysler 300c to perfection. Previously I had been told by a Chrysler Dodge…read moredealership that the parts simply were not available that were necessary to fix the adaptive cruise control. This was untrue because pals on watt road found the parts and got everything fixed. Also I rented a vehicle from them during the repairs and it was much nicer than what I could've got thru booking.com. The Chrysler Dodge dealership was only interested in buying the car. I suspect that they put a zips carwash sticker under the rear view mirror blocking the camera that is necessary for the adaptive cruise control to work. I can't prove they did that but they were only interested in buying the vehicle not fixing it. Thanks and applause for Casey and Matt and everyone at Pals who worked to get my Chrysler fixed. They installed a k and n cold air intake and it runs and sounds so nice! If you've got a car that you really care about do yourself a favor and take it to pals West

However, if you want an AMAZING experience that you'll never forget, give them a call right away. Seriously, stop reading this review and get on the phone with Derenda. I've never had such a fun time shopping for my next ride. They have an excellent inventory of highly sought after vehicles, and they will also track down what you want and bring It in if you are looking for something specific. Derenda and the entire team at PALS went to bat for me to make sure I found a ride that I really loved. Even the finance manager, John Wayne, helped me understand the market and showed how good of a deal they had. Their pricing is ready to go, priced super fairly, and allows for them to make a hassle-free car buying experience. Its not often that I write such a glowing review for a business, much less a car dealership. But put your past negative experiences to rest, and shop with the best. They will find you the perfect car for you, and probably invite you over for dinner . Ask for Derenda! I'm convinced she's the best in East Tennessee.

Very smooth transaction from beginning to end Mike even was Wonderful when Daniel wasn't there to drop my car off to get the windows finished being tinted and the safety guards put on the edges of the doors. They even gave me a loaner to use While we waited till the next day! Even the finance gentleman was wonderful! I give this dealership a five star for everything they did for me and my husband. I would Recommend this Honda dealership over any other one!!!!

Was told diagnostic fee was $89 that they don't go by other codes their techs didn't pull. So gave her the codes we knew already so they'd know. Waited 2 hours and get called back. Tech says radio has "internal error" ... no kidding I knew that it doesn't work. Then told me they found the code I had given them for the cat error and said the tech said " internal error on cat". Are you serious?! They charged me $89 plus tax to tell me exactly what I told the service person checking me in. When I questioned she said they didn't do deep diagnostic cause I only wanted to pay one diagnostic fee then says they normally charge $89 per code, so it's not a single diagnostic fee. Imagine how many people they rip off with diagnostic fees alone! Literal waste of my time and money for nothing.

They had not bolted our seat down, so we fixed it. looked under the good, a bolt was broke off of the fuel filter cover. My husband went to town, fixed it, secured the loose cover. The washer fluid was empty, coolant was low. checked the lug nuts, all loose, except three, all this for $192.00. My husband, brought the socket, screw driver back, complained. My vehicle has an active safety recall involving a potential fire risk, yet I was simply told to keep driving because there isn't a repair available. I understand that the dealership may not control when the manufacturer provides a fix, but what they do control is how they treat their customers--and that experience was unacceptable. The receptionist in the service department was rude, dismissive, and showed little concern for my safety or the seriousness of the recall. When a customer calls about a vehicle that could pose a safety risk, they deserve empathy, clear communication, and respect--not to feel like they're being brushed off. This experience left me feeling that customer safety was not a priority. I hope management addresses the customer service issues in the service department and provides additional training so future customers are treated with the professionalism and concern they deserve.
